(3) Easy Setup
Power On Computer:
Make sure Equipotential Terminal is connectedtoequipotential
groundin the hospital.
Connect the adapter to Pow er DC-IN.
NOTE:Usingdifferentadaptors mayput the system atrisk.
PressingPow er On/ Off - buttonw illturngreen.
Driver Installation:
Advantechsupports“one key” driver installation. User cansimply
double click an iconto install all the drivers.
1) Make sure the OS has been successfully installed.If you
havedifficultyinstallingan OS, please follow theinstructions
in the POC-W128 User Manual.
2) Dow nload the “one key” package from the Advantech Support
website:
http://support.advantech.com/support/new_default.aspx.
Open the folderanddouble click “InstallAll.exe.”
3) Follow the instructions showninthedialog to finishthe
installation.
* Please use a clean OS to install this auto installation; otherw ise,
unexpectederrors may occur.
* Should you only want to install specific drivers, pleasefollow the
instructions inthe POC-W152 User Manual.
Notice:
PCIe connectionrequires matchingof specification.Not
every PCIe card assures compatibility.Contact Advantech
regional servicecenter before use.
(3) Cleaning and Disinfecting
During normal use,a POC (Point-of-Care) terminal may become
dirty and shouldbe cleanedregularly.
1) Prepare a cleaning agent per manufacturer’s instruction or
hospital protocol.
2) Prepare a clean cloth that has been moistened in a cleaning
solution.
3) Wipe the POC thoroughly witha cleanw ipe.
