1. Install USB Driver
1.1 Run “Install.bat”Which in Driver_Auto_Installer_V1.352.00
2. When you upgrade the FW, you can see the follow item if the driver is install ok
3. Upgrade Phone SW
3.1 Open “Flah tool”

SD Card upload SOP
1. At APP list, Select setting icon，then select ”About phone”.
2. Record Acer SW version like figure1.Do Phone had Power off!
3. Copy the upgrade file into root path of SD card, and then insert into phone
Upgrade file:update-Acer_AV0K0_Z500_1.003.00_EMEA_GEN1-user.zip
If we need upgrade different SKU, pls. select Upgrade file:
update-Acer_AV0K0_Z500_1.003.00_EMEA_GEN1_sds.zip
Note. Make sure the SD card has enough free space which should be double than
Upgrade package, for example, 200M upgrade file needs 400M free space.
4. Keep press Vol.-UP and power button for 2 seconds and enter into Select Boot
