19. In order to reduce the risk of fire and electric shock, do not

20. Keep this device away from all heat sources like for example,
ovens, hot plates and other heat-producing devices/objects.
21. Protect this device from extreme heat (over 35°C / 95°F) and
cold (under 5°C / 41°F) as well as from direct sunlight and dust.
22. Insert the power plug only into an grounded 120V~ 60Hz
socket.
23. WARNING - To avoid the possibility of fire disaster, the fan
shall not be covered.
24. Make sure the unit stands upright.
25. The unit should have a distance of 30 cm / 1 feet from other
objects, otherwise they can strongly influence its operation.
26. Make sure there are no objects nearby the fan which can
prevent the oscillation.
27. WARNING - Never insert fingers, pencils or other objects
into the unit if it is plugged in, and especially not during
operation. Warn your children against these dangers.

SAFETY INFORMATION
1. The mains voltage must match the information on the rating
label of the device.
2. The power plug is used as the disconnect device. Please be sure
that the power plug is in operable condition.
3. Only removing the power plug can separate the device
completely from the mains supply.
4. Avoid damages to the power cord that may be caused by kinks
or contact with sharp corners.
5. Make sure the device, including power cord and power plug are
not exposed to hot surfaces.
6. Only unplug from the power outlet by the plug itself. Do not
pull on the cord.
7. Disconnect the power plug when the device is not in use, in
case of malfunctions, prior to attaching accessories and prior to
each cleaning.
8. If the power cord or the casing of the device is damaged or if
the device is dropped, the device may not be used before it is
examined by a professional electrician.
9. A damaged power cord may only be replaced by the
manufacturer or a workshop commissioned by the
manufacturer or by a similarly qualified person in order to avoid
hazards.

device. To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock and injury to

11. This product employs overload protection (fuse). A blown
fuse indicates an overload or short-circuit situation. If the fuse
blows, unplug the product from the outlet. Replace the fuse
as per the user service instructions (follow marking for power
fuse rating) and check the product. If the replacement fuse
blows, a short-circuit may be present and the product should
be discarded or returned to an authorized service facility for
examination and/or repair.

This product contains a lithium button/coin cell battery “CR2032”
in the remote control unit. If a new or used lithium button/coin
cell battery is swallowed or enters the body. It can cause severe
internal burns and can lead to death in as little as 2 hours. Always
completely secure the battery compartment. If the battery
compartment does not close securely, stop using the remote
control unit. Remove the batteries, and keep it away from children.
If you think batteries might have been swallowed or placed inside

USER SERVICING INSTRUCTIONS
Grasp plug and remove from the receptacle or other outlet device.
Do not unplug by pulling on cord.
A. Open fuse cover by sliding access cover
on top of attachment plug towards plug
blades.
B. Remove fuse carefully by gently pulling
out the ends of the fuse from the
receptacle. Risk of fire. Replace fuse only
with 2.5 or 5 amp, 125 Volt fuse.
C. Install replacement fuse by first placing
the end of the fuse into the fuse
receptacle which is opposite of the blades
of the plug, then carefully push in the
other end. Only push against the metal
end of the fuse, the glass center portion.
D. Close fuse cover by sliding the cover back
into the plug until it is completely closed
and latches.
RISK OF FIRE. Do not replace attachment plug. It contains a
safety device (fuse) that should not be removed. Discard product if
the attachment plug is damaged.
NOTE: Neither Westinghouse nor the dealer can accept any liability for
damage to the product or personal injury resulting from failure to observe
the electrical connection procedures.

HOW TO USE
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
1. Carefully take the device and its accessories out of the
packaging. Retain the packaging in case you would like to store
the device away or transport it at a later date. If you choose to
dispose of the packaging, then please do so according to the
applicable legal regulations.
2. Check the packaging contents for completeness and damages.
Should the contents in the packaging not be complete or be
damaged, do not use the device. Return it to your retail outlet
immediately.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Check the household voltage to ensure it matches the
appliance’s rated specification. Be sure to plug into AC 120V~,
50-60Hz outlet.
2. Plug in, you can hear “Bi, Bi” then press [ ] button, product
starts at low-speed.
3. SPEED: Product has 3 speeds: Low - Mid - High. Select desired
speed by pressing the speed control for [ ], [ ], [ ],
the indicator will light up to indicate the selected speed.
4. WIND MODE: Product has 3 wind modes: Natural - Normal
- Sleeping. Press [ ] to select the desired mode. The
corresponding indicator light will turn on to indicate the
selected mode.
5. TIMER: Press [ ] once to add one hour (Min 1 hour, max 7
hours): 1H-2H-3H.........7H-0H-1H. At the same time, the indicator
light will on to indicate the selected time.
6. OSC: Press the [ ] one time, the product will oscillate left
and right, and press [ ] again, the fan will stop oscillation.
Meanwhile, you can adjust the up and down degree manually.
7. Press [ ] button to switch off the fan. If you don’t use it for a
long time, unplug the fan from the mains outlet.
Replace the remote control battery
When the remote control buttons do not respond properly, the
battery may have run out. Replace with a new 3V Lithium battery
(Model: CR2032).

CLEANING AND STORAGE
WARNING - Do not immerse the fan in water and never allow
water to enter the Motor Housing.
1. Be sure your fan is OFF.
2. Unplug the fan before cleaning.
3. Take the three screws out which are on the back cover, then
twist the front cover to the left and take it off.
4. Twist the fan blade screw to the right and take the fan blade
out, then you ca n clean the fan blade. Use only a soft, damp
cloth to gently wipe the fan.
5. Before reinstalling the fan, ensure that all the parts are dry
6. The product must be packed in its original box for storage.
Place the fan in a storage room with low humidity.

26. Assurez-vous qu’il n’y a pas d’objets à proximité du ventilateur
pouvant empêcher l’oscillation.

11. Ce produit utilise une protection contre la surcharge (fusible).
Un fusible grillé indique une situation de surcharge ou de
court-circuit. Si le fusible est grillé, débranchez le produit de
la prise secteur. Remplacez le fusible selon les instructions de
réparations par l’utilisateur (suivre le marquage indiqué pour
positionner le fusible) et vérifiez le fonctionnement du produit.
Si le fusible de rechange grille aussi, un court-circuit peut être
présent et le produit doit être jeté ou retourné à un centre
d’entretien agréé pour le faire examiner et / ou réparer.
12. Ne faites pas passer le câble sous les tapis. Ne couvrez pas
le câble avec des carpettes, des glissières ou tout autre objet
similaire. Ne faites pas passer le câble sous des meubles ou des
appareils ménagers.
13. Éloignez le câble de la circulation et des endroits où il pourrait
faire trébucher des personnes.
PRISE POLARISÉE
Cet appareil est doté d’une fiche polarisée
(une des lames est plus large que l’autre). Pour
réduire le risque de choc électrique, cette fiche
est conçue pour être insérée dans une prise
polarisée dans un sens. Si la fiche ne s’insère
pas complètement dans la prise, inversez-la.
Si elle ne s’adapte toujours pas, contactez un
électricien qualifié.

Ce produit contient une pile au lithium / pile cellulaire de type
« CR2032 » dans la télécommande. Si une pile au lithium / pile
cellulaire neuve ou usagée est avalée ou pénètre dans le corps, elle
peut provoquer de graves brûlures internes et la mort en moins
de 2 heures. Sécurisez toujours complètement le compartiment à
piles. Si le compartiment des piles ne se ferme pas correctement,
arrêtez d’utiliser la télécommande. Retirez les piles et gardez-
les hors de portée des enfants. Si vous pensez que les piles ont
