While using under water, the EMS stimulation will feel weaker than when applying it outside of the bath water. If you set the
intensity to a comfortable level while under water and continue using it with the same level outside of the water, you may feel EMS
stimulation stronger.

Add cosmetics or water during use so that there is always moisture between the electrodes and the skin.
Inadequate cosmetics or water may reduce effects due to poorer transmission of EMS (muscle stimulation) or ultrasonic vibration
(cavitation), or cause skin problems.
●
If you feel sick in the middle of treatment or a skin abnormality appears, stop using the device.
Use the device after carefully checking whether any abnormality occurs on the skin. If the treatment does not agree with the skin,
stop using the device.
●
Do not use the device for long hours. Use it for 10 minutes at one time for an area.
Excessive use may damage the skin. This is only a guideline. Use the device while observing the skin condition.
●
After each use, refer to ‘After treatment’ (page 22) and remove gel and other particles that have adhered to the
device.

The body of the device is waterproof of IPX7. You can use the device in the bathroom or places using water.
* The AC adapter is not waterproof.

Electrically stimulate the muscle.
Ultrasonic waves vibrate the skin.

You will hear a beep in approx. 10 minutes after turning on the switch, and the power will be automatically turned off.
* With the face mode, you will hear a beep in approx. 5 minutes, but the power will not be turned off until about 10 minutes pass (a guideline time to use
the device for the face).

Before Use
Read below carefully before use and use only as directed.
Precautions
●Be sure to perform a pretest before using the device for the first time (page 13).
●When you use the device, moisten your skin with water, lotion, or gel, and then apply the electrode part to the
skin.
●Remove any jewelry or accessories (necklaces, piercing, etc.) before starting treatment.
●Be sure to remove makeup before using the device on your face.
●Use the device according to the information on using time and frequency.
Approx. 10 minutes for one part of the body, 2 to 3 times a week
Up to 30 minutes for the entire body
(A total of 10 minutes for both sides of upper arms, thighs, or calves)
When you use EMS on the same body part, use it at least 24 hours interval from the last treatment.
*The above is only guidelines. Use the device while observing the skin condition.
●Be sure to use the enclosed AC adaptor for charging.
Do not charge the device in a place with high temperature and humidity, such as a bathroom or washroom.
Charge the device at a room temperature between 10 to 35ºC.

If there is any moisture on or around the main unit and charging terminal, be sure to wipe dry. Charging while moist could cause an electric
shock, short circuit, re, or failure of the device.
・Connect the AC adapter to a wall outlet directly. Overloaded sockets may cause inadequate charging.
・When charging the battery for the rst time after purchasing the device, use the device only after the battery is fully charged.
・
When using the device for the rst time or when the device has not been used for long period of time, it is possible that you will be unable to
use the device for very long even with a full charge displayed. In such a case, charge the device again before using it.
・
If the cord is damaged, change the AC adaptor.
Household power outlet
・Open the charging terminal cover and connect the AC adaptor, and charging will start. The mode lamps ( / ) are alternately
ashing during the charge.
・When charging is completed, the mode lamps ( / ) light up for approx. 1 minute and then turn off.
・At an indoor temperature of approx. 25℃, it will take about 3 hours to reach a full charge, at which the device can operate for approx.
2 hours. Actual charging time and operating time will differ depending upon the remaining power and the charging environment.
*If charging has not begun after approx. 10 seconds, check whether the AC adapter is loose.

If any abnormality, such as rash, redness, itch, or irritation, occurs on the skin where you have used the
device, stop the test and rinse off the cosmetics.
●
Use the device after carefully checking whether any abnormality occurs on the skin. If the treatment does
not agree with the skin, stop using the device.
How to hold the device and use on your skin
Hold the body of the device like the figure, place the entire electrode part on the skin, and
slowly move it in the direction of the arrows.

6Turn off the device
Hold down the POWER/MODE button
(approx. 3 seconds).
The device beeps and the lamp turns off.

Moisten your skin enough with water.

Do NOT press the roller strongly. It will
prevent the device from smooth movement.

It may be difcult to move the device in the
water.

Apply the EMS electrode part to the skin
and slowly move it (approx. 2-5 cm/1
second).
Do NOT press the roller too strong.
*If the device does not move smoothly, add
water, lotion, or gel immediately.

body part.

problems.

Use the device after carefully checking whether any abnormality occurs on the
skin. If the treatment does not agree with the skin, stop using the device.
Tips for using the device in the bathroom
Apply the entire electrode part to the skin and slowly
move it at first (approx. 2 cm/1 second).

Choose an appropriate mode (page 15) and apply the electrode part to the skin. For some body parts, placing a hand on the body of the
device at the time of use is effective.
How to Apply the Device to and Move on Each Body Part
Use for the body (Exercise Mode/Cell-care Mode)
●Stomach (waist) (10 minutes)
●
Upper arms (5 minutes each for the right and left arms)
Direction of move Body parts that are sensitive to EMS stimulation
(1) Move the device in zigzags from the side stomach to the navel.
(2) Place a hand onto the body of the device, apply the electrode part
to the narrow part of the waist, move the device along the pelvis
toward the groin.
Press the electrode part around the skin indicated with .

Turn the palm of the hand upward, place the
electrode part to the side of the upper arm, and
move the device from the elbow to the armpit.
・
Apply the device both inner and outer sides of the
upper arms.
・
Press the electrode part around the skin indicated
with .
*Apply the EMS electrode 1 or 2 or both 1 and 2 rmly to the skin.
*When placing a hand to the body of the device, place a hand on the lamp indicator. Be careful not to press the button accidently.
*Do NOT press the roller forcefully.

Place a hand on the body of the device, apply the electrode part rmly
to the skin, and move it.
(1) Apply the device to the inner side of the thigh and move it from the
knee to the groin.
(2) Apply the device to the back of the thigh and move it from the knee
