(Double faced carrel table with 36” high, double opening rack)
Note: Assemble the base of the carrel table using the appropriate installation manual prior to
installing the carrel rack.
Tools required for assembly:
#3 Phillips screw driver
#2 Phillips screw driver
Medium slotted screw driver
Power screw driver (optional)
1/8” hex wrench
Rubber mallet
Hammer
Pliers
Adjustable wrench
Clean rag

Hardware required to install (1) assembly (shown actual size):
(6) 1/4-20 x 1/4” set screw – black (part# 26503) (8 required for 60” deep units)
(6) minifix bolt – zinc (part# 26504) (8 required for 60” deep units)
(4) #12 x 1/2” shoulder screw - nickel (part# 1001630)
(2) 10-32 x 5/8” shoulder screws – zinc (part# 1001631)
(2) 10-32 x 3/4” female shoulder screws – brass (part# 1001634)
(6) 1/4-20 x 1” hanger bolt - steel (part# 1001695) (8 required for 60” deep units)
(6) 3/4" x 3/4" x 2” stand off – powder coat (part# 26669) (8 required for 60” deep units)

1(6 or 8) 1/4-20 x 1/4" (6 or 8) 1/4 x 1”
Install a set screw and a hanger bolt into each stand off.
Leave the set screw flush with the face of the stand off.

Install the stand offs in the work surface using a rag and an adjustable wrench
to prevent marring the stand off finish.
Make sure the stand offs are square with the work surface.

3(4) #12 x 1/2" (4 or 6) minifix bolt
Install (2) shoulder screws and (2) minifix bolts into each end panel.
(60” deep units require an additional minifix bolt in the center)

4(2) 10-32 x 3/4" (2) 10-32 x 5/8" (2) minifix bolt
Install (2) male shoulder screws, (2) female shoulder screws
and (2) minifix bolts into the intermediate panel.

Attach the end panels and intermediate panel to the back panels.

Insert the minifix bolts into the holes on the stand offs and tighten the set screws.

Assembly is complete. Adjust glides as needed.
