IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS
WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious injury, read the following im ortant recautions before using
the home gym system.
WARNING: Before beginning this or any exercise rogram, consult your hysician. This is es ecially
im ortant for ersons over the age of 35 or ersons with re-existing health roblems. Read all
instructions before using. ICON assumes no res onsibility for ersonal injury or ro erty damage
sustained by or through the use of this roduct.
1. Read all instructions in this manual and in the
accom anying literature before using the
home gym system.
2. Use the home gym system only on a level
surface. Cover the floor beneath the home
gym system for rotection.
3. Ins ect and tighten all arts often. Re lace
any worn arts immediately.
4. Kee children under 12 and ets away from
the home gym system at all times.
5. Never release the ress arm, butterfly arms,
squat arm, leg lever, lat bar or nylon stra
whilst weights are raised. The weights will fall
with great force.
6. This equi ment is not to be used by more
than one erson at a time.
7. Always wear athletic shoes for foot rotection.
8. Always stand on a foot late when erforming
an exercise that could cause the home gym
system to ti .
9. Kee hands and feet away from moving arts.
10. Kee your hands away from the squat arm
u right when the squat arm is being used.
Your hand could become inched between
the squat arm u right and squat arm.
11. Ins ect all cables before each use. Make sure
that the cables remain on the ulleys at all
times. If the cables bind whilst you are exer-
cising, sto immediately and make sure that
the cables are on all of the ulleys. Re lace
all cables every two years.
12. Always disconnect the lat bar from the home
gym system when erforming an exercise
that does not use the lat bar.
13. If you feel ain or dizziness at any time whilst
exercising, sto immediately and begin cool-
ing down.
14. Always attach the lock ins and locks to the
weight guides when the home gym system is
not in use (see age 16).
15. The home gym system is intended for home
use only. Do not use the home gym system
in any commercial, rental, or institutional
setting.
