FEATURES
Gas struts assist in lifting the top platen and hold open when operating
2 top plates (182 x 295mm) and one large bottom plate (393 x 295mm)
Full perimeter gutter with raised edges drain to lager removable front frease tray
Lift assst upper platens utilise gas struts to enable easy and safe lifting operationand ensure gentle

Eight programmable timer settings with one touch operation to achieve consistent results
Easy-clean PVC coated smooth metal conduit to route cables to upper cooking plate
Stainless steel switch protection guard for protection against accidental spilage

OF THE WARRANTY.
Loss of warranty will result from any service performed to the machine,
when:
o Safety barriers are removed without disconnectin

the power line and
the water supply. When any safety provision of the machine has been
bypassed, removed or excluded.
o Machine is installed in provisional, improper or unsafe conditions fo
r
lack of compliance with safety provisions (fuses, main breaker,
ground line, or water inlet and discharge valves).
When unauthorised modifications or unauthorised additions of
devices are made, which modify the operation cycles, indicated
on the data chart delivered with the machine.
o When non-genuine spare parts are used.
o Installation or stora
g
e in inadequate spaces accordin
g
to the
indications of manufacturer.
o Machine utilization different from the scope foreseen as written in the
documentation (ex. Dishes of type or sizes different from specified).
o Utilization of dispensers with corrosive products.

maintenance. Keep this booklet on hand in a safe place for future reference by other operators or service
technicians.
Do not store or use gasoline or other flammable vapours or liquids in the vicinity of this or any other appliance.
Qualified personnel, specifically trained in the following instructions, can perform installation and service of the
machine:
