result in injury to you or other personnel, damage to the machine or to other property could occur
as well. You must have training in the operation of this machine before using it.
1.1 One operator, one machine. Attention- children and unauthorized personnel are not permitted in the vicinity of the
the machine while working.
1.2 This machine is only used for floor surface grinding and polishing.
1.3 Do Not start the machine when control panel shows "operation mode”or grinding plate does not touch the ground.
1.4 The machine adjusting bar has locking function in different positions, show by picture in this manual.
1.5 Make sure the machine has stopped running and emergency stop button is locked, when changing abrasives or
accessories. Should it be necessary, pull out the power or plug.
1.6 All necessary protective equipment, such as a hard hat, shoes, ear protection, safety glasses and face mask, must be
worn when operating machines.

Operating Instructions
This book has important information for use and safe operation of this machine. Failure to read this book
prior to operating or attempting any service or maintenance procedure to your concrete Grinder could
result in injury to you or other personnel, damage to the machine or to other property could occur
as well. You must have training in the operation of this machine before using it.
1.12 Must be connected with electric GFCI and Ground.
1.13 Cables/Wire must not be damaged
1.14 Adjust the height of the operating handle so that the machine can be pulled down to the best state. Pull the handle
down and raise the whole base.
1.15 Make sure all fastening bolts are tight, and the gaps of the discs are even.
1.16 The bottom of the machine is magnetic, only need to adsorb the diamond tool or the adapter that absorbs the
adhesive resin grinding disc.
1.17 Check whether the indicator light ( on the back) is on after power-on, and the panel parameters are displayed
normally.
1.18 If dry grinding, please connect the vacuum cleaner and connect to the suction port to ensure that the suction pipe
has no air leakage. If wet grinding, be sure to full fill the floor with water. Do not only wet the floor in order to reduce
dust, so that the resistance during the flooding process is abnormal and the motor load is overloaded.
1.19 Turn on the start switch and run from low speed to high speed to see if the machine is running smoothly. The speed
is adjusted according to the ground conditions, and the general condition is 300-1500 rpm.
2.0 Do Not polish at low speed, especially on extremely poor ground. Low speed may not work, thus causing the motor to
overheat and burn out.
2.1 Start the machine with FWD/REV
2.2 Slowly rotate the speed control knob to adjust to the required construction speed and enter the normal grinding state.
2.3 If you encounter an emergency, immediately press the red brake button and the machine will stop working
immediately.
2.4 After the grinding is finished, unplug the power plug after the machine is stopped.
2.5 When starting and stopping work, the operator must protect the machine and keep moving the machine at a constant
speed, to prevent damaging grinding discs and burning the floor.
2.6 Avoid protrusions on the ground, such as steel bars

Maintenance
2.7 After each working day, you should do cleaning and maintenance.
2.8 Remove the mud and dust on the machine, especially the grinding disc. Use an air gun or water gun to flush the
bottom. Do Not flush the electrical parts with the water gun.
2.9 For 6 months of continuous or intermittent use, the gear oil 2Liters must be replaced. Check oil weekly.
3.0 Always check the condition of the grinding head and the grinding disc for damages or wear. When a grinding disc
is replaced, it is better to replace all discs at the same time to ensure the quality of the floor.
3.1 Clean water tank every 5-7 days to avoid sediment build up.
3.2 When the machine is not in use, it can be cleaned and stored in a safe dry place.
Moving the machine
3.3 Insert carry poles, adjust handle to horizontal position, and lift machine as shown below
Changing/Attaching tooling
3.4 Tip over the machine using pedal as shown below
Machine must be OFF, not running and emergency stop button locked, when changing abrasives, accessories, or
performing maintenance. Should it be necessary, pull out the power or plug.

Trouble Shooting
Inconsistent Scratch on Floor
1. Machine standing still while running, must keep machine moving
while running
2. Grinding method is not correct
3. Using incorrect pads or tools
4. Tools are uneven
5. Incorrect operation, call dealer for technical support
Machine wobbles during operation
1. Check ground level for level difference.
a.If level difference is serious (2mm above), first repair with the angle grinder machine
b.b. Then, grind slowly from higher level to lower level with constant speed and shape moving
2. Make sure pad holders are tight
3. Make sure all pads are the same
4. Make sure pads are on same level
5. Adjust connector between machine frame and machine base, keep the pad holders and wheels
in the same level
Machine suddenly STOPS running (Over current protection)
1. Tap the STOP button, then after 5 seconds tap the RUN button to restart. Gently press the
handle when restarting to make sure pad holder has small friction which will
restart easier.

Machine uttered low buzz when turned on and off
1. There is dust in the motor impeller
2. Motor burnt out
Machine has abnormal sound during use
1. Rubber pad is damaged, which causes collision of grinding plate.
Replace with new rubber pads
2. Lack of lubrication. Add lubrication
3. Bearing or drive shaft is damaged and needs replaced.

Machine will not run/start
1. Check plug for proper connection-on machine AND at wall outlet
2. Check building circuit breaker
3. The Emergency Stop switch is pressed
4. Look at the Inverter parameters and debug according to the “ERR” instructions below.
ERR 1 Open-phase at input side Open-phase infrequency inverter three phase input power phase
Check three phase input power and wiring
ERR 2 Output grounding Frequency inverter has device grounding short circuit at the output side
Check peripheral device, grounding line, motor insulation
ERR 6 Keyboard communication fault 1-Keyboard wiring fault
2-Keyboard communication component damaged
Check the Keyboard wiring, Ask for technical support
Machine plumbing barrier
1. Water switch is damaged
2. Warping of water pipe. Replace with new pipe
3. Water pipe or water tank has dirt build up and needs cleaned
Poor dust collecting during wet polishing
1. Dust collection tube is damaged and needs replaced
2. Dust cover is damaged or installed improperly which causes lack
of vaccum
