Operator's Manual layout
As a general rule, the Operator's Manual comprises the following sections:
• Section 1, Operation — operation, safety, vehicle delivery
• Section 2, Operation — Vario terminal
• Section 3, Maintenance — maintenance, fault codes, technical data
• Service Record Book — maintenance certificates
• Supplementary Manual for certain equipment — front loader, VarioDoc, VarioGuide etc.
NOTE:
The constituent parts of the Operator's Manual complement each other and are therefore only valid as a
whole. For this reason, safety instructions and information in each section of the Operator's Manual can
appear reduced.
Dear Customer
Please note the following:
• Before using the tractor, carefully read through this operator’s manual and familiarize yourself with all
operating controls and their functions before you begin work.
This also applies to the operator’s manual for implements that are supplied by the implement
manufacturer.
• Observe all the operating and maintenance instructions.
If you do so, your tractor will give you many years of economic and trouble-free operation.
You will find an overview of all maintenance operations in the maintenance schedule in this
maintenance manual.
• Maintenance and repair work should only be carried out at your service workshop. You should also refer
to "Important Information for FENDT Technical Service and Maintenance".
The operator's manual is an integral part of the vehicle package and must be passed on to any subsequent
owner in the event of resale. The attention of the new owner should be drawn to this information.
If the operator's manual is lost or damaged and you need a new one, please contact your FENDT dealer,
from whom you will be able to purchase a replacement.
