Lowers the impedance of the skin barrier. Prepares
your muscles for the currents emitted by the
programs.
Duration: 2 min active phases
02.
MUSCLE TRAINING
Deep muscle training, ideal to start with this program.
Duration: 40 min active phase + 6 min recovery
03.
MUSCLE SUPPORT
To work out fit muscles for additional training and
improvement of muscle tone.
Duration: 20 min active phase + 6 min recovery
04.
MUSCLE RESISTANCE
Muscle training for athletes to strengthen muscles and
to improve performance.
Duration: 30 min active phase + 6 min recovery
05.
MUSCLE ENDURANCE
After using the“Muscle resistance”program category
move to this major training, program to stimulate slow
fibers for further strengthening.
Duration: 30 min active phase + 6 min recovery
06.
MUSCLE FITNESS
Use this program category to maintain the training
level.
Duration: 30 min active phase + 6 min recovery
07.
EXPLOSIVE FORCE
This category is a logical extension of categories 03
and 04. It allows reaching maximum muscle strength
by stimulating very high speed fibres, with maximum
contraction intensity.
Duration: 30 min active phase + 6 min recovery
08.
RECOVERY
Using a frequency range between 0.5 and 8 Hz, this
category ensures fast relaxation and cool.
Duration: 20 min active phase
HEALTH & RELAXATION PROGRAM CATEGORIES
09.
MUSCLE STIMULATION
this program category uses frequencies modulated
between 3 and 10 Hz for optimum effect..
Duration: 20 min active phase.
10.
MUSCLE RELAXING
the frequency range between 0.25 and 3.5 Hz of this
program category accelerates muscle relaxing.
Duration: 20 min active phase.
11.
ACTIVE RECOVERY
Use this program immediately after performing
intense efforts. All frequencies generated by this
category maintain some muscle work out after
training, enhancing cool down speed. Each of these
frequency sequences is alternated with a relaxing
effect. Duration: 20 min active phase.
12.
MUSCLE RELEASE
this program delivers a releasing range of stimulations
in the local area where the electrodes are placed.
Duration: 20 min active phase.
13.
ACTIVE RELEASE
This program relieves muscle tight effectively.
Duration: 20 min active phase.
14.
FLOWING RELEASE
This program relieves muscles with a flowing
stimulation feeling for maximum effect..
Duration: 26 min active phase.
