1. PRECAUTION BEFORE USING
CÁC BIỆN PHÁP AN TOÀN TRƯỚC KHI SỬDỤNG
Earth wire: Dây nối đất
Embed a copper plate or rod deeply in moist
ground: Gắn một miếng hoặc dây đồng sâu
bên dưới đất ẩm
More than 75cm: Độ sâu hơn 75cm
Fix by solder or screw: Cốđịnh bằng thuốc
hàn hoặc vít
1. Connect the earth wire before use. This
enables you to prevent an accident caused by
electric shock when the electric insulation is not
in order.
Đấu nối dây nối đất trƣớc khi sửdụng. Điều này
giúp bạn phòng ngừa tai nạn do chập điện khi
chức năng cách điện gặp sựcố.
For your safety from danger of electric shock,
please be careful not to get power plug stained
with water.
Để phòng ngừa nguy cơ chập điện, tránh để
nƣớc xâm nhập vào phích cắm.

CAUTION CONNECTING THE EARTH
WIRE.

Connect the earth wire after turning off the
electric power.
Nối dây tiếp đất sau khi ngắt điện.
Never connect with gas pipes, otherwise it
can be the cause of exposion.
Không nối với ống dẫn khí vì có thểgây nổ.
2. Avoid operating under the
condition of dry running and
delivering no water. For it will
shorten the service life of pump
and also cause the trouble motor.
Tránh vận hành ởđiều kiện chạy
khô và không cấp nƣớc để tránh
làm giảm tuổi thọmáy bơm và
hỏng mô tơ.
Acid: Axit
Oil: Dầu
Gasoline: Xăng
3. Be careful not to use the pump with
other liquids except for water. When it
is used for solvent such as benzol,
acid, inflammable liquids such as
gasoline and high viscous liquid, there
is a risk of the fire and it will cause the
trouble of the pump and also shorten
the service life for it.
Không sửdụng chất lỏng khác ngoài
nƣớc. Nếu dùng các dung môi nhƣ
benzol, axit, chất lỏng dễcháy nhƣ
xăng và chất lỏng có độ nhớt cao, có
thểphát sinh nguy cơ hỏa hoạn, gây
hỏng hóc máy bơm và rút ngắn tuổi
thọmáy bơm.
4. Never wrap the motor of the
pump head in a blanket or a cloth
for preventing freezing in cold
weather. For it will be the cause
of the fire.
Không bảo vệđộng cơ, đầu bơm
máy bơm bằng chăn hoặc vải để
ngăn đóng băng khi thời tiết lạnh
vì có thểgây hỏa hoạn
5. Avoid using the pump under the
condition exposed to the direct rays or
rain because it will be the reason of
shortening the service life of the pump
and also of the danger of electric
shock.
Không lắp đặt máy bơm trực tiếp dƣới
trời nắng hoặc mƣa, nếu không sẽlàm
giảm tuổi thọmáy bơm và phát sinh
nguy cơ chập điện.
6. Avoid using the pump under the
condition of ambient temperature
over 400C and also with hot water
over. For it will shorten the
service life of the pump.
Tránh sửdụng máy bơm ở nhiệt
độ bao quanh > 40oC và với nƣớc
quá nóng để tránh làm giảm tuổi
thọmáy bơm.

7. When the pump is set up in the well
which is easy to suck
in sand, above all, A sand filter is
needed. For it will prevent in the pump
head for a short time, the decline of
pressure and the decrease of the
pumping water.
Khi sửdụng bơm nƣớc giếng, cát có
thểbịhút vào, cần lắp bộlọc cát.
Cánh bơm bị mòn làm giảm lƣu lƣợng
và áp suất bơm.
8. The permitted voltage fluctuation is
with in 10% of
the rated voltage. Otherwise it will be
the reason of shortening the service
life of the pump.
Mức tăng giảm điện áp cho phép là
±10% điện áp định mức. Nếu không,
tuổi thọmáy bơm sẽ bịgiảm.

8. MAINTENANCE
BẢO DƯỠNG
In order to avoid infection maintenance work should only be carried out using protective gloves.
Đeo găng tay bảo vệkhi tiến hành công tác bảo dƣỡng để tránh nhiễm khuẩn.
For all maintenance and repair work the pump is to be switched off-circuit and protected against unauthorised restarting. In
principle, damage to the connecting cable should only be repaired by a qualified electncian.
Khi bảo dƣỡng và sửa chữa, ngắt điện máy bơm để tránh khởi động máy ngoài ý muốn. Vềnguyên tắc, dây cáp nối bịhỏng phải
do kỹthuật viên có chuyên môn sửa chữa.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
BẢO DƯỠNG VÀ VỆSINH
In normal operation, the pump dosen’t require any specific maintenance However, it may be necessary to clean the hydraulic
parts when a fall in the performamce is observed. The electropump must not be dismantled except by skilled personnel in
possession of the qualifications required by the regulations in force In any case, all repairs and maintenance jobs must be carried
out only after having disconnected the pump from the power mains.
Ởđiều kiện vận hành thông thƣờng, không cần bảo dƣỡng máy bơm. Tuy nhiên, cần vệsinh các bộphận thủy lực khi thấy bị
giảm hiệu suất. Nếu theo quy định bắt buộc, chỉnhân viên lành nghềvà có chuyên môn mới đƣợc tháo rời máy bơm. Trong mọi
trƣờng hợp, công tác sửa chữa và bảo dƣỡng chỉđƣợc thực hiên sau khi ngắt điện máy bơm.
MODIFICATIONS AND SPARE PARTS
THAY ĐỔI VÀ PHỤTÙNG
Any modification not beforehand authorized relieves the manufacturer of all responsibility. All the spare parts used in repairs
must be original ones and the accessories must be approved by the manufacturer so as to guarantee maximum safety of the
machines and systems in which they may be fitted.
Nhà sản xuất không chịu trách nhiệm cho bất kỳthay đổi tựý nào đối với máy bơm. Toàn bộ phụtùng sửdụng khi sửa chữa phải
là chính hãng và các phụkiện phải đƣợc nhà sản xuất phê duyệt để đảm bảo an toàn tối đa cho máy móc và hệ thống đƣợc lắp
ráp.
At the first running, if you notice abnormal vibration, noise or strange
smell, turn off and disconnect the power cord at once and contact us.
Ởlần chạy đầu tiên, nếu phát hiện độ rung hay tiếng ồn bất thƣờng
hoặc ngửi thấy mùi lạ, tắt máy và ngắt điện, sau đó liên hệ với chúng
tôi.
After the pump is assembled, you must do a running test to
detect any defect in the installation or in the pump.
Sau khi lắp ráp, tiến hành chạy thử máy bơm để phát hiện bất
cứ khiếm khuyết nào của máy bơm hoặc trong khi lắp đặt.
9. HOW TO OPERATE
CÁCH VẬN HÀNH
Never operate the pump without priming water. For it will damage the mechanical-seal and the impeller and shorten the service life of the
pump.
Không vận hành máy bơm khi chƣa mồi nƣớc vì sẽlàm hỏng phớt cơ khí và bánh công tác cũng nhƣ giảm tuổi thọmáy bơm.
WHEN THE PUMP REUSED AFTER A LONG TIME
KHI SỬDỤNG LẠI MÁY BƠM SAU THỜI GIAN DÀI
-There is a possibility for the motor not to be operated in spite of switching on the
electric power because of the sticking and
solidification of the dirk and filth in the water of the pump head.
Có thểđộng cơ sẽkhông chạy sau khi bật điện vì có bụi và tạp chất trong nƣớc của cột
áp máy bơm.
-In that case, turn off the electric power, and then furm the shaft side hole in back of the
motor a few times with driver or
something like that. After that, you can operate the pump as usual.
Trong trƣờng hợp này, tắt điện và dùng tuốc nơ vít hoặc dụng cụtƣơng tự vặn vài lần
lỗbên hông trục chính phía sau động cơ. Sau đó vận hành máy bơm nhƣ bình thƣờng.
HOW TO START THE PUMP
CÁCH KHỞI ĐỘNG MÁY BƠM
Since this pump is not self-priming system, at the start of operation, make priming by the following sequence:
Vì máy bơm không có chức năng tự mồi nƣớc nên phải mồi nƣớc trƣớc khi vận hành theo trình tựsau:
1. Remove the Hopper cap and pour water into the pump and replace the hopper cap.
Air in the suction pipe shall be puiled out with the water.
Mởnút châm chất lỏng, sau đó đổ nƣớc vào và vặn nút châm lại nhƣ cũ.
Xảtoàn bộkhí và nƣớc bên trong ống hút.
2. Before the power switch on, the water cock of the discharge side should be opened.
Trƣớc khi mởđiện, mởvòi nƣớc ởcửa xả.
3. After the power switch on, start priming procedure immediately.
Sau khi mởđiện, tiến hành mồi nƣớc ngay.
4. When the priming is not successful, air may be remained in the suction pipe.
Then, to remove air in the suction pipe, pour water and power on and off repeatedly.
Nếu không mồi nƣớc đƣợc, có thểkhí vẫn còn bên trong ống hút.
Xảkhí bên trong ống hút, đổ nƣớc và bật tắt máy bơm vài lần.
5. Because the pup has no switch, use power siwtch on the wall or plug in and out from the receptacle.
Sửdụng công tắc gắn tƣờng hoặc phích cắm vì máy bơm không có công tắc.

perfectly.
