Overview
Young Living’s Duet Diffuser is an atomizer and aroma diffuser all in one. Essential oils in
Europe are labeled and registered for cosmetic use only. A beautiful, functional way to
make the most of Young Living’s premium essential oils, this versatile diffuser disperses
the aromas and powerful constituents of essential oils throughout your space. Featuring
intermittent run time settings and an automatic shutoff feature, the Duet Diffuser makes it
effortless to create a spa-like environment anywhere.

1. Press down on the pump until
it pops up. Gently pull to remove
the pump.
Note: The pumps come with no
bottle attached.
2. Remove the outer cap,
then use the enclosed orifice
remover tool to remove the
plastic orifice reducer on
the bottle.
3. Insert the appropriate length
tube into the bottom of the
pump and screw it onto the
desired oil bottle.
4. Insert the pump into the diuser, being sure to align
the markings on the pump with the markings on the unit,
and press down.
5. Connect the power supply.
6. Turn the Power On/O button to start the diuser. Note: Essential oils with a higher viscosity
will diuse dierently.
You may or may not see the mist,
depending on which oil is diusing.
Operating Instructions

Functionality
Button Function
Press 1 time to turn the diuser on. The default setting is 1 hour working with 5-second mist
on and 10-second mist o. Press 2 times to turn the diuser o.
Press 3 seconds to disconnect the Bluetooth connection while the diuser is operating.
Touch to increase the volume when the music is on. Press 2 times to skip to the next track.
Touch to decrease the volume when the music is on. Press 2 times to skip to the
previous track.
While the diuser is running:
· Use the Time button to change the diuser’s run time. Select between 1, 2, 4, and 8 hours.
· The diuser will shut o automatically when the run time is up or the essential oil bottle
is empty.
While the diuser is running, use the Mist On button to select the amount of time you want
the mist to diuse.
While the diuser is running, use the Mist O button to determine the amount of time
between diusing.
While the diuser is running, use the Oil Select button to choose which oil pump diuses.
Bluetooth function: While the diuser is running, turn on your mobile device’s Bluetooth function. Find and
select “Duet Diuser” from the list of available devices to connect and play audio from your diuser.

Safety and Care
Please read and follow these safety guidelines closely to ensure safe operation of the diuser.
1. Do not tilt or set the diuser on its side when oil is attached to the pump. Leakage of oil into the
diuser or pump may damage the diuser.
2. Unplug the diuser immediately and discontinue use in the event of smoke or a burning smell.
3. Never wrap the adapter with cloth, paper, etc. Such actions may result in damage to the diuser
or fire.
4. Never touch the adapter with wet hands; electric shock or injury may occur.
5. Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the diuser; this will void the warranty.
6. Never immerse the diuser in water.
7. Unplug the adapter when not in use.
8. Keep the diuser out of reach of children.
9. Do not remove the pumps during operation.
10. Do not place your fingers on the mist spout during operation.
11. Use only the included power cable provided in the packaging by Young Living.
12. Do not use metal objects to clean the pump; use only a cotton swab or cloth dipped in
rubbing alcohol.
13. Never use the diuser for purposes other than those listed in this manual.
14. If the diuser will not be used for an extended period or needs to be relocated, unplug the power
adapter, remove the essential oil bottle, and wipe the pump clean before storage.
15. Clean the pumps before switching to dierent essential oils.
16. Use only premium essential oils. Artificial, synthetic, or impure oils, fragrances, or chemicals can
cause harm to the diuser.
17. When unplugging the power adapter, pull from the adapter plug instead of pulling the wire.
18. Avoid placing the diuser under direct sunlight, close to a refrigerator or fan, or in a
hot environment.
19. Place the diuser on a hard, solid surface.
20. Some essential oils can cause damage to surfaces. Test in a discrete location before use.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Daily
Activate the auto clean function by pressing the Mist On button for 3 seconds. The diuser will
automatically clean both pumps to prevent essential oil blockage. The auto clean function runs for
20 seconds and then resumes normal operation. It is highly recommended to auto clean the pumps
2−3 times a week.
Monthly
A thorough cleaning of both the diuser and the pumps is recommended at least once a month or if
abnormal diusing is experienced. See cleaning instructions below:
1. Remove both pumps by pressing down on the pumps and then removing them from the diuser.
2. Unscrew the pumps from the essential oil bottles. Be sure to cap the oils while cleaning to
prevent spilling.
3. Fill the enclosed empty cleaning bottles with rubbing alcohol. Screw the bottles onto the pumps
and secure the pumps back into the unit.
4. Turn the diuser on and run it for one hour using any setting.
5. After the hour of cleaning, remove the pumps, unscrew the cleaning bottles,
and discard any unused alcohol.
6. Detach the oil tubes from the pumps by gently pulling them out. Lightly rinse the base of the
pump and the oil tube with clean water. Use a dry cloth to wipe o any excess water.
7. Reinsert the oil tubes back into their original hole in the pump. If residue is present on an oil tube,
switch it for a new oil tube.
8. Reattach the essential oil bottles to the pumps and secure the pumps into
the diuser.

Troubleshooting
Issue Possible Cause Solution
The diuser does not turn on. The power cord is not properly
connected.
There is no power to the outlet.
1. Check connections on
both ends of the power cord to
ensure proper connection to the
diuser and power outlet.
2. Try another power outlet.
The LED light and pump are working,
but no oil is diusing or the diuser is
diusing abnormally.
The pump is not properly and securely
inserted.
The oil bottle is empty or lower than
the end of the oil tube.
The oil tube is not securely attached
to the pump.
There is a blockage in
the pump.
1. Remove the pump from the
diuser, realign the markings,
and press down to secure the
pump.
2. Add more essential oil or change
out the bottle.
3. Remove and reinsert the oil tube
into the pump.
4. Clean the pump according to
the Cleaning and Maintenance
instructions.
The LED light turns on,
but the Pump does not work.
The unit is stuck in
Mist O mode.
Wait for the Mist O mode to end or
press the Mist On button to reset
the pump.
Oil is leaking from the Pump. The pump or diuser were tilted prior
to use.
The oil pump is damaged.
1. Clean the Pump according to
the Cleaning and Maintenance
instructions.
2. Reinsert the Pump into the
diuser. If the Pump has been
damaged, order additional
replacement Pumps.
The Bluetooth signal is weak. The diuser is on a metal surface.
The device is too far away from the

Young Living Diuser Warranty
Young Living Essential Oils (YLEO), 1538 W. Sandalwood Drive, Lehi UT 84043, subject to the
exclusions contained below, warrants its diuser to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship under normal consumer usage for a period of 90 calender days from the date of
original purchase.
This Warranty Does Not Cover:
1. Defects or damage resulting from use of the diuser in other than its normal and customary
manner.
2. Defects or damage from misuse, accident, or neglect
3. Defects or damage from use of natural oils other than those supplied or sold by Young Living
Essential Oils or an authorized distributor.*

4. Defects or damage from use of materials other than essential oils
5. Defects or damage from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, adjustment,
or any alteration or modification of any kind
6. Breakage or damage caused by use of other than the specified voltage

Oils agent so as to adversely aect performance or prevent adequate inspection, verification,
and testing to verify any warranty claim (If there are any signs that the diuser had been opened,
the warranty will be void.)

This limited warranty is the buyer’s exclusive remedy, applies to new diusers purchased from

diuser when shipped to YLEO.

1. Presione la boquilla hacia abajo

Instrucciones de funcionamiento

Funciones
Botón Función
Presione 1 vez para encender el difusor. La configuración predeterminada es 1 hora de
funcionamiento con 5 segundos de rocío encendido y 10 segundos de rocío apagado.
Presione 2 veces para apagar el difusor.
Presione 3 segundos para desactivar la conexión Bluetooth mientras el difusor esté
funcionando.
Toque para subir el volumen cuando la música esté encendida. Presione 2 veces para saltar

Cuando el difusor está activo:

Función Bluetooth: Mientras el difusor está funcionando, encienda la función Bluetooth de su dispositivo
móvil. Busque y seleccione “Duet Diuser” de la lista de dispositivos disponibles para conectar y reproducir
audio desde tu difusor.

Seguridad y cuidado
Por favor lea y sigua cuidadosamente estas instrucciones de seguridad para garantizar el
funcionamiento seguro del difusor.
1. No incline ni ponga el difusor de lado cuando el aceite esté conectado a la boquilla. Una fuga de
aceite en el difusor o la boquilla puede dañar el difusor.

3. Nunca cubra el adaptador con tela, papel, etc. Dichas acciones pueden resultar en daños en el

artificiales, sintéticos o impuros pueden dañar el difusor.
17. Cuando desenchufe el adaptador de corriente, tire del adaptador y no del cable.
18. Evite colocar el producto bajo luz solar directa, cerca de un refrigerador o ventilador o en un
ambiente caliente.
19. Coloque el difusor sobre una superficie dura y sólida.
20.Algunos aceites esenciales pueden dañar las superficies. Pruébelo en un lugar discreto antes
de usarlo.

Limpieza y Mantenimiento
Diariamente
Active la función de limpieza automática presionando el botón de ajuste de rocío (MIST ON) durante
3 segundos. El difusor limpiará automáticamente ambas boquillas para evitar bloqueos de aceite
esencial. La función de limpieza automática se ejecuta durante 20 segundos y luego reanuda el
funcionamiento normal. Se recomienda encarecidamente limpiar las boquillas de manera
automática 2 o 3 veces por semana.
Mensual
Se recomienda una limpieza a fondo tanto del difusor como de las boquillas al menos una vez al mes
o si se produce una difusión anormal. Consulte las instrucciones de limpieza a continuación:
1. Retire ambas boquillas presionándolas hacia abajo y luego retirándolas del difusor.
2. Desenrosque las boquillas de los frascos de aceite esencial. Asegúrese de tapar los aceites
mientras limpia para evitar derrames.
3. Llene los frascos vacíos incluidos con alcohol isopropílico. Enrosque los frascos en las boquillas y
colóquelas nuevamente en la unidad.
4. Encienda el difusor y déjelo funcionar durante una hora usando cualquier configuración.
5. Después de la hora de limpieza, retire las boquillas, desenrosque los frascos de limpieza y deseche
