IMPORTANT!
• Read these instructions and plan the installation before beginning.
• Risk of product damage. Do not apply direct heat to the valve. Excessive heat will damage the plastic components and plaster guard.
• Do not remove the plaster guard until instructed to do so.
• A water supply is required for this valve.
• Component location, spacing, and situational requirements can vary.

CHECK LEVEL
Remove and discard
mud cover (A) from
rough-in valve (B),
10121.
Remove all thread (C) from valve.
Measure and trim to the needed length
of thread to engage plate collar (F).
Remove stem extension (D) from
valve. Trim the stem extension at the
second notch.
Place trim plate (E) on to nished wall.
Attach plate collar (F) to the valve.
Ensure trim plate is leveled.
Attach deco nuts (K) to stando
screws.
Fasten stando screws (J) to
esctucheon base.
Place handle (M) onto the stem adaptor. You may need to rotate
handle to align handle stem to orientation of the valve detents.
Fasten handle in place with the deco screw (N).
Place handle hub (G) and escutcheon (H) over
valve and trim plate.You may need to rotate hub
to align stem adaptor to valve stem. Align ats on
hub and escutcheon. Ensure escutcheon is ush
to plate.
