2. ASSEMBLY OF LEGS
The mitering machine has 5 legs, each of which must be
mounted in its corresponding housing. The shorter leg, A,
must be placed at the area indicated in (Fig. 1)
3. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
ADJUSTMENT OF CUTTING ANGLE
Rotating the lever B, (Fig. 1), the squared rule can be
shiftedselectingthedegreesrequired.Whenselected,the
rule is fixed by smoothly tightening the lever B.
4. BLADE CHANGE
Black off screws C, (Fig.2), and replace blade for a fresh
one in good condition. For a clean, accurate and perfect
cuttingit isessential thattheblade onsliding overthedolly
is adjusted slightly rubbing it.
5. TREAD
With this device the stratified plate can be clamped at the
time of cutting since it is synchronized with the blade
shifting.
6. GUARANTEE
All VIRUTEX tools are guaranteed for 12 months from the
date of purchase, excluding any damage which is a result
of incorrect use or of natural wear and tear on the tool. All
repairs should be carried out by the official VIRUTEX
technical assistance service.

2. MONTAGE DES PIEDS D'APPUI
La cisaille dispose de 5 pieds d'appui qui doivent être
montés chacun dans leur logement respeetif. Le pied
d'appui A, le plus court, doit être placé dans la zone
indiquée sur la (Fig. 1).
3. INSTRUCTIONS DE SERVICE
RÉGLAGE DE L’ANGLE DE COUPE
En faisant tourner le levier B, (Fig. 1), on pourra déplacer
larègleéquerrepourselectionnerlesdegrésnécessaires.
Aprés la sélection fixer la régle à èquerre en appuyant
doucement sur le levier B.
4. SUBSTITUTION DU COUTEAU
Déviser les vis C, (Fig. 2), et remplacer le couteau par un
autreremplissantlesconditionsvoulues.Pourobtenirune
coupe nette, exacte et précise, il convient que le couteau
soit ajusté de façon à ce que, en glissant sur la base
métalique, le frottement soit faible.
5. FOULEUR
Grace à sa synchronisation avec le déplacement du
couteau, il permet d’assujettir la planche stratifiée au
moment de la coupe.
6. GARANTIE

EINSTELLUNG DES SCHNITTWINKELS
Durch Drehen des Hebels B (Abb. 1) kann man die
Winkelleiste bewegen und so die notwendige Gradzahl
auswählen. Nach der Auswahl die Leiste durch sanftes
Festziehen des Hebels B feststellen.
4. AUSWECHSELN DES SCHERMESSERS
Die Schrauben C abschrauben (Abb. 2) und das
Schermesser durch ein anderes ersetzen, das sich in
einem guten Zustand befindet. Für einen sauberen,
geneauen und präzisen Schnitt muß sich das Messer,
wennesüberdenGegenhaltergleitetsoanpassen,daßes
sich leicht daran reibt.
5.HALTEVORRICHTUNG
Anhand der Haltevorrichtung kann das
Schichtpreßstoffurnier beim Schneiden festgehalten
werden, da sich Haltevorrichtung und Schermesser
synchron bewegen.
