III. OPERATION
>> Please make sure the camera is fully charged before using.
>> Please make sure a Micro SD memory card is securely fitted into the SD card
slot, or the camera will not work.
[Note]: If there is no memory card is fitted into the camera, both blue and red indicator lights will
flash 3 times and then turn off. The camera will shut down automatically.
3.1 POWER ON/OFF
3.1.1 Power on the camera by pressing and holding down the Power Button for 2
seconds. Both blue and red indicator lights will come on, then the red indicator light
will flash once and then turn off, the blue indicator light will stay illuminated, indicat-
ing that the camera has entered into standby mode automatically.
3.1.2 Power off the camera by pressing and holding down the Power Button for 3
seconds in standby mode, both blue and red indicator lights will flash four times and
then turn off.
[Note]: The camera will shut down automatically in 1 minute if the camera is in standby mode
without any operations.
3.2 VIDEO RECORDING
3.2.1 Power on the camera by pressing and holding down the Power Button for 2
seconds. Both blue and red indicator lights will come on, then the red indicator light
will flash once and then turn off, the blue indicator light will stay illuminated, indicat-
ing that the camera has entered into standby mode automatically.
3.2.2 Press the Power Button for 2 seconds to start video recording, the blue indi-
cator light will flash 3 times and then go out.
3.2.3 Press the power button once to stop video recording, the blue indicator light
will come on and stay illuminated, indicating that the camera is back to standby
mode automatically.
[Note]: It is 10min for each video clip; the video format is AVI, the video resolution is 1920x1080;
the camera will stop video recording automatically when the memory card is full.
3.3 CAMERA / STILL PHOTOGRAPHY
3.3.1 Power on the camera by pressing and holding down the Power Button for 2
seconds. Both blue and red indicator lights will come on, then the red indicator light
will flash once and then turn off, the blue indicator light will stay illuminated, indicat-
ing that the camera has entered into standby mode automatically.
3.3.2 Press the Power Button once to take a photo. The blue indicator light will flash
once every time you take a photo.
3.4 DATE/TIME STAMP SETUP
3.4.1 Power off the camera.
3.4.2 Connect the camera to a proper PC computer with the USB cable when the
camera is powered off.
3.4.3 Removable disk drive folder appears.
3.4.4 Click on the drive in the root directory and create a txt document file named
“time.txt”.
3.4.5 Input the current date and time in the txt file with the correct format:
Year.Month.Date Hour:Minute:Second Y. (For example: 2018.03.14 11:40:49 Y).
Save this file.
3.4.6 Restart the camera and the system will upgrade the program automatically.
[Note]: If you don’t need the time and date stamp on the video footage, change "Y" into “N”. (For
example: 2016.04.12 14:24:32 N).
3.5 VIDEO/PHOTO FILE UPLOADS
3.5.1 Connect the camera to a proper PC computer with the USB cable.
3.5.2 Removable disk drive folder appears.
3.5.3 Click on the drive in the root directory to view, copy or delete video and image
files.
3.6 CHARGING
3.6.1 Connect the camera to AC90-240V external power supply with the AC to DC
charging adapter and the USB cable for charging. The red indicator light will keep
flashing during the charging process.
3.6.2 It will take about 3 hours to obtain a full charge. The blue indicator light will
stay illuminated when the camera is fully charged.
[Note]: The operating battery life time is about 60 min on a full charge.
3.7 RESET
If the camera doesn’t work properly or cannot respond to your operation, use a
toothpick or non-mental pointed object to press the reset button once to reset this
camera, the camera will be powered off automatically.
