1. Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
Achtung

or allen mechanischen und elektrischen
Reparaturarbeiten an der Maschine unbedingt
den Netzstecker ziehen! Beschädigte Elektro-
teile sind eine Gefahr, diese Teile sofort durch
Fachpersonal auswechseln lassen!
Das Entfernen der Abdeckung während des
Betriebes ist verboten. Nach Abnehmen der
Abdeckhaube darauf achten, dass der Erdungs-
draht auf die Maschinengrundplatte gesteckt ist,
bevor die Maschine wieder geschlossen wird!
Die für die Sicherheit der Maschine Verantwortlichen
müssen darauf achten, dass:
•an der Maschine nur eingewiesenes und
qualifiziertes Personal eingesetzt wird.
•dieses Personal ständig Zugang zur Betriebs-
anleitung oder sonstigen die Maschine
betreffenden Unterlagen hat und diese beachtet.
Die Entfernung oder Manipulation von
Sicherheitseinrichtungen, sowie technische

eränderungen und unsachgemäße Behandlung
der Maschine führen zum Erlöschen der
Garantie und dem Entzug der Betriebserlaubnis.

1. General safety notices
Warning
Before any work is carried out on the machine,
remove the plug!
Damaged electrical parts are dangerous. All
electrical work has to be performed by qualified
persons only!
To remove the cover of the machine during
operation is strictly forbidden.
Should the removal of the cover be necessary take
care that the earth wire is connected after re-
closing the machine!
The personnel who are responsible for the security
of the machine must make sure that:
•only accredited and qualified personnel should
handle the machine.
•these personnel always have access to the
operating manual and related documents and
comply with these regulations.
Ensure that all safety components and the
covers of the machine are mounted correctly
and operate in accordance with defined safety
produces. Contravention of this renders the
guarantee invalid.

5. Bedienungsanleitung
5.1 Inbetriebnahme
•Abfallbehälter einschieben.
•Drehknopf Querschnitt aufstecken.
•Das Netzkabel an die Maschine und an die
Stromversorgung anschließen. (Die Daten auf
dem Typenschild müssen mit dem Stromnetz
übereinstimmen.)
5. Operating instruction
5.1 Putting into operation
•Put in the stripping-waste container.
•Put on the turning knob for the cross-section.
•Connect the mains cable to the machine and
the electrical supply. (The data on the type
plate must agree with the mains supply.)
5.2 Maschine einschalten
•Den Netzschalter auf dem Netzfilter-Modul
einschalten.
•Wenn nur eine Kontrolllampe für den
Querschnitt leuchtet, ist die Maschine
betriebsbereit.
5.2 Starting the machine
•Actuate the main switch on the filter module.
•If only one control lamp lights, the machine is
ready for operation.
5.3 Einstellen des Querschnittes
•Den Schutzdeckel öffnen.
•Den Rasthaken lösen und das Magazin
entnehmen.
•Den Drehknopf nach innen drücken und drehen
bis er einrastet.
•Magazin wieder einlegen und Schutzdeckel
schließen.
5.3 Adjustment of the cross-section
•Open the protecting cover.
•Release the lock pin and remove the magazine.
•Push in the knob for the cross section and turn
it until it snaps in.
•Put in the magazine and close the protecting
cover.

5.4 Hülsenzuführung
•Den Schutzdeckel öffnen.
•Den Rasthaken lösen und das Magazin
entnehmen.
•Die Zapfenschraube ganz nach hinten schieben
und den Aderendhülsengurt aus dem Magazin
herausziehen.
•Die Trommel auf den Halter legen.
•Die Zapfenschraube ganz nach hinten schieben
und den Aderendhülsengurt in das Magazin
einführen bis eine Hülse heraussteht.
•Magazin wieder einlegen und Schutzdeckel
schließen.
5.4 Ferrule feeding
•Open the protecting cover.
•Release the lock pin and remove the magazine.
•Push the shoulder screw completely to the back
and pull the ferrule strap out of the magazine.
•Mount the drum on the holder.
•Push the shoulder screw completely to the back
and insert the ferrule strap into the magazine
until one ferrule is out.
•Put in the magazine and close the protecting
cover.
5.5 Drahteinführung
•Der Draht löst beim Einführen in den
Einführtrichter den Arbeitszyklus aus.
•Er muss gerade abgeschnitten sein und darf
keine Knicke und Bögen aufweisen.
5.5 Wire feeding
•The wire triggers the working cycle by inserting
into the feeding funnel.
•It has to be cut off straight and may not have
any bends or bows.

6.1 Abisolierrest-Behälter
Abfallbehälter regelmäßig entleeren.

6.1 Stripping-waste container
Regularly empty the stripping-waste container.
6.2 Innenraum
•Abisolierreste und Verunreinigungen entfernen,
aber nicht mit Pressluft reinigen.
•Maschine nicht ölen oder einfetten.
6.2 Interior
•Remove the stripping-waste and other
impurities, but do not clean with compressed
air.
•Do not oil and lubricate the machine.

6.3 Abisoliermesser
Vorsicht! Messer sind scharf.
•Maschine ausschalten.
•Den Schutzdeckel öffnen.
•Den Rasthaken lösen und das Magazin
entnehmen.
•Schutzdeckel schließen.
•Gehäuse abschrauben.
•Die Maschine mit gleichzeitig gedrückter
Resettaste wieder einschalten. (Schrittmodus)
•Im Schrittmodus kann durch Drücken der Reset-
taste der Motor schrittweise weitergefahren
werden.
•Resettaste betätigen bis sich die Messer in
vorderster Stellung befinden.
•Maschine ausschalten.
•Befestigungsschrauben lösen.
•Messer auswechseln.
•Befestigungsschrauben wieder anziehen.
•Gehäuse anschrauben.
•Maschine wieder einschalten.
•Resettaste drücken bis Maschine startet.
•Solange wiederholen bis eine Kontrolllampe
leuchtet.
•Magazin einsetzen und Schutzdeckel schließen.
6.3 Stripping blades
Caution! Blades are sharp.
•Switch off the machine.
•Open the protecting cover.
•Release the lock pin and remove the magazine.
•Close the protecting cover.
•Screw off the housing.
•Press the reset button and the main switch at
the same time. (step by step mode)
•In this mode the motor can be moved step by
step by pressing the reset button.
•Press the reset button until the blades are in the
front position.
•Switch off the machine.
•Release the fixing screws.
•Replace the stripping blades.
•Tighten the fixing screws
•Mount the housing.
•Switch on the machine.
•Press the reset button until the machine starts.
•Repeat it until one control lamp lights.
•Put in the magazine and close the protecting
cover.

7. Störungsbeseitigung
7.1 Keine Kontrolllampe leuchtet.
Stromversorgung ist unterbrochen.
→Netzkabel und Sicherungen prüfen.
7. Troubleshooting
7.1 No control lamp lights up.
The electrical supply is disturbed.
→Check the mains cable and the fuses.
7.2 Alle Kontrolllampen blinken abwechselnd.
Drehknopf Querschnitt ist nicht eingerastet.
→Drehknopf drehen, bis er einrastet.
Keine Grundstellung
→Resettaste drücken, bis Maschine startet.
→Eventuell wiederholen.
7.2 All control lamps flash alternately.
Turning knob of the cross section is not in the right
position.
→Turn the knob until it snaps in.
No starting position
→Press the reset button until the machine
starts.
→If necessary repeat it.
7.3 Alle Kontrolllampen blinken gleichzeitig.
→Maschine ausschalten, 5 Sekunden warten,
Maschine wieder einschalten.
7.3 All control lamps flash simultaneously.
→Switch of the machine and switch it on again
after 5 seconds.
7.4 Kontrolllampe des eingestellten Quer-
schnittes blinkt.
→Die Maschine sollte für notwendige
Wartungsarbeiten dem Hersteller zurück-
gegeben werden.
7.4 Control lamp of the selected cross-
section flashes.
→The machine should be returned to the
manufacturer for any necessary
maintenance work.
7.5 Schrittmodus
In diesem Modus kann der Motor schrittweise
gefahren werden und die Schalter können
überprüft werden.
•Maschine ausschalten.
•Den Schutzdeckel öffnen.
•Den Rasthaken lösen und das Magazin
entnehmen.
•Die Maschine mit gleichzeitig gedrückter
Resettaste wieder einschalten.
Kontrolllampe 0,5-0,75 mm² = Auslösevorrichtung
→Draht einführen. Kontrolllampe muss leuchten.
Kontrolllampe 1-1,5 mm² = Endschalter
→Durch Drücken der Resettaste den Motor
schrittweise einmal durchfahren. Kontroll-
lampe muss einmal aufleuchten.
Kontrolllampe 2,5 mm² = Sicherheitsschalter
Schutzdeckel offen →Kontrolllampe an.
Schutzdeckel geschlossen →Kontrolllampe aus.
7.5 Step by step mode
In this mode the motor can be moved step by step
and the switches can be checked.
•Switch off the machine.
•Open the protecting cover.
•Release the lock pin and remove the magazine.
•Press the reset button and the main switch at
the same time.
Control lamp 0,5-0,75 mm² = Starting unit
→Feed the wire. The control lamp must light.
Control lamp 1-1,5 mm² = Limit switch
→By pressing the reset button move the motor
step-by step for one cycle. The control lamp
must once light up.
Control lamp 2,5 mm² = Safety switch
Protecting cover open →control lamp on.
Protecting cover closed →control lamp off.
