III. OPERATION
>> Please make sure that the camera is fully charged before using.
>> Please make sure that the Micro SD memory card is securely fitted into the SD
card slot on the camera. The camera will not work without a memory card.
[Note]: If there is no memory card is fitted into the camera, the red indicator light will flash 10
times and then both blue and red indicator light will turn off. The camera will shut down automati-
cally.
3.1 POWER ON/OFF
3.1.1 Power on the camera by pressing and holding down the Power Button for 2
seconds, the blue light indicator will come on for 2 seconds and then go out, the red
indicator light will be solid on, indicating that this camera has entered into standby
mode automatically.
3.1.2 Power off the camera by pressing and holding down the Power Button for 3
seconds in standby mode. Both blue and red indicator light will flash twice and then
turn off.
[Note]: The camera will shut down automatically in 3 minutes if the camera is in standby mode
without any operations.
3.2 VIDEO RECORDING
3.2.1 Power on the camera by pressing and holding down the Power Button for 2
seconds, the blue light indicator will come on for 2 seconds and then go out, the red
indicator light will be solid on, indicating that this camera has entered into standby
mode automatically.
3.2.2 Press the Power Button for 2 seconds to start video recording. The red indica-
tor light will flash 3 times and then turn off.
3.2.3 Press the power button once to stop video recording, the blue indicator light
will flash 2 times and then turn off, the red indicator light will stay solid on, indicating
that the camera is back to standby mode automatically.
[Note]: It is 10min for each video clip; the video format is AVI, the video resolution is 1920x1080;
the camera will stop video recording automatically when the memory card is full.
3.3 CAMERA/STILL PHOTOGRAPHY
3.3.1 Power on the camera by pressing and holding down the Power Button for 2
seconds, the blue light indicator will come on for 2 seconds and then go out, the red
indicator light will be solid on, indicating that this camera has entered into standby
mode automatically.
3.3.2 Press the Power Button once to take a photo. The blue indicator light will flash
once every time you take a photo.
3.4 VIDEO/PHOTO FILE UPLOADS
3.4.1 Power off the camera.
3.4.2 Connect the camera to a proper PC computer with the USB cable.
3.4.3 Removable disk drive folder appears..
3.4.4 All the video and photo files can be accessed in the DCIM folder.
3.5 SET DATE/TIME STAMP
3.5.1 Connect the camera to a proper PC computer with the USB cable when the
camera is powered off.
3.5.2 Removable disk drive folder appears.
3.5.3 Click on the drive in the root directory and inside the root directory, create a
TXT document file named “time.txt”.
3.5.4 Input the current date and time in the txt file with the correct format:
Year.Month.Day Hour:Minute:Second. (For example: 2018.12.19 13:40:49). Save
this file.
3.5.5 Restart the camera and the system will upgrade the program automatically.
3.6 CHARGING
3.6.1 Connect the camera to AC90-240V external power supply with the AC to DC
charging adapter and the USB cable for charging. The red indicator light will keep
flashing during the charging process.
3.6.2 It will take about 1.5 hours to obtain a full charge. The blue indicator light will
stay illuminated when the camera is fully charged.
[Note]: The operating battery life time is about 60 min on a full charge.
3.7 RESET
If the camera doesn’t work properly or cannot respond to your operation, use a
toothpick or non-mental pointed object to press the reset button once to reset this
camera, the camera will be powered off automatically.
