BATTERY DISASSEMBLY ON CENTO1 HYBRID
ATTENTION: each battery, engine and bike frame are aligned to each
other, so you can’t switch these to another bike. e system will not
work. e following procedure is suitable for size S and M. For grea-
ter sizes, the disassembly of the battery must be done with the fork removed.
1. Open the cover placed at the end of the down
tube below the bottom bracket.
2. Disconnect the engine cable with the battery’s one; follow the arrows that are placed in the inser-
tion point. Remove the clips that x the cable to the chain stays.
3. Disconnect the battery cable to the PAS sensor’s one. Make attention to remove properly the two
cables, otherwise you risk damaging the internal pins inside the connectors.

4. Disconnect the battery cable to the corresponding one of the charging point.
5. Remove the iWOC button on the top tube,
with the proper screw.
6. Disconnect the connector of the iWoc button to the one with 9 pins of the battery.
7. Protect the battery connectors with masking tape, so that you don’t damage them during the di-
sassembly operations.
8. Remove the screws that tight the battery to the down tube. During the operation, hold the battery
with an hand, so that it can’t slide along the down tube.

9. Remove the battery from the down tube sliding it out of the tube. Make attention to not damage
the cables that pass inside the down tube.
