Note: Assemble the base of the carrel table using the appropriate installation manual after
installing the carrel rack.
Tools required for assembly:
#2 Phillips screw driver
Power screw driver (optional)
1/8” hex wrench
5/32” hex wrench
Rubber mallet
Pliers
Adjustable wrench
Clean rag

(1) – Back panel (4) – Wing panel
(1) – Back frame
Hardware required to install (1) assembly (shown actual size):
(2) 1/4-20 x 60mm (2-3/8”) decorative head bolt – nickel (part# 31685N)
(2) 1/4-20 x 16mm (5/8”) decorative head bolt – nickel (part# 26505)

Hardware required to install (1) assembly (shown actual size) (continued):
(4) 1/4-20 x 1/4” set screw – black (part# 26503)
(4) minifix bolt – zinc (part# 26504)
(8) 10-32 x 3/8” shoulder screw - nickel (part# 1000540)
(4) 1/4-20 x 1” hanger bolt - steel (part# 1001695)
(4) 3/4" x 3/4" x 2” stand-off – powder coat (part# 26669)
(2) back frame foot – powder coat (part# 26670)

Insert the back panel into the back frame.

2(2) 1/4-20 x 16mm
Attach the back frame feet to the back frame.
Make sure the back panel is resting on top of the back frame feet.

Install shoulder screws into the back frame.

4(4) minifix bolt
Install a minifix bolt into each wing panel.

Attach the wing panels to the back frame.

6(4) 1/4-20 x 1/4" (4) 1/4 x 1”
Install a set screw and a hanger bolt into each stand-off.
Leave the set screw flush with the face of the stand-off.

Install the stand-offs in the work surface using a rag and an adjustable wrench
to prevent marring the stand-off finish.
Make sure the stand-offs are square with the work surface.
