WE insulation stripper
Application
The “WE insulation stripper tool“ is designed for high quality
stripping of standard insulated cables in a wire size range of
34 AWG to 5 AWG (0.02mm² to 16 mm²) when using the
appropriate stripping blades. An adjusting system allow to set
the opening of the stripping blades to fit the majority of the
wires on the market to ensure the best stripping and prevent
wire damage.
The cutter included in the “WE insulation stripper tool“ is
designed to cut stranded wires up to 8 AWG (10mm²) and
solid wires up to 16AWG (1.5mm²).
Stripping Blades
The “WE insulation stripper tool“ is designed for three
stripping blades designs. Each of those designs is dedicated
to a special wire application.

Designed and manufactured pursuant to state of-the-art
technical requirements and safety standards, all “WE
insulation stripper tool“ are subject to thorough quality
control before leaving the factory. The enclosed general
terms and conditions of warranty apply.
Service
Before using the insulation stripper tool, make sure it is in a
clean and proper operating state. Protect the joints from
soiling and apply light machine oil to them regularly.

Use condition
The Operating Instructions must always be within reach of the
insulation stripper. This insulation stripper may be used only for the
intended application and in strict compliance with all applicable safety
rules, regulations and practices. It must be properly maintained,
undamaged and in good working order. The manufacturer is not liable
for damages caused by improper use or unauthorized technical
modifications of the tool. Unauthorized modification is prohibited and
voids the manufacturer’s warranty . Always wear safety glasses with
side shields and other appropriate personal protective equipment.
Wearing gloves is recommended .
