1. INTRODUCTION
Ths manual s a part of machne and at the same tme
you can consult to manual for usng the machne safely and
ecently durng the entre duraton of use. Therefore t should
be stored carefully n a safe place.
Users must read and apply the rules for safety and prevent
from possble accdents. The machne must be used by
competent people who read the manual carefully. Usng the
machne wth favorable condtons for safety of people and
envronment s the responsblty of user.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE
BAG LIFTER that s manufactured n accordance wth 2nd
and 3rd category tractors s connected to the tractor by means
of the three pont lnkage system.
BAG LIFTER, beng desgned by our company n order to
enable the emptyng of large fertlzer bags nto the fertlzer
spreader wll provde you tme and convenence n your
busness.
BAG LIFTER, havng a lftng capacty of 1000 kg, wll ensure
a secure use.

BAG LIFTER, produced by our company n accordance
wth varous types of fertlzer spreaders, whch s also able to
operate n combnaton wth these machnes, wll provde you
great convenence n emptyng your large fertlzer bags.

3. GUARANTEE
•On delvery, check that the equpment has not been
damaged durng transport and that the accessores are
ntegral and complete.
•The purchaser wll enforce hs rghts on the guarantee only
when he has respected condtons concernng the beneft of
guarantee.
•The guarantee s vald for one year, aganst all defects of
materal from the date of delvery of the equpment.
•The guarantee does not nclude workng and shppng
costs.
•Obvously, all damage to person or thngs are executed
from guarantee.
•The guarantee s lmted to the repar or replacement
of the defectve pece, accordng to the nstructons of the
Manufacturer.
•Dealers or users may not clam any ndemnty from the
Manufacturer for any damage they may suer (because of
costs for labour, transport, defectve workmanshp, drect or
ndrect accdents, lost of earnngs on the workng postons,
etc.)
3.1. EXPIRY OF GUARANTEE
Guarantee expres:
• If lmts set out n techncal data table are overshot.
• If nstructons set out n ths booklet have not been carefully
followed.
• If the equpment s used badly, defectve mantenance or
other errors by clent.
• If orgnal spare parts are not used.

operator safety devces provded, on
nose emsson rsks and on general
accdent preventon regulatons
provded for by the nternatonal
drectves and by the law n the country n whch the

5.2. SAFETY NOTICES
• Read the operaton and mantenance manual carefully
before frst start up and keep ths manual easy reachable place.
• Obey all rules, work ste and local regulatons whch aect
you and your machne.
• You can be njured f you don’t wear the proper clothng.
Loose clothng can get caught n the equpment. Wear
protectve clothng to sut the job. Examples of protectve
clothng are: a hard hat, safety shoes, safety glasses, a
wellfttng overall, ear-protectors and ndustral gloves. Keep
cus fastened. Don’t wear a neckte or scarf. Keep long har
restraned.
• Before start up the machne, control the all connecton
ponts, bolts and nuts. If necessary tghten them. If there s any
worn part replace to new one.
• Make sure that, equpment attached and adjusted
completely.
• Don’t transport people or anmals on the equpment.
• Always use orgnal parts
• Don’t stand on the operaton area of machne whle t s
workng.
• If your machine driven by shaft:
a) Change the shaft plastic protector if it is worn
b) Grease the shaft after working
c) Don’t go over the limit tractor PTO rotation which is
mentioned in this manual.
d) Detach the shaft while transporting of machine
• Only start workng wth equpment f all protectve devces
are n perfect postons, nstalled and n safe poston.
• Before workng, make sure that, there s not any person or
anmal around.
• Don’t leave from the drver’s seat whle tractor s workng.
• Carefully read all the nstructons before usng machne;
n doubt contact techncans of Manufacturer’s dealers.

6. ATTACH OF MACHINE TO THE TRACTOR
1. The power of tractor should be convenent to machne whch
mentoned n techncal specfcaton.
2. Ar pressure n the tractor’s tres must be sucent.
3. It s nconvenence wthn moton area
of lftng levers.
4. It s absolutely forbdden to stand
between tractor and equpment whle
adjustng mddle lever.
5. It s absolutely forbdden n space
between tractor and equpment wth engne
runnng and wthout hand brake pulled.
6. If your machne has hydraulc system
the both sde of system should be under
pressure whle connectng the hydraulc
hoses of machne to tractor’s hydraulc
system.
7. If your machne has electrc system,
electrc and sensor connectons should be
connected safely (Fg. 5).
6.1. ADJUSTING AND ATTACHING OFTHE CARDAN
SHAFT
If your machne workng by cardan shaft; The cardan shaft that s
gven together wth machne s standard sze. If cardan shaft s longer,
you can cut t to shorten as shown n fgure 5 and fgure 6.
As shown n fgure 5, mnmum 15 cm part of cardan shaft must be
overlapped when shaft s pulled away.
As shown n fgure 6, mnmum 4 cm spaces must be kept when
shaft s engaged to the end.
6.2. TRANSPORTING OF MACHINE AND STABILITY OF
TRACTOR AND MACHINE DURING TRANSPORT
1. Comply wth transport regulatons and hghway lmts.
2. When drvng on publc roads, pay attenton trac lghts and
ndcators.
3. Any transport accessores must be provded wth sutable sgns
and guards.
4. It s very mportant to remember that road holdng capacty as
well as drecton and brakng capacty can be nuenced, sometmes
consderably by equpment beng ether carred or towed.
5. When takng bend, calculate centrfugal force and center of
gravty wll shft dependng on whether equpment s beng carred
or not.
6. For transport adjust and fasten sde lever chan. Lock hydraulc
lftng control lever.
7. For dsplacements beyond workng area, equpment must be
placed n transportaton poston.
8. When dmensons of carred or partally carred equpment
conceal tractor’s sgnalng and lghtng devces, these must also
be nstalled on equpment tself, n conformty wth regulatons of
hghway of country nvolved. When n operaton make sure that
lghtng system s n perfect workng order. It s also mportant to
remember that correct sgnalng sequence of headlghts ncludes.
6. MAKİNENİN TRAKTÖRE BAĞLANMASI
1. Traktörün gücü teknk özellklerde belrtlen maknenn gücüne
uygun olmalıdır.
2. Traktör lastk basıncı yeterl olmalıdır.
3. Traktör kaldırma kolları hareket alanı
çnde bulunmak kesnlkle sakıncalıdır.
4.Traktör orta kol yükseklk ayarı yaparken
traktör ve makne arasında durmamaya
özen gösternz.
5. Traktör le ekpman arasındak bolukta
motor çalıırken ve el fren çeklm değlken
durulması kesnlkle yasaktır.

6.1. KARDAN ŞAFTININ TAKILMASI VE AYARI
Eğer maknenz kuyruk ml le çalııyorsa; Makne le BERABER
verlen kardan aftı standart boydadır. Bu yüzden kardan aftının,
traktör veya makneye uyumunun sağlanması gerekmektedr.
Kardan aftı uzun se ekl 5’te görüldüğü gb ayarlanıp aft boyunun
keslmes le ölçüye getrlr (ek. 6).
Sağdak eklde görüldüğü gb kardan aftı sonuna kadar
çekldğnde en az 15 cm’lk kısmı üst üste bnyor olması gerekr.
Kardan aftı sonuna kadar kapalı durumunda soldak eklde
görüldüğü gb en az 4 cm’lk boluk olması gerekr.
6.2. MAKİNENİN TAŞINMASI VE TAŞIMA SIRASINDA
TRAKTÖRVE MAKİNENİN DENGESİ
1. Karayollarında taıma çn karayollarının kabul edebleceğ
sınırlarda kalmaya özen gösternz.
2. Devlet karayollarında hareket ederken trafk ıık ve aretlerne
uyunuz.
3. Traktör le taıma esnasında tüm ekpmanlar çn gerekl aret ve
koruma engellern koyunuz.
4. Traktör le taıma anında yükün ağırlığının yön ve fren kapastes
bata olmak üzere yol tutuu üzernde doğrudan etks olduğu
unutulmamalıdır.
5. Vraj dönülernde merkezkaç kuvvetnn traktörün yüklü veya
yüksüz olma durumuna göre değkenlk göstereceğn dkkate alınız.
6. Traktör le taıma anında yan kol zncrlernn ayarlı olduğuna
dkkat ednz. Hdrolk kaldırma kontrol kolunun kltl olmasına dkkat
ednz.
7. Ekpman çalıma alanından baka br yere götürülürken taıma
konumuna getrlmeldr.
8. Traktöre takılan ekpmanlar traktördek ııklandırma ve güvenlk
etketlern gzleyeblr. Bu durum karayolları kurallarına aykırıdır
ve güvenlk açısından sakıncalı sonuçlar doğurur. İaret ve ııkların
görülemedğ durumlarda yardımcı aret ve ııklar uygun yerlere
monte edlmeldr.

When machne s jonted to tractor, t becomes an ntegral part of
t. Attached equpment’s weght s closely related wth road poston
and stablty of tractor.
In normal condtons, t s assumed that % 20 of tractor weght
s carred by front axle. In ths case, attached equpment’s weght
should not be greater than %30 of tractor weght. Ths factor can be
summarzed n followng formulas:
When machne s attached to tractor, front weghts should put
through above mentoned formula. These weghts should be
calculated accordng to capacty of tractor’s lftng weght and
packng.
Makne traktöre bağlandığı zaman traktör le bütün br parça
halne gelmtr. Bağlanan ekpmanın ağırlığı traktörün yol konumu
ve stabltes le yakından lgldr.
Normal artlarda traktör ağırlığının %20 ‘snn ön akslar tarafından
taındığı varsayılır. Bu durumda traktöre bağlanan ekepmanın ağırlığı

7. USAGE OF MACHINE
7.1. CONNECTING THE MACHINE TO THE TRACTOR AND
FERTILIZER SPREADER
• Move the hydraulc arm to approprate
poston n order to connect the machne to the
tractor and approach the BAG LIFTER.
• Connect n accordance wth the three-pont
lnkage system and attach the pns.
• Adjust the md arm n approprate length.
• Connect the hydraulc hoses to the tractor.
• Remove the pns of the connecton jaw
n order to connect the BAG LIFTER that you
connected to the Tractor wth the fertlzer
spreader.
• Then, approach the tractor and fertlzer
spreader and connect the perno pns of the
fertlzer spreader to the perno jaws of the
BAG LIFTER as shown n the llustraton
and nsert the pns (Fg. 9).
• After havng connected the perno
jaws connect the adaptor part to the BAG
LIFTER and fertlzer spreader as shown n
the llustraton and nsert the pns (Fg. 10).
• Adjust the md arm accordngly.
• The machne s ready for use after
havng set the approprate heght.

• Makney traktöre baglamak çn hdrolk
kolları uygun konuma getrnz ve BAG LIFTER’a

• Üç nokta askı düzenne uygun eklde
bağlayınız ve pmler takınız (Fg./ek.8).
• Orta kol’u uygun uzunlukta ayarlayınız.
• Hdrolk hortumları traktöre bağlayınız.
• Traktöre bağladığınız BAG LIFTER le gübre
serpme maknesn brbrne bağlamak çn
bağlantı çenes pmlern çıkartınız.
• Daha sonra traktörle gübre serpme
maknesne yanaınız ve gübre serpme
maknesnn perno pmlern BAG LIFTER n
perno çenelerne ekldek gb bağlayınız
ve pmler takınız (ek. 9)
• Perno çenelern bağladıktan sonra
adaptör parçayı BAG LIFTER le gübre
serpme maknesne ekldek gb bağlayıp
