Environment Usage
Do not use in moist or in high-temperature areas such as a bathroom.
Do not use it in a heavily dusty or caustic environment.
Use in a well-ventilated environment.
People Not Suitable To Use The Chair
People with circulatory problems (such as varicose veins or thrombosis), children,
and those advised not to use a massage chair by their doctor should not use this
chair.
If you have any of the following health conditions, please consult your doctor for
medical advice before using this chair: serious heart problems, serious diabetes,
serious osteoporosis, serious skin conditions, malignant tumor(s), sensory
impairment, pregnancy (or suspected pregnancy) or those who have just given birth,
acute gastrointestinal complaints (gastritis, hepatitis, enteritis), joint dysfunction
such as rheumatism, hammer toe, gout, thecitis (or suspected thecitis), high fever,
spinal abnormalities due to past injury or ailment, curvature of the spine (scoliosis
acute neck sprain (whiplash), or any other medical condition that may contraindicate
usage of this product.
Seek medical advice before using this chair if you have a pacemaker or other
electronic medical device if you have been restricted to bed rest, or if you are
planning to use this chair to treat a specific ailment, to recover from surgery, or for
therapy.
Elderly people and those with weak bones should seek medical advice before using
this chair even if they do not have a specific disease or disorder mentioned above.
Do not use this chair if you have recently consumed alcohol.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Do not put hands or fingers near the massage mechanism or rollers while this
product is running. Touching the mechanism can result in injury from the rollers
squeezing together.
Ensure that the unit is properly grounded before operating.
Do not leave the product unattended. Unplug from outlet when not in use. Do not use
attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
Use the product only as intended use as described in this operation manual.
The recommended usage time is 20 min. Do not use excessively.
Do not use if chair cover material or leather is broken or damaged.
Do not operate under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and cause
fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is
being administered.
Do not massage any area of the body that is swollen, inflamed, or covered with skin
eruptions.
Do not use this product while sleeping.
Do not stand on or inside of this appliance. Use only while seated.
Do not use if air openings are blocked or obstructed. Inspect regularly to ensure air
openings are free from debris such as lint, hair, or foreign objects.
Never drop or insert anything into the openings of the chair.
Do not use this product when standing on a damp floor, or when any part of the body
is in contact with plumbing or any
similar ground.

Do not clean any parts with a wet cloth. Keep moisture away from electric parts.
Do not use if the power cord is damaged.
Do not use the product if it becomes damaged or makes irregular noise.
Do not let children play with the device.
If the cord is damaged contact the manufacturer for recommended replacement.
Maintenance
Environmental Usage
This product is designed and built to be maintenance-free. No periodic lubrication is
required.
No user-serviceable parts inside. To be repaired by manufacturer certified
technician only.
If the product is not in use for a long period of time, store appropriately. It's
recommended to cover the chair, tuck the power cord away, and store in an
environment that is dust and moisture free.
Do not store near heat or open flame.
Do not leave exposed to sunlight. This may cause damage or fading to the chair.
Do not store in extreme temperatures. Excessive heat or cold may cause damage to
components.
Clean with a dry cloth and/or vacuum with soft brush extension regularly. If the
product becomes dirty, use a water-based upholstery cleaner only. Treat stains with
spot cleaner with upholstery shampoo or mild detergent foam.
Do not roll on uneven or rough surfaces.
Troubleshooting
If the controller is not working normally check the cable and plug socket. Ensure
plug is properly plugged in and secure. Check to ensure that the cable is
undamaged.
This product is equipped with a thermal protection device. This is an added safety
feature to protect your product from overheating with usage over the rated operation
time. To cool turn the product off and let it rest for at least 30 min.

Intelligent, 4 wheel driven, and quiet massage hands combine for a professional massage
experience.
Designed to perform the 5 following massage actions: knead, squeeze, flap, press, push,
hold, swing, and twist.
The massager chair has built-in automatic shoulder detection.
8 different intelligent massage modes: Fast, Comfort, Relax, Ease ache, Fatigue recover,

Two Programmable Memory Functions.
Configurable manual massage for the upper body with 5 different modes full, partial, fixed
point, upper back, and lower back. There are also 5 massage modes with 5 adjustable speeds
shiatsu, kneading, tapping, knocking, kneading and tapping. In tapping and shiatsu modes
modes, the massage hands are adjustable between 5 widths to find the best position.

1. Turn on the power
Plug in the power cable
Switch the power switch to the “on” position
2. Massage function controll operation
Press “Power” button, start the massage, the backrest and footrest will begin recline and
automatically set the angle.
The chair will perform a scan for optimal positioning. You can press “Ok” to skip this and
start the default massage program.
Once the shoulder position is detected the buzzer will sound. . At this point, if you would like to
adjust the shoulder positioning you can adjust up and down to find the perfect position. The remote
has 11 built-in levels. If no adjustment is made on the shoulder position the chair will automatically
begin massage after 10 seconds.

When the massage chair is powered on and off it is in standby mode. The Set function is the only
function that can be performed in standby mode.

3. Pause
When a massage mode is operating, press “Pause” to temporarily suspend all massage function.
Pres “Pause” again to resume. If the function remains paused for over 20 min, then all massage
function will shut down automatically.
4. Menu
Press “Menu” to navigate to the main menu selections, including automatic mode, manual mode,
adjustments, customize, settings, and devise information.
Press “Up” or “Down” to select a function, then press “Ok” to confirm selection. Press “Return” to go
back to the previous screen.
5. Automatic function (Auto button – Pressing the “Auto” button will also enable this function.)
Press “Menu to enter the main menu screen, select auto function icon, there are 8 automatic
modes: Fast, Comfort, Relax, Ease ache, Fatigue recover, Spinal care, Pressure relief, Waist stretch.
Press “Up” or “Down” to select massage function, press “Ok” to confirm and enter the selected
massage function. Press “Back” to go back to the function setting screen.
Note: The selected functions will show in the massage function status bar, press “Back” to check
it directly.

Press the “Left” button or “Right” button to switch the submenu function, select the massage
function in the menu, press “Up” or “Down” to select the function to adjust, press “Ok” to
confirm, press “Back” to return to status screen.

Function Description Function Description
Footrest rise button: Press and hold this button to slowly adjust the frame up, release to
stop rising. After adjusted it will cycle to auto detect to the length of leg and foot.
Power Button: Press this button to turn all massage functions on or off.
Rise Button: Press and hold this button, the backrest rises slowly, while the footrest
frame slowly lowers until the button is released to stop.
Lower Button: Press and hold this button, the backrest lowers slowly, while the footrest
fame slowly rises until the button is released to stop.
Zero gravity button: When button is pressed chair enters Zero-Gravity mode. There are

3. Turn off the power and stop massage
At any time during the massage process press the power key to stop all massage

of the massage are immediately turned off.

1. Remove the tie securing the wiring connection and air pipe connection to the metal for
shipping (Figure 1).
2. Connect the wiring connector and the air pipe and the leg joint in the lower portion of the
frame. Ensure the docking is in place. Then insert the docking cable and the air piper from the
lower end of the frame into the lower side of the frame paying attention to the plug. Avoid cutting
off the airway when inserting this (Figure 2).
3. Insert the rotating inner sleeve and the rotating outer sleeve into the left side of the footrest
and the right side of the lower leg (note: the large step must face inward) (Figure 3).
4. Open the footrest support hinge cover on the left and right mounts of the massage chair
(Figure 4).
5. Then hang the lower leg (left and right shaft) into the frame support hinge plat at the same
time.
6. Cover the rotating shaft cover, press footrest rotating cover, and then tighten footrest rotating
cover board with tow M5x14-12.9 screws and a 6x12x1.5 flat pad with the supplied hex wrench.

7. After the screw is installed, install the provided footrest cover (Figure 7).

The Head pillow has a three par (three-layer) fold-down design. Choose the number of layers for

6. Floor Protection
Place on carpet or floor protector to avoid damage to surfaces. The massage chair can do
damage to sensitive surfaces, such as wood flooring.
Caution: Do not move the chair by the wheels on wood flooring, rough ground, or narrow spaces.
Two people are required to lift the massage chair. Remove Footrest or armrests.

Before moving detach or secure the power cable. Tilt the chair by the backrest backward until well
balanced at the center of gravity on the wheels. Push the forward or backward to the desired
location then set the chair down slowly and carefully.
Note: Turn off the power and unplug and detach the power cable before moving.
