OPERATION INSTRUCTION
1. Check every fasteners and make sure that the sprayer and the motor are installed rmly on the frame.
2. Set the two pullies in a straight-line, and the belt in an appropriate ghtness
3. Every joint of the hoses must be ghtened to prevent from leaking
4. Before starng the motor, shut o the (43) cook(valve) loose the (56) pressure adjusng screw and pull the (59) pressure
adjuster to the top.
5. Start the motor to power the sprayer, keep a proper revoluon, press the (59) pressure
adjuster to the boom. Keep the pressure around 21-35Kgs by adjusng the (56) pressure adjusng screw
6. Open the (43) cock valve to start spraying
7. Alter the spraying is over. Pul the (59) pressure adjuster to the top and operate the sprayer with fresh water to clean out
the remaining chemicals.

PUMP LUBRICATIONS
1. Replace the engine oil aer the sprayer has been used for the rst 10
hours, 50 hours, and then
every 100 hours.
2. Drain away the dirty engine oil by screwing o the (5) drain plug
3. Aer the (5) drain plug is screwed on, remove the (9) oil inlet cover
and to ll new engine oil
grade #30-40
4. Keep the oil level at 2/3 of the (4) oil glass
5. Always ll the (31) grease cups 2-3 cycles every 4 hours of spraying.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
1. Feeding failure & pressure instability
2. Check whether the (54) sucon hose is leaking or is stuck
3. Open the (43) cock (valve) to release the surous air
4. Remove the (39) sucon chamber and the (41.44AB) water outlet chamber check if the (33)
valve assembly are stuck of damaged.
5. Pressure insuciency
6. Check whether the pressure has been adjusted properly.
(Refer to the operaon instrucon No.5)
7. Check whether the belt is too loose
8. Check whether the spray hose and the couplings are broken and damaged.
CYLINDER LEAKAGE
1. Remove the (8) dust proof cover and wind up the (25) adjusng rings.
2. It sll in vain replace the (2.8) v-packing in the (30) cylinder

INSPECTION & MAINTENANCE
For safety use, make sure the machine is cleaned every three-months. Before working, make sure
to inspect the lter and the nozzle,and ensure there is no impurity. Aer working, make sure there
is no water in the pump and the hose.
If the machine needs to be repaired in the guarantee period, please return the machine to the
shop. You need to provide the cercate of purchase in order to repair or get the substute.
Before Packing, the machine should be cleaned, then use closed packaging, packaging should be
rm. Store the machine in dry place.
For transportaon safety. The machine should comply with ISTA.
Meaning of crossed - out wheeled dustbin:
Do not dispose of electrical machines as unsorted municipal waste, use separate collecon
facilies.
If electrical machines are disposed of in landlls or dumps, hazardous substances can leak into
the groundwater and get into the food chain, damaging your health and well-being.
When replacing old machines with new ones, the retailer is legally obligated to take back your
old machine for disposals at least free of charge.

above 40°C temperature, (vi) While using the pressure washers to draw water which is contaminated with dust & solvents (eg. paint thinners, gasoline, oil, etc.), (vii) Repair done by unauthorized service people, (viii) Those parts subject
to wear & tear due to normal operaons and plasc parts, rubber items etc, (ix) Loose connecons, faulty electrical xtures & uctuaons in power supply.
4. Should any failure occur during or aer the warranty period, customer does not have the right to interrupt payment / price discount.
5. Incidental or consequenal damages like inconvenience commercial loss, loss of e, mental agony etc.
6. Loss of any nature due to operaon or non-operaon is not covered under warranty.
7. All free service are at Dealer’s service point only.
8. Warranty ceases if service is not done periodically.
9. The aached card should be completed and returned to Ratnagiri Impex Pvt. Ltd. for registraon immediately aer sale / delivery.
