Detector Models 1675 1676 1676 1876GLD (defined as the
PI&) to be in conformance wllh its own plans and speallcattons
and lo be free from defects in materials ind workmanshlp under
normal use and sewce for 36 months lrom lhe dale slamp conlrol
on the product. Seller’s obltgat!on shall be limited lo replacing. at
its Option. lree 01charge for materials or labor. any PIR which IS
proven not in compliance with Seller’s speciflcaflons or proves
defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and ser-
vice. Seller shall have no obkgalion under this Ltmiled Warranty
or otherwise if the PIR is altered or improperly repaired or serviced
by anyone other than the Ademco factory service. In case of
defect. return the PIR to Ademco Distribution. Inc. or an aulhorued
Ademco distribulor for an immediate replacement. This warranty
applies only lo the PIR models ksled above.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES. EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. OF
MERCHANTABILITY. OR FlTNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PUR-
POSE OR OTHERWISE. WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DE-
SCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. IN NO CASE SHALL SEL-
LER BE LIABLE TO ANYONE FOR ANY CONSEOUENTIAL OR
