Chapter 3 Software Download
yNote:
Each handset to be repaired should be upgraded to the latest version
The handset logos vary from country to country. We take one model of C339 handset
as an example in this document (for reference only).
3.1 Data Cable
C350 download data cable (code: IS013032)
3.2 Install Cable Driver
yNote:
Data cable driver: R52&VX USB Driver.exe
Be sure to install the cable driver before software download, otherwise you will fail to
do software download.

2. The following is the main interface. Click Next.
3. Click Finish.

4. Connect data cable and computer, enter Computer Management to check the
port.
5. Checking path: right-click My Computer →click Manage →click Device
Manager →click Ports.
3.3 Install Download Platform

Software version: DL_QSC6010V1.00.06
1. Double-click the icon.
2. The shortcut icon will appear after successful installation.

3.4 Software Download
yNote:
Make sure that the mobile phone can be switched on normally before software
download. Otherwise the mobile phone will fail to do software download.
Do not interrupt download in the process. Such interruption may cause switching on
failure.
The download process lasts 15 minutes.
1. Double-click the shortcut icon.
2. The main interface is as follows. Click Browse.

3. Select Bin Files (*.bin) →select correct software version →click Open.
4. Select correct port (connect the data cable and handset, the software version of the
handset will appear on the platform automatically), and click Start.

5. Downloading.
6. Download successfully.

1. Take out the battery.

2. Screw off the four screws with screwdriver.
3. Disassemble the front/back covers with dismantle housing tool. Pay attention to
the position of locks during disassembly.

5. The disassembled front/back covers. (the MIC should connect well with its
contact during assembly)
6. Take out the MIC with tweezers.

7. Screw off the two screws with screwdriver.
8. Loosen the two locks to disassemble the front cover and mainboard.
9. The disassembled front cover and mainboard (the receiver should connect well
with its contacts during assembly)
