This manual describes the assembly, installation, electrical connections, commissioning, maintenance
and troubleshooting of the HYD 5-20KTL-3PH range of inverters.

1. Introduction
The 3PH HYD5000-HYD20000-ZSS hybrid inverter is used in photovoltaic systems with battery storage.
The system can be combined with WeCo , Pylontech and Azzurro batteries supplied in kit form by ZCS
Azzurro.
The basic operating scheme is shown in figure below, the inverter has direct access to the photovoltaic
production and to the management of the batteries, so that they can be charged and discharged
according to the current production needs and conditions and to the actual consumption.
It can also be connected to the Emergency Power Supply (EPS) and used to charge the battery as the
main power source in case of off-grid operation or blackout.
