CONNECTION
To optimize the sirens yield, the length of the wiring should be not over 15 meters

Under the condition that without
battery, the terminal block of 12v
connect with the host 12v “+
-”power supply which with the
trigger , the ending resistor 820 ohm
connect with the 12v “+” and
“TRIG” of the alarm ,it is going to
trigger the siren to work , the power
supply of the host connect with the
host . Only under this condition, the
siren can be triggered.

Picture 2:
Siren connect with the battery, the “+”
connect with “BAT”, “ - ” connect with the
terminal block 12v “ -” , TRIG connect with
the positive output power supply of the
host ,the terminal block 12v “ - ” also
should connect with the “ -” of the battery
back up of the host , the 12v “+” of the
siren connect with the “+” side of the
battery back up of the host , the power
supply of the host need to connect with the
host , then it will be trigger the siren
working.
Picture 3:
If the host has the program function, the
terminal block PGM of the siren connect
with the terminal block PGM of the host. The
ending resistance 820 Ohm connect with the
terminal block PGM and BAT of the alarm .
The other connect way is the same like the
picture 2
Picture 4:
If the host is without the program function,
the terminal block PGM of the siren connect
with the terminal block BAT . The other
connect way is the same like the picture 2.

picture 2 . The siren will be triggered
when the output power is cut off.
TERMINAL OF CONNECTION
TERMINALS 12VDC+&-: they are the power terminals.
TREMINAL TRIG: it’s the positive triggering terminal
TERMINAL PGM: It’s a optional terminal, if the alarm panel has PGM function, the PGM
terminal in the alarm panel should connect to this terminal. The resistance 820 Ohm should
connect the PGM terminal and BAT terminal.. If the alarm panel do not have PGM function, the
PNG terminal should connect the BAT terminal.
TERMINAL BATTERY: Connecting with the positive input of the backup battery.
TERMINAL TEMP: These two terminal should connect with the Micro switch (anti-removing)

FUNCTION AND TEST
1. LED AND LAMP TEST
Pick the DIP switch 1 in ON mood (the others also in ON mood), 12VDC power connected, the siren the
siren sound" DEE DEE DEE", 4 LEDs flash at the same time. The tube is on. After 10 seconds, the siren
start to sound" JU JU JU. 4 LEDs flashes one by one in turn. The tube in on and the power indicating LED
twinkles. After 10 seconds, there will be fire alarm sound, LED flashes quickly and the tube also flashes.
We call it time-pulse alarm.
Pick the the DIP switch 1 in OFF mood (the others in ON mood), the first sound of the siren will be " JU
JU JU" directly.
2. TRIGGERING TEST
Pick the DIP switch 3 in the OFF mood (the others in ON mood), if there is no any triggering feeding,
the siren is static (LED lights) and waiting for feeding to alarm, when positive triggering feeding supplied,
the siren start (time-lapse )alarm.
3. ENABLE AND DISABLE TIME-LAPSE FUNCTION
Pick the DIP switch 1 in the ON mood, the time-lapse function enable, or disable
4. PROMPT SOUND SETTING
Pick DIP switch 2 in the ON mood, once the siren doesn't be connected the alarm panel properly, it will give a
soft prompt sound, to suggest you to check the connection again.
5. POWER FAILURE ALARM
After the siren is connected correctly, if the DIP switch 2 is in ON mood, in any case the out power failure, the
siren would alarm. If it is in OFF mood, it will alarm only when it is triggered.
6. AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE THE BACKUP BATTERY
If the Green LED light, it indicates the voltage of the battery is low(＜8V),and the siren is charging the battery
automatically.
NOTES
The standard alarm panel 728(Paradox),if you use different alarm panel, pls consult your manual of the alarm
panel.
