INSTALLING BATTERIES IN YOUR TUB
Your Infant Tub™requires three AAA batteries to
power the LCD and Temperature Sensor.
Locate the battery compartment door on the
underside of the Tub.
Loosen the cover in the battery compartment
door with a coin.
Properly insert three AAA batteries into
compartment.
Replace the battery compartment cover.
Tighten the cover with a coin.
Press On/Off Button to check if product is
working properly.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SET UP
This Tub is designed to operate with the faucet water
running throughout bath time.
Place the Tub securely in your bathtub, or your single-or
double-basin kitchen sink.
Ensure that the Tub is completely stable. A spacer part
is included with this Tub, and can be used to achieve a
stable fit in kitchen sinks where the sink divider is lower
than the surface of the counter. See diagrams below for
installation using the spacer and screw. Adult Assembly is
required to install the spacer. If the spacer is not required
for your sink, please dispose of the spacer and screw
appropriately. The screw is a small part when not installed
and should be kept away from children.

Fit spacer part over the three
pins on underside of Tub. Insert screw into center
hole and tighten.

Make sure that the temperature screen is turned off.
Press and hold the power button for approximately
15 seconds.
The screen should ash and beep, and then reappear in the
alternate temperature scale.
To turn back, repeat this process.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Turn on the faucet water and position the ow of
water over the Water Collection Area.
(Never run water directly into the Reservoir or the
Bathing Area, as the product will not be able to
measure the temperature of the water.)
Press the On/Off button below the LCD screen
to turn the Display on. (Note: The Display can be
turned off manually by pressing the On/Off button.)
Observe Display for current water temperature.
Adjust the hot/cold faucet handles in your sink
or bathtub until a comfortable water temperature
is achieved.
Check water temperature with hands as an
added precaution.
Plug or unplug the Lower Sidewall Drain Hole to adjust
the water level so that it is comfortable and safe for
baby. Ensure that the water does not reach a level
that would jeopardize the safety of the baby.
Once a comfortable water temperature and level
have been achieved, it is safe to place baby in
the Tub.
When you have finished bathing your baby, you can
unplug the drain holes in the Reservoir and Bathing
Area to drain the water.
The LCD screen will turn off automatically if no water
ow is detected for 15 minutes. You can manually turn
off the display by pressing the On/Off button.

UNDERSTANDING THE
HIGH TEMPERATURE ALERTS
Recognizing the Temperature Warning Alerts:
When used as directed, the product is programmed
to provide high-temperature alerts at water
temperatures above 100 ºF (38 ºC).
• The display turns red at 100 ºF (38 ºC)
• The display ashes and beeps starting at 105 ºF(41 ºC)
• The display ashes and beeps rapidly at 110 ºF (43 ºC)
and above.
If any temperature warning alerts are activated,
immediately turn off water and remove baby from Infant Tub™.

SETTING YOUR HOT WATER
HEATER TO THE RECOMMENDED
120º F TEMPERATURE
Your Infant Tub™is an excellent aid for determining
your home’s water temperature at the faucet.
With the Tub empty, turn on the water to its hottest
temperature, and position the water ow over the
Water Collection Area. Press the On/Off Button
located below the LCD. If the LCD registers a
temperature above 120 ºF (49 ºC), adjust your hot
water heater and repeat until desired temperature
is achieved.
THE ERR CODE
This product is equipped with a sensor that
measures water temperature. If the sensor
malfunctions, the code Err will be displayed
on the LCD. Discontinue use and contact
4moms®customer support.
CLEANING YOUR
INFANT TUB
Your Infant Tub™is made of plastic that is easily
cleaned using a soft cloth and mild soap and
water. Avoid harsh abrasives.

For maximum safety, it is recommended that your
home’s hot water heater be set at a temperature
no higher than 120 ºF (49 ºC) at the faucet, as
recommended by the American Academy of
Pediatrics.
To prevent scalding, drowning, or other accidents,
never leave baby unattended in the Tub.
ALWAYS keep infant within adult’s reach.
This product does not protect against drowning and
is no substitute for adult supervision.
This Tub is intended for babies from birth to the time
just before they can sit up on their own
(approximately 5-8 months old).
This Tub is designed to fit in most single- and double-
basin kitchen sinks and bathtubs. Ensure that the Tub
is stable before placing baby in it.
NEVER use on any elevated surface other
than properly installed in a sink.
This Tub is designed to work with the faucet water
owing throughout bath time. Ensure that the water
does not reach a level that would jeopardize the
safety of the baby.
WARNING -
DROWNING HAZARD
Infants have DROWNED in similar
products.
Before attempting setup and use,
please read these instructions carefully.
Discontinue use of this product if it becomes
damaged, broken or disassembled.

Please read these instructions carefully before use
and keep them for future reference. For your child’s
safety, please make sure anyone else using the Infant
Tub reads and understands these instructions before
using it as well.

NEVER lift this product with an infant in it.
This product has a built-in thermometer that
is intended to display only the temperature
of the water coming out of the faucet. It is not
intended to be used as a medical thermometer. It
does not control the temperature of the water, and
will not operate properly if the Sensor
is not in contact with running water.
We recommend that you always check the water
temperature with your hand as an
added precaution.
Never run water directly into the Bathing Area
of the Tub.
Water entering Tub must ow over Temperature
Sensor in the Water Collection Area for proper water
temperature measurement.
If you see the message Err on the digital LCD display
screen, Sensor has malfunctioned. Discontinue use and
contact 4moms Customer Support.
NEVERallow other children to substitute
for adult supervision.
SIDEWALL DRAIN WARNING
WARNINGInfants can drown in as little
as 1 inch (2.5 cm) of water.
ALWAYSbathe your infant in as little
water as necessary.
Tub is equipped with two (2) Drain Holes on the
sidewall to expel owing water.
Plugging the Lower Drain Hole will raise the water
level in the Bathing Area. Ensure that the water does
not reach a level that would jeopardize the safety of
the baby.

NEVER attempt to plug the Top Drain Hole.
NEVER place this product in water in an
adult bath tub or sink. ALWAYSkeep
the drain open in the adult bath tub or sink.
BATTERY WARNING
Use only AAA batteries.
Do not mix old and new batteries.
Remove batteries when product is stored for long
periods of time or when batteries are no longer
functioning properly.
Dispose of exhausted batteries properly.

LIMITED WARRANTY
REGISTRATION
4moms®warrants to the original purchaser of every
new 4moms®Infant Tub that the unit will be free from
defects in material and workmanship, under normal
and proper use as specified by 4moms®, and upon
proper usage in accordance with the instruction
manual supplied with each Infant Tub unit. 4moms’
obligation under this warranty is limited to a period of
six (6) months from the date of purchase and in the
country of original purchase. If the unit is determined
by 4moms®to have been defective within six (6)
months of purchase, it is limited to the repair of the
unit, including labor charges, or defective parts
or assemblies. The warranty shall include standard
labor charges and applicable parts as determined
by 4moms®. 4moms®assumes no liability for parts
or labor coverage for component failure or other
damage to the unit resulting from improper usage or
failure to clean and/or maintain product as set forth
in the warranty provided with the unit. 4moms®does
not assume any responsibility for personal injury or
property damage incurred due to improper use or
unauthorized modification of the Infant Tub.
While 4moms®does extensive testing above and
beyond that required by law, if through some
unforeseen circumstance we need to issue a recall,
we ask that you please register your Infant Tub.
We have two easy ways to register: either fill out
the enclosed registration card or register online at
www.4moms.com.
