Výměna těsnění na hřídeli - Odstraňte ovládání a nástavec;
- Povolte matice na ucpávce a odstraňte ucpávku;
- Odstraňte pojistný a plochý kroužek;
- Vyměňte staré těsnění za nové. U velkých ventilůje nutné každý
kroužek těsnění přitlačit ucpávkou;
- Nasaďte zpět pojistný a plochý kroužek;
- Nasaďte zpět ucpávku, pružné podložky a našroubujte matky;
- Utáhněte matice na ucpávce momentovým klíčem tak, aby byla
ucpávka v roviněs ventilem;
Replacement shaft gasket - Remove handle or actuator and adaptor;
- Turn of the gland nuts and remove the gland;
- Remove the circlip and the flat ring;
- Replace the old for the new gasket. By large valves it is necessarily
to push every ring in the valve house with the gland and the gland ring;
- Replace the flat ring and the circlip;
- Replace the gland and the spring rings and nuts;
- Turn the nuts with torque wrench and plane with the valve.

mittels Buchse und Flansche in das Gehäuse zu drücken;
- Montage in umgekehrter Reihenfolge, die Muttern müssen
gleichseitig mittels eines Drehmomentschlüssels angezogen
werden.

Výměna těsnění klapky. - Demontujte klapku;
- Zkontrolujte, jestli se na sedle nenacházejí nečistoty a otřepy;
-Odstraňte pojistný kroužek a staré sedlo disku;
- Vyčistěte klapku a nasaďte nové sedlo disku.;
- Nasaďte pojistný kroužek a namontujte šrouby. Dotahujte vž-
dy postupněšrouby proti sobě. Dbejte na centrování;
- Zkontrolujte, jestli se klapka správněotevírá a zavírá.

- Check the body seat for burrs;
- Remove retaining ring and old disc seat;
- Clean valve and replace new disc seat;
- Place retaining ring and turn on bolts criss-cross fashion and
lock with center;
- Open and close valve and check.

- Funktionsprüfung durch Öffnen und Schließen der Armatur.
