Intro uction
Thank you for purchasing this quality product. To minimize the risk of injury by means of fire or
electric shock we urge that our clients take some basic safety precautions when using this
evice. Please rea the operation instructions carefully an make sure you have un erstoo its
content.
Always use a grounded power connection with the appropriate mains voltage. You can
nd the corresponding mains voltage on the type plate. If you have any doubts about the
connection being grounded, have it checked by a qualied professional. Never use a
faulty electric cable.

environment or when you are wet yourself and protect it from direct sunlight. Install this
device in a safe location so that nobody can step on the cable, fall over or damage it.
isconnect the power plug before cleaning it and use only a damp cloth for cleaning.
Avoid using cleaning agents and make sure that no liquid enters the electrical part of the pump.
The electric part of the device contains no parts that can be inspected or serviced by the user. Leave
the maintenance, adjustment and repair to qualified technical personnel. In case of unauthorised
intervention the 2-year warranty is no longer valid! Keep these operation instructions safe.

GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Perform a visual inspection of the device before each use. Do not use the device if parts are dam-
aged or worn. ever override safety mechanisms.
Consider the workspace environment. Protect the device from direct exposure to water.
Do not use power tools in moist or wet locations. Keep the working area well lit.
Do not use the tool with flammable liquids or gases.
ever use power tools in hazardous locations with paint, varnish, benzol, thinner, gaspipes,
gases, adhesives and other materials that are flammable or explosive. Power tools may produce
sparks during operation.
Protection against electric shock. Avoid physical contact with earthed surfaces. For example:
pipes, radiators, stoves, refrigerators.
Keep children away. All visitors should be kept away from the work area.
Keep unused tools safe when not in use. Tools should be stored in dry and high or locked places
out of reach of children.
Make sure that the electrical connections are protected from moisture and flooding.
Wear hearing protection and safety glasses to protect yourself at work. If you do dusty work,
please wear a dust mask.
Before carrying out any work or maintenance on the device or changing the accessories, switch
off the device and unplug it.

SERIAL INSERTION TYPE VIBRATOR
I. Application
The insertion type concrete vibrator is the important machine in your current concrete project. All the
parts which is used to produce concrete, can be used after inserting vibrators. It is possible to con-
struct concrete columns, walls, main cantilevers, secondary cantilevers and prefabricated component
parts. Its special use is the construction of small parts, thin wall structures, plastic pounds, half-dry
hardness and dry concrete. It is a high efficiency vibrator for the construction of concrete.

III. Precautions for Installation an Operation
1) Please check the electric phase connection before using the tool. You can start working, when
the vibrator is making a balanced sound.
2) The pipe should be inserted vertical or incline into the concrete moving it up and down vertical
for a while.
3) The vibrator should take a break after working for half an hour to prevent overheating.
SERIAL ADHENSIVE TYPE CONCRETE VIBRATOR
I. Application
The adhesive type concrete vibrator is important for your current concrete project. It is used for con-
crete buildings, basements and various concrete basement applications. All the parts that are needed
to produce concrete can be processed by this tool.
II. Structure Features
1) The adhesive type concrete vibrator is provided with a single / three-phase engine and spare
parts matching the actual engine power.
2) The vibrator is completely sealed with high strength ability.
3) The casing of the vibrator is casted by alloyed aluminium. The weight of the vibrator is very
light and highly efficient.

IV. Precautions for Installation an Operation
1) The engine insulation must always be kept in a well state. If the product has been transported
a long distance or not been used for a long period of time, the insulation between wire and
earth insulation must be tested.
2) The screw of the two side bottom plate should be put into the right place. If it is not, the engine
will get unusual pressure that will impact the life of it.
3) Vibrator should not work for long time in dry earth. If this is not taken into account, spare parts
of the vibrator will take damage. You should comply with electric regulation and the operation
process.
V. Maintenance an Repairs
1) After using the tool, it is highly recommended to clean the case of the engine to make sure
that its heat dissipation works well while operating it.
2) You should check seals and insulation of the engine regularly. The engine must be prevented
from getting wet. If it has come in contact with water accidentally, dry it before you will operate
the tool again.
3) The cable of the tool must be checked regularly. If the cord has any damage, the tool must not
be operated. Contact an authorized service partner. The cord must be repaired before the tool
can be taken into operation again.
4) Also check tool and its spare parts before taking it into operation. Do not operate a tool that
has any damage. They have to be repaired before the tool is allowed to be operated again.
VI. Safety Instructions
1) The grounding cable must always be fastened. This must be checked regularly before taking
the tool into operation. ever operate the tool with a damaged grounding cable.
2) The Vibrator must match the local earth leakage circuit protection when put into operation.
The functionality of the earth leakage circuit protection must be checked regularly.
3) The operator should wear rubber shoes while operating the tool.
4) If the engine or the tool has any problems, please contact the manufacturer or an authorized
service partner.
