before using this product.
• Retain this manual for future reference.
• The specications of this product may
vary slightly from the illustrations and
are subject to change without notice.
This exercise machine is built for optimum
safety. However, certain precautions apply
whenever you operate a piece of exercise
equipment. Be sure to read the entire
manual before you operate your machine.
In particular, note the following safety
precautions:
01 It is the responsibility of the owner
to ensure that all users of the weight
bench are adequately informed of all
precautions.
02 The weight bench is intended for
home use only. Do not use the weight
bench in any commercial, rental, or
institutional setting.
03 Keep the weight bench indoors, away
from moisture and dust. Place the weight
bench on a level surface, with a mat
beneath it to protect the oor or carpet.
04 Make sure that there is enough room
around the weight bench to mount,
dismount, and use the weight bench
(at least 0.6m in all directions).
05 Make sure the set screw attaching the
Olympic adapter is properly tightened
each time the adapter is used.
06 Keep hands and feet away from moving
parts.
07 Always set both weight rests at the
same height.
08 Choking hazard! Keep small parts and
polybags away from children.
09 Periodically check all bolts, nuts and
other connections to make sure that
they are secure and in good working
condition.
10 Damaged or worn parts may be
dangerous for users and the integrity
of the weight bench. Replace worn or
damaged components immediately and
do not use the bench until any issues
have been resolved. Use only spare
parts supplied by Viavito.
11 Unauthorized repairs or altering the
bench’s design or functions may be
dangerous and will void the warranty.
12 WARNING! Inappropriate use of this
machine such as while under the
inuence of drugs or alcohol, not in line
with instructions or excessive usage,
may result in serious injury or death.
13 Disabled persons should not use this
equipment without a qualied person
or physician in attendance.
14 Children and pets shall not play
unsupervised on or near the weight
bench.
15 Always wear appropriate workout
clothing when exercising. Sports
shoes are required when using this
equipment.

16 Always place an equal amount of
weight on each side of the barbell.
17 The weight bench is designed to support
a maximum user weight of 120kg and a
maximum total weight of 260kg. Do not
place more than 140kg, including a barbell,
on the weight rest. Do not place more than
50kg on the leg lever. Note: The weight
bench is designed for use with both 1” and
2” weight plates. The weight bench does
not include a barbell or weights.
18 Always exercise with a partner. Your
partner should be ready to catch
the barbell if you cannot complete a
repetition.
19 If you feel pain or dizziness at any time
while exercising, stop immediately and
begin cooling down.
WARNING: Before beginning using this
equipment or doing any exercise program,
consult your doctor. This is especially
important for people over the age of 35 or
those with pre-existing health problems.

manual will guide you through the assembly process.

brackets by each drawing is the key number of the part, from the Parts List on page 34.
Note: Some small parts may have been preattached. If a part is not in the hardware kit,
check if it has been preattached.

Before beginning assembly, carefully
read the following information and
instructions:
• Assembly requires two persons.
• Because of its size, the weight bench
should be assembled in the location where
it will be used. Make sure that there is
enough room to walk around the weight
bench as you assemble it.
• Place all parts in a cleared area and
remove the packing materials. Do not
dispose of the packing materials until
assembly is completed.
• Tighten all parts as you assemble them,
unless instructed to do otherwise.
• As you assemble the weight bench, make
sure all parts are oriented as shown in
the drawings.
• For help identifying small parts, use the
PART IDENTIFICATION CHART on page 7.
• Assembly requires the included hex
key(s)
and the following tools (not included):
- 2 adjustable wrenches
- 1 rubber mallet
- 1 standard screwdriver
- 1 Phillips screwdriver
Assembly may be more convenient if you
have a socket set, a set of open-end or
closed-end wrenches, or a set of ratchet
wrenches.

Assembly Instructions
Step One.
01 Orient the Front Stabilizer (2) so that the square holes are facing the oor. Attach the
Front Stabilizer to the Front Leg (4) with two M10 x 90mm Carriage Bolts (43) and two
M10 Locknuts (42). Do not tighten the Locknuts yet.

Step Two.
01 Orient the Rear Stabilizer (3) so that the square holes are on the side shown. Attach
the Rear Stabilizer to the Frame (1) with two M10 x 90mm Carriage Bolts (43) and two
M10 Locknuts (42). Do not tighten the Locknuts yet.

Step Three.
01 Attach the Seat (18) and the Seat Bracket (38) to the Frame (1) with two M6 x 80mm
Screws (48) and two M6 Washers (32).

01 Attach the Front Leg (4) to the Frame
(1) with two M10 x 85mm Bolts (44),
two M10 Washers (55) and an M10
Locknut (42).
02 See steps 1 and 2. Tighten the M10
Locknuts (42).

Step Five.
01 Apply some of the included grease
to an M10 x 165mm Bolt (50). Attach
the Backrest Post (15) to the Backrest
Frames (16) with the Bolt, two M10
Washers (55) and an M10 Locknut (42).
Do not tighten the Locknut yet.
02 Attach the Backrest (19) to the Backrest
Frames (16) with four M6 x 40mm Screws
(51) and four M6 Washers (32). Do not
tighten the Screws yet.

Step Six.
01 Grease an M10 x 165mm Bolt (50).
Attach the Backrest Frames (16) to
the Frame (1) with the Bolt, two M10
Washers (55) and an M10 Locknut (42).
Set the end of the Backrest Post(15) in
one of the slots in the Frame. Do not
overtighten the Locknut; the Backrest
Frames must pivot easily.
02 See step 5. Tighten the M10 Locknut
(42) and the four M6 x 40mm Screws
(51). Do not overtighten the Locknut;
the Backrest Post (15) must pivot
easily.

Step Seven.
01 Attach the Weight Tube (24) to the Leg
Lever (5) with an M8 x 70mm Bolt (46),
a Weight Tube Spacer (41), two M8
Washers (49) and an M8 Locknut (36).
Then, press a 25mm Round Outer Cap
(29) onto the Weight Tube.
02 Grease the barrel of an M10 x 77mm
Bolt Set (47). Attach the Leg Lever (5)
to the Front Leg (4) with the Bolt Set.
Make sure that the barrel of the Bolt
Set is inserted through both sides of
the bracket on the Front Leg.

Step Eight.
01 Insert the Long Pad Tube (56) into the
bracket on the Front Leg (4). Slide Foam
Pad (22) onto the Pad Tube on each
side and then press Pad Caps (23) into
the Foam Pad on each side.
02 Repeat this step with the Short Pad
Tubes (21) and the Leg Lever (5).

Step Nine.
01 Attach the Bumper (39) to the Curl Bar
(17) with an M4 x 19mm Screw (54).
02 Attach the Curl Bar (17) to the Leg
Lever (5) with the Pin/Tether (35).
Then, attach the Tether to the Leg
Lever with an M4 x 19mm Screw (54).

01 Attach the Curl Pad (20) to the Curl Post (6) with two M6 x 20mm Screws (53).

Step Eleven.
01 Identify the Left Upright (11) which is
marked with an “L” sticker. Orient one
of the Bases (9) as shown. Attach the
Base to the Left Upright with two M10
x 90mm Carriage Bolts (43) and two
M10 Locknuts (42).
02 Attach the other Base (9) to the Right
Upright (10) in the same way.

01 Attach a Connector (28) to the Left
Upright (11) with two M5 x 19mm
Screws (52), two M10 x 90mm Bolts
(45) and two M10 Washers (55).

02 Attach the other Connector (28) to
the Right Upright (10) in the same
way.
