GENERALUSE
1]Removeany obstructionsorother
obstaclesin thearea which istobe
cleaned.
2]Removedustrecoverybagandemptyit
outin atrashreceptacle.Replace
dustrecoverybagonmachine,ensuring
itissealedtightlytothemachine.
3]Placehandleinuprightpositionandtilt
machinebackuntilhandlerests onthe
floor.
*Besurethemachineisnotpluggedinto
anoutlet.
4]Removethepadcentergrippingdevice
byunscrewingthethumbscrews.
5)Placea"Viperapproved"burnishingpad
onthepaddriverandre-attach the
centergrippingdevice.(checkwithyour
Viperdistributorforapprovedpads)
6]Placemachinebackintoitsupright
position.
7]Plug powercordintogrounded outlet.
*Donotuseanextensioncordin
conjunctionwiththestandardpower
cord.
8]Thehandleheightmaybeadjusted by
liftinguponthehandlereleaselever,
locatedontherightside ofthe
switchhousing.Pulltriggerand
lowerhandle todesired operating
position.Releasetriggertolock
handle intoplace.
9]Tostartthemachine,pushonthered
safetyreleasebuttonlocatedonthe
topoftheswitch housingand
squeezeeitherswitch lever.
10)Oncethemachinehasreached
operatingspeed,lookatthedigitalpad
pressuremeterlocatedonthetopof
themotorcover.Thereare3light
colorswhich willhelpyoudetermine
optimalpadpressureforoperatingthe
machine.RED LIGHT(S):Ifoneorboth
redlightsareilluminated,stopthe
machineandturnthepadpressure

adjustmentknobtotherighttoreduce
padpressure.YELLOWLIGHT(S):Ifone
orbothyellowlightsisilluminated,stop
themachineandturnthepadpressure
adjustmentknobtothelefttoincrease
theamountofpadpressure.GREEN

runningattheoptimalpadpressure

11]Whenthemachineisin operation,
bothhandsshould begrippingonthe
handle.
12]Tostopthemachineatanytime,
simplyreleasetheswitch lever,andthe
machinewill stopautomatically.
MAINTENANCE
Tokeepthemachineperformingwellfor
many years,pleasefollowthefollowing
maintenanceprocedures.
*Alwaysconfirm thatthemachineis
unpluggedpriortoperformingany
maintenanceorrepairs.
1]Unplug machineassoonasyouaredone
usingit.
2)Removedustrecoverybagandempty
contentsintoatrashreceptacle.
Inspectdustrecoverybagforany
damagepriortoreplacingitonthe
machine.
3]Cleantheoutsideofthemachinewitha
mild cleaner.
4]Checkpowercordforany damage.If
any damageisdetected,replacethe
cordimmediately.
5]Lubricatewheelswithawaterresistant
lubricanteverymonth.
6]Checkmachineforlooseormissingnuts
andbolts, andreplaceasnecessary.
7]Ifthemachineisusedin adusty
environment,youmayremovethe
motorcoverandblowthemotorclean
withcompressedair.Thiswill allowfor
goodventilationandhelpthemotorrun
cooler.
