TIPOVER WARNING
SERIOUS OR FATAL CRUSHING INJURIES CAN OCCUR FROM TIPOVER. TO HELP PREVENT TIPOVER:
• NEVER ALLOW CHILDREN TO CLIMB, STAND, HANG, OR PLAY ON ANY PART OF CART.
• USE TIPOVER RESTRAINT OR ANCHOR CART TO WALL
USE OF TIPOVER RESTRAINTS MAY ONLY REDUCE, BUT NOT ELIMINATE RISK OF TIPOVER.
ASSEMBLY STEPS
STEP 1
WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD
SMALL PARTS - NOT FOR CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS. ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED.
Screw the casters (E, F) into the base (B) using
the wrench (M).

Mount the leg (A) to the base (B)
using M6x60 bolts (G) with washers
(J), making sure the foot pedal is
facing forward. Tighten with the
5mm Allen wrench (L).
STEP 2
Mount the support bracket (D) to the top of the leg
(A) using M6x12 bolts (H). Tighten with the 4mm Allen
wrench (K).
STEP 3
Attach the desktop (C) to the support bracket (D)
using the M6x12 panhead bolts (I), making sure
the longer end of the desktop is facing forward.
Tighten with the 4mm Allen wrench (K).
STEP 4
Step on the foot pedal to unlock the leg and adjust the
desktop height.
STEP 5

Open Monday - Friday 7:00am - 7:00pm CST,
