3. GARANTİ
•Teslm aldığınızda maknenn taıma sırasında hasar görüp
görmedğn, parçaların tam ve eksksz olduğunu kontrol
ednz.
•Alıcı, yalnızca garant kurallarına uyduğu takdrde
garantden yaralanablr.
•Malzemedenkaynaklanan arızalarakarı garant,maknenn
teslm tarhnden tbaren br yıl çn geçerldr.
•Garant, çalıma ve naklye ücretlern kapsamaz.
•İnsanlara ve eyalara olan zararlar garant kapsamı
dıındadır.
•Garant, arızalanan parçanın üretcnn talmatları
doğrultusunda onarılması veya değtrlmes le sınırlıdır.
•Bayler veya kullanıcılar, (çlk ve taıma masraarı, kusurlu
çlk, doğrudan veya dolaylı kazalar, çalıma esnasında
kazanç kaybetme gb) zararlardan dolayı üretcden herhang
br tazmnat talep edemezler.
3.1. GARANTİNİN BİTİŞİ
•Teknk tabloda gösterlen sınırlar aılırsa;
•Bu kılavuzda belrtlen talmatlar dkkatlce takp edlmezse;
•Hata kullanıcıdan kaynaklanırsa, makne yanlı kullanılırsa,
hatalı bakım yapılırsa;
•Orjnal parçalar kullanılmazsa, garant sona erer.
3. GUARANTEE
•On delvery, check that the equpment has not been
damaged durng transport and that the accessores are
ntegral and complete.
•The purchaser wll enforce hs rghts on the guarantee only
when he has respected condtons concernng the beneft of
guarantee.
•The guarantee s vald for one year, aganst all defects of
materal from the date of delvery of the equpment.
•The guarantee does not nclude workng and shppng
costs.
•Obvously, all damage to person or thngs are executed
from guarantee.
•The guarantee s lmted to the repar or replacement
of the defectve pece, accordng to the nstructons of the
Manufacturer.
•Dealers or users may not clam any ndemnty from the
Manufacturer for any damage they may suer (because of
costs for labour, transport, defectve workmanshp, drect or
ndrect accdents, lost of earnngs on the workng postons,
etc.)
3.1. EXPIRY OF GUARANTEE
Guarantee expres:
• If lmts set out n techncal data table are overshot.
• If nstructons set out n ths booklet have not been carefully
followed.
• If the equpment s used badly, defectve mantenance or
other errors by clent.
• If orgnal spare parts are not used.
ATTENTION
• The customer should nstruct
personnel on accdent rsks, on the
operator safety devces provded, on
nose emsson rsks and on general
accdent preventon regulatons
provded for by the nternatonal
drectves and by the law n the country n whch the
machnes are used.
• In any case, the machne should be used exclusvely by
sklled operators who wll be held to follow scrupulously
the techncal and accdent - preventon nstructons n
ths manual.
• It s the user’s responsblty to check whether the
machne s operated only n optmum condtons of
safety for people, anmals and property.

• Her durumda, makne, bu kılavuzdak teknk ve kaza
önleme talmatlarını dkkatl takp edecek yetenekl
operatör tarafından kullanılmalıdır.
• Maknenn nsan, hayvan ve mal güvenlğ çn en y
koullarda çalıtırılıp çalıtırılmadığını kontrol etmek
kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır.
