Howtoplace thefinger
Makesurethefingerprintimagecapturedisofacoreofpresented
finger,afingerprintispointtolocatewithininnermostrecurring
ridgeofanygivefinger.
Toobtainahighersuccess rate,enroll samefinger3timesina
slightly-adjustedangle,onetothecenter,oneinclineslightlytothe
left.Thethirdinclineslightlytotheright.Pleasefollowtheplace
procedure;thesuccessratewill increasedramatically.

InstallationSteps
1)Mountthemetalplateonwallsintheappropriateplace andfix
it.
2）findthekeyalongwiththeproduct. Opencoverofthecablebox
3)Connectthecablewithmachine,makesurethatthewired
machinealignwiththeplate,thenhangit ontheplateandfix
machinewithscrewsbelow.
4)Arrangethemachine sverticaledgesothattheyareinlinewith
edgeofthecoverofthecablebox, alignment,holdthemachine
bottom,andafterinaccordancewithgentlypushthecovertoward
theverticaldirection, shownas ②arrowhead.
5)Pushthecoveruntil it isparallelwiththebottomofmachine,
and thenpushlightlythecovertowardtherightleveluntil the
covercompletelymeetwiththemachines.

Recommendationstep
Step1：Place thefingerprintmachineproperlyandpowerup
machine.
Step2:Enroll user,registerfingerprintandpassword,andassign
privilegetouser.
Step3:verifyuserbytheregisteredfingerprintandpassword.
Step3:Configurethecommunicationparameter;downloadthestaff
informationtosoftwareusing theUflashdiskoroneofthree
communicationswhichisusedtoconnectwiththecomputer.
Step5：Revisethestaff sinformationinthestaffmaintenancesitem
ofsoftware,connecttheequipmentwithPCagainanduploadthe
staffinformationtotheequipment.Atthistimewhenthe
fingerprintmachinetrackstaff sTime&Attendancelog,his/her
namewill bedisplayonthescreen.
Step6：Checkthefingerprintmachinetime,andmakesure
whetherit iscorrect,aftercompletingsettingup,thenstarttotrack
employee sattendance.
Step7：Attheendofthemonththedownloadedattendancelogto
softwarewillbecalculated.
Theequipmentisatthestandbystatus.

Readystateisshowninphotographs，userscanuploadimages

displayedonthescreenintermediate(See5.1 interface installed).

Toplayflashisavailableforthisdevice, afterloadingtheflashfile
intomachines, thedeviceisabletoplayflashintheready state, so
it canproducesomepublicityflashanduploadit intothemachine
toplay.

Afterplayingtheflash,theplayerinterface will automaticallyshut
down,intheprocess ifpress anybuttontostopplayersandreturnto
thereadyworkingmode.
TouchScreen
Thedevicessupporttouchscreen.Thatis, ifweconductan
operationwithoutkeyboardbypressingoptiontochoose,it isonly
needtousethetouchpenorfingers, suchastouchtheiconor
menu, according tothelocationormenuthesystemwill locateand
inputinformation, thiscanbeuser-friendlyoperation.
Forexample:nowUsersattempttoenterthemenuforoperation.
Instructions
Therearetwomethodscanbeused,
TheFirst: Pressing intothemenu.
Thesecond:fingertouchtheiconregionalofMenuonthescreen
AboutTime&Attendance
Whentheequipmentinready workmode,usersverificationis
positivebythefingerprintorpassword,whoseattendancerecord
will betrackedbythemachinesandtherecordswill besaved.
Howto choosetheAttendance state
Theequipmentisinreadymode,press thefunctionkeyofthe
equipmentaroundbothsidesofthescreentoshiftattendancestate
and thestatebuttoncorrespondingstateinformationisdisplayedon
thescreen, thecurrentselectedstateglowinorangehighlights.
After8 secondsshowing, press the"ESC"keythemessageswill
disappear.

Usefingerstouchthedisplayareaonscreenlowerrightofthekey
correspondingstateinformationcanbedisplayedonceagain. (See
definitionofstate5.5 keyboarddefinitions)
TrackStaffAttendance
Whenstaff punch –inorout, whowill bemoreconcernedaboutthe
currentperformtime, and soafterstaff inattendancetheequipmentwill
showthecurrenttimeonthescreenbyclocks.
Time&TrackAttendance byFingerprint
Theattendancerecordwill beunabletobesavedtothemachine
until userverifiessuccessfullywithher/histhefingerprintorthe
password.

Step1:slightwarethecardsneartheinductionarea,afterthe
equipmentfoundthecard,thenremovethecardfromthe
equipment.
Step2:Whentheequipmentprompt “Thankyou”appear,thenthe
verificationiscompleted”, ifusers photohasbeenregistered.
Step3:Ifthecardshavenotbeenregisteredyet,mentionthatcardis
unregistered
