1. INTERLOCK ú (Installation of the INTERLOCK)
1-1. Verifiquese o Intertravamento Mecânico é compatível com o modelo do Disjuntor.
(Check whether the Mechanical Interlock Unit is compatible with the MCCB models.)
* Modelos de Intertravamento Mecânico compatíveis com modelos de Disjuntores
(The type of mechanical Interlock units and compatible MCCBs)
1-2. Coloque um Disjuntor na posição ON e outro na posição OFF ou ambos na posição OFF.
Não é possível realizar a montagem se um dos disjuntores estiver em TRIP ou ambos estiverem na
posição ON.
(Please put one of the MCCB in the ON position and another in OFF position or put both MCCBs in the
OFF position. Assembling is impossible in case one of them is in the TRIP position or both are in
the ON position.)
1-3. Monte o intertravamento encaixando os
furos da Base com os furos da carcaça
do disjuntor, coloque os 4 parafusos e
aperte-os.

Manopla (handle)
(Fit the Mechanical Interlock Unit with
holes of Interlock Base and holes of
MCCB Cover, and tighten up 4pcs of
screws through holes of Interlock Base.)
1. Do not use any deformed or damaged device.
2. Mounting, detaching, wiring, maintaining and
checking should be done by an authorized or
certified person.
3. It should not be used in severe environment
such as high temperature, high humidity,
dusty, corrosive gas, excessive vibration and
impulse.
They may result in fire or malfunction.
4. Use the device in a range of the rate current and
pole of MCCB, RCD.
5. Mounting should be done according to the
instruction manual.
Failure to mount may cause malfunction of
MCCB, RCD or cause an incident which makes
the operator hurt.
6.Screws should be tightened in specific torque.
7. Be careful not to be damaged by accidents
during transportation or installation.
8.Do not modify the device unless it is permitted.

Desligue o disjuntor a montante no circuito
antes de instalar ou efetuar qualquer
trabalho/serviço no produto. O não
cumprimento pode resultar choque elétrico e
queimadura.
1. Não instale um disjuntor com deformidades na
carcaça ou manopla
2. Somente profissionais qualificados podem efetuar
a instalação, manutençãoe inspeção do produto
3. O disjuntor e a manopla não devem ser instalados
em locais sujeitos a choques alta temperatura,
poeira, gases corrosivos ou vibração.
4. Observe o frame e a corrente de cada disjuntor.

2. Operação do Intertravamento Mecânico
(The method of operating Mechanical Interlock Unit)
2-1. Mantenha um dos disjuntores na posição OFF e ajuste a manopla do intertravamento para
esquerda/direita mantendo a barra do intertravamento acima da manopla do disjuntor.
(Keep one of the MCCBs in OFF position and adjust interlock Handle right/left side to put the
Interlock Bar on the upper part of the MCCB handle.)

2-2. Caso necessário pode-se intertravar os dois disjuntores na
posição OFF. Nesse caso a barra do intertravemento ficará
entre os dois disjuntores.
(In case, you locate the interlock bar between 2 MCCB, you
can lock both MCCBs under OFF state.)
2-3. A barra do intertravamento pode ser movida para qualquer
posição desejada. Caso ambos disjuntores estejam na
posição OFF pode-se utilizar dois cadeados.
(The interlock Bar can be locked after being moved to any
desired place. The interlock Bar can be locked with 2 keys
in case both MCCBs are locked in OFF position.)
