kesekler parçalamak ve toprağı karıştırarak tohum yatağı
hazırlamak çn kullanılır. Hasattan sonra btk artıklarını, anız
saplarını (ayççeğ, buğday, çeltk ve başka btklern) ve yabancı
otları kesp parçalamak, kaymak tabakasını kırmak, çftlk ve
mneral gübrey toprakla karıştırmak gb çeştl şlemler de
yapılablr. Dğer kncl toprak şleme aletler çersnde en belrgn
üstünlüğü, yoğun nem çeren toprağın şlenmesnde
kullanılablmesdr. Toprak şartlarına göre bazı yörelerde pulluk

1. INTRODUCTION
This manual contains pneumatic sowing machine
maintenance information and the rules that need to be
considered.
This manual is a part of machine and at the same time you
can consult to manual for using the machine safely and
efficiently during the entire duration of use. Therefore it should
be stored carefully in a safe place.
Users must read and apply the rules for safety and prevent
from possible accidents. The machine must be used by
competent people who read the manual carefully. Using the
machine with favorable conditions for safety of people and
environment is the responsibility of user.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE
Wide off set disc harrows with hydraulic lifting system are
trailed type. Machine can be easily transported to eld.
Trailed type wide of fset disc harrow moved by hydraulic
system. Due to multi-pronged action system these machines
prevent wind and water erosions while stubble-plugging.
2.1. AREAS OF USAGE
Wide type trailed off set disc harrow with hydraulic lifting
system is used for breaking clods and mixing soils to make seed
bed. Also it can be used for chopping of weeds and stems,
breaking of plant stubbles (such as sunower, wheat and etc.),
breaking of duff layer and mixing of mineral fertilizers with soil
after harvesting.
This kind of disc harrow can work very easily in wet soils and
according to the soil conditions it can be used instead of
plough.
Battery angle can be arranged till 20o. Tires moved standard
level and easily adjusted the working depth by means of the
axle mechanism on the tire. After harvesting, in dry months this
disc harrow can be used for preparing the soils directly to sow
(with 20 cm depth). You must obey all mentioned rules in this
book otherwise you can be injured and your machine can be
damaged.
3. GUARANTEE
• On delivery, check that the equipment has not been
damaged during transport and that the accessories are
integral and complete.
• The purchaser will enforce his rights on the guarantee only
when he has respected conditions concerning the benet of
guarantee.
• The guarantee is valid for one year, against all defects of
material from the date of delivery of the equipment.
• The guarantee does not include working and shipping
costs.
• Obviously, all damage to person or things are executed
from guarantee.
• The guarantee is limited to the repair or replacement of the
defective piece, according to the instructions of the
Manufacturer.
• Dealers or users may not claim any indemnity from the
Manufacturer for any damage they may suffer (because of
costs for labour, transport, defective workmanship, direct or
indirect accidents, lost of earnings on the working positions,
etc.)
3.1. EXPIRY OF GUARANTEE
Guarantee expires:
• If limits set out in technical data table are overshot.
• If instructions set out in this booklet have not been
carefully followed.
• If the equipment is used badly, defective maintenance or
other errors by client.
• If original spare parts are not used.

• The customer should instruct
personnel on accident risks, on the
operator safety devices provided, on
noise emission risks and on general
accident prevention regulations
provided for by the international
directives and by the law in the country
in which the machines are used.
• In any case, the machine should be used exclusively by
skilled operators who will be held to follow scrupulously the
technical and accident - prevention instructions in this
manual.
• It is the user's responsibility to check whether the machine is
operated only in optimum conditions of safety for people,
animals and property.

Users must read and apply the rules for safety and prevent
from possible accidents. The machine must be used by
competent people who read the manual carefully. Using the

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE
Wide off set disc harrows with hydraulic lifting system are
trailed type. Machine can be easily transported to eld.
Trailed type wide of fset disc harrow moved by hydraulic
system. Due to multi-pronged action system these machines
prevent wind and water erosions while stubble-plugging.
2.1. AREAS OF USAGE
Wide type trailed off set disc harrow with hydraulic lifting
system is used for breaking clods and mixing soils to make seed
bed. Also it can be used for chopping of weeds and stems,
breaking of plant stubbles (such as sunower, wheat and etc.),
breaking of duff layer and mixing of mineral fertilizers with soil
after harvesting.
This kind of disc harrow can work very easily in wet soils and
according to the soil conditions it can be used instead of
plough.
Battery angle can be arranged till 20o. Tires moved standard
level and easily adjusted the working depth by means of the
axle mechanism on the tire. After harvesting, in dry months this
disc harrow can be used for preparing the soils directly to sow
(with 20 cm depth). You must obey all mentioned rules in this
book otherwise you can be injured and your machine can be
damaged.
3. GUARANTEE
• On delivery, check that the equipment has not been
damaged during transport and that the accessories are
integral and complete.
• The purchaser will enforce his rights on the guarantee only
when he has respected conditions concerning the benet of
guarantee.
• The guarantee is valid for one year, against all defects of
material from the date of delivery of the equipment.
• The guarantee does not include working and shipping
costs.
• Obviously, all damage to person or things are executed
from guarantee.
• The guarantee is limited to the repair or replacement of the
defective piece, according to the instructions of the
Manufacturer.
• Dealers or users may not claim any indemnity from the
Manufacturer for any damage they may suffer (because of
costs for labour, transport, defective workmanship, direct or
indirect accidents, lost of earnings on the working positions,
etc.)
3.1. EXPIRY OF GUARANTEE
Guarantee expires:
• If limits set out in technical data table are overshot.
• If instructions set out in this booklet have not been
carefully followed.
• If the equipment is used badly, defective maintenance or
other errors by client.
• If original spare parts are not used.

operator safety devices provided, on
noise emission risks and on general
accident prevention regulations
provided for by the international
directives and by the law in the country
in which the machines are used.
• In any case, the machine should be used exclusively by

• It is the user's responsibility to check whether the machine is
operated only in optimum conditions of safety for people,

6. ATTACH OF MACHINE TO THE TRACTOR
1. The power of tractor should be
convenient to machine which mentioned in
technical specication.
2. Air pressure in the tractor's tires must be
sufficient.
3. It is inconvenience within motion area of
lifting levers.
4. It is absolutely forbidden to stand
between tractor and equipment while
adjusting middle lever.
5. It is absolutely forbidden in space
between tractor and equipment with engine
running and without hand brake pulled.
6. If your machine has hydraulic system the both side of system
should be under pressure while connecting the hydraulic hoses of
machine to tractor's hydraulic system.
7. If your machine has electric system,
electric and sensor connections should be
connected safely (Fig. 5).
6.1. ADJUSTING AND ATTACHING OF
THE CARDAN SHAFT
The cardan shaft that is given together
with machine is standard size. If cardan shaft
is longer, you can cut it to shorten as shown
in gure 5 and gure 6.
As shown in gure 5, minimum 15 cm part
of cardan shaft must be overlapped when
shaft is pulled away.
As shown in gure 6, minimum 4 cm
spaces must be kept when shaft is engaged
to the end.
6.2. TRANSPORTING OF MACHINE AND
STABILITY OF TRACTOR AND MACHINE
DURING TRANSPORT
1. Comply with transport regulations and
highway limits.
2. When driving on public roads, pay
attention traffic lights and indicators.
3. Any transport accessories must be provided with suitable signs
and guards.
4. It is very important to remember that road holding capacity as
well as direction and braking capacity can be inuenced, sometimes
considerably by equipment being either carried or towed.
5. When taking bend, calculate centrifugal force and center of
gravity will shift depending on whether equipment is being carried or
not.
6. For transport adjust and fasten side lever chain. Lock hydraulic
lifting control lever.
7. For displacements beyond working area, equipment must be
placed in transportation position.
8. When dimensions of carried or partially carried equipment
conceal tractor's signaling and lighting devices, these must also be
installed on equipment itself, in conformity with regulations of
highway of country involved. When in operation make sure that
lighting system is in perfect working order. It is also important to
remember that correct signaling sequence of headlights includes.
When the trailer is attached to tractor, it doesn't become an integral
part of tractor. Weight of attached equipment can be impressed
movement status and stability of tractor. Any unbalanced status can
be affected negatively the tractor because of trailer turnable steering
of drawbar.

When machine is jointed to tractor, it becomes an integral
part of it. Attached equipment's weight is closely related with
road position and stability of tractor.
In normal conditions, it is assumed that % 20 of tractor
weight is carried by front axle. In this case, attached
equipment's weight should not be greater than %30 of tractor
weight. This factor

assembly (ies) enables the balance of
weight between the front and rear gangs to
be varied. Essentially, the assembly should
be regarded as a top link on a mounted
implement, for example shortening the
assembly will increase weight on the front
of the machine, increasing penetration.
You can do parallel adjustment of
machine to ground by help of the parallel
spring strut on the main chassis of machine
(Fig. 13).

7. USAGE OF MACHINE
7.1. Pre-operatıon Set Up
a) When attempting work adjustments, alter one setting at a
time, then drive forward sufficiently to ensure that the disc has
achieved a stable working position after each adjustment.
b) The addition of an implement (e.g. press roll) to the rear of
the disc will generally alter the operation and require
adjustments to be made to the disc. Ensure any such
implement is attached prior to adjusting as outlined in the
subsequent sections.
7.2. Adjusting Of Scraper
Scrapers are used for scraping of soils
inside of discs during working. Scrapers
mounted to chassis as adjustable (Fig.8). If
there are jammed soils between discs,
check and adjust them to 3-5 mm space and
tighten again.
7.3. Gang Adjustment
Gang angle (inclusive angle between
gangs) adjustment was traditionally the
m e a n s o f c o n t r o l l i n g d e p t h a n d
maintaining the implement squarely
behind the tractor.
- Increasing angle increased penetration
and depth. Power and fuel consumption of
tractor will be increasing too.
- D e c r e as i n g a n g l e d e c r e a se d
penetration and depth. Power and fuel
consumption of tractor will be decreasing
too.
- Increasing front/decreasing rear swings
implement to the left.
- Increasing rear/decreasing front swings
implement to the right.
For better working adjusting of angle
must do according to your tractor's power.
Front and rear battery angles have 7 steps
adjusting possibilities. This adjustment
must do while discs are in the air (Fig 9)
a) Increasing front gang angle increases

b) Reduced rear gang angle reduces re-
inversion of incorporated matter from the
front gang.
c) Minimizing both gang angles imparts a
"chopping" and breaking action .as a

7.7. Adjustment Of Transporting And Working Position
For the safety, the spherical valve on the
hydraulic lift should be closed in
transporting position and should be
opened in the working position (Fig. 16).
8. DETACH OF MACHINE FROM THE TRACTOR
1. Park the tractor on a at surface, pull the handbrake and put
the wheel chock to tires.
2. Hydraulic arms of tractor should be alignment.
3. Lower the machine by means of the tractor hydraulic arms.
4. Wind up the machine support leg and insert the safety pin
5. If your machine has shaft dismount the shaft from tractor.
6. If your machine has hydraulic hoses depressurize the
pressure through tractor's hydraulic valve and disconnect
the hydraulic hoses from the tractor.
7. If your machine has electric system disconnect the electric
connections from the tractor when tractor is in stop position.

7.6. Çek Oku Açı Ayarı
Dskaro traktör merkezne ayarlandığı
zaman, dskaro düzgün br şeklde çalışır.

If parallel adjustment of machine is not properly, machine
going to work unbalanced and working depth will be unstable.
For that parallel adjustment should do properly while tires of
machine in the air and front and rear sides of machine should
be same height from ground. During transporting of machine
two coil springs on this axle absorb vibration of machine.
NOTE: The use of additional implements behind the disc
harrow (e.g press roll) will alter the front to rear balance in work
and as such usually requires an adjustment of the spring collar
assembly (ies). Adjustment of the unit, with or without
additional implements is by the following procedure
irrespective of the type of implement attached behind.
a) Shortening the assembly will move the front gang nearer
to the ground and is adjusted easiest with the disc raised when
the disc is used on its own or lowered when used in
conjunction with a rear roll.
b) Lengthening the assembly will move the rear gang nearer
to the ground and is adjusted easiest with the disc lowered
when the disc is used on its own or raised when used in
conjunction with a rear roll.
c) Adjust the spring compression with the disc raised, adjust
the upper pair of nuts until the spring is compressed, leaving a
gap of 3 to 4mm between each coil.
d) In work, shortening the levelling spring/rod assembly
increases the effectiveness of the front gang;
- Improves front gang penetration.
- Increases the tendency for the disc to swing to the LEFT
about the hitch pin.
Lengthening the assembly increases the effectiveness of the
rear gang ;
- Improves rear gang penetration, reduces front gang
penetration.
- Increases the tendency for the disc to swing to the RIGHT
about the hitch pin.
7.6. Drawbar – Lateral Adjustment
The disc harrow will operate correctly
when adjusted to be offset to the tractor
centre line. The amount of offset will vary
with gang angle (this is self-compensating
by the design of the gang to drawbar
attachment) and implement width.
NOTE: Adjustments are described
assuming that the front gang is on 3/4 to
maximum angle setting (bolts to front of
slots). If otherwise, allowances should then
be made accordingly.
Adjust the drawbar lateral setting (DIMENSION 'X') by
relocating the three lateral drawbar plate to cross drawbar bolts.
Reducing DIMENSION 'X' will reduce the steering effect on
the tractor (ie reduces the tendency for the tractor drawbar to
swing hard to the left)

2. Traktörün hdrolk kollarının aynı hzada olmasını sağlayınız.
3. Traktör hdrolk kolları yardımıyla makney yere ndrnz.
4. Maknenn park destek ayağını açınız ve emnyet pmn
takınız.
5. Maknenz şaftlı se şaftı traktörden ayırınız.
6. Maknenzde hdrolk hortumlar varsa traktör hdrolk
valfından basıncını alınız ve hortumları çıkartınız.
7. Maknenzde elektrk bağlantısı varsa traktör stop
durumdayken çıkartınız.
8. Üç nokta bağlantı pmlern sökünüz.

7.7. Adjustment Of Transporting And Working Position
For the safety, the spherical valve on the
hydraulic lift should be closed in
transporting position and should be
opened in the working position (Fig. 16).
8. DETACH OF MACHINE FROM THE TRACTOR
1. Park the tractor on a at surface, pull the handbrake and put
the wheel chock to tires.
2. Hydraulic arms of tractor should be alignment.
3. Lower the machine by means of the tractor hydraulic arms.
4. Wind up the machine support leg and insert the safety pin
5. If your machine has shaft dismount the shaft from tractor.
6. If your machine has hydraulic hoses depressurize the
pressure through tractor's hydraulic valve and disconnect
the hydraulic hoses from the tractor.
7. If your machine has electric system disconnect the electric
connections from the tractor when tractor is in stop position.

Bu kılavuzda lstelenen bakım peryotları sadece ön
görülendr ve normal koşullardak kullanım çndr. Bu nedenle,
daha az ya da daha çok tozlu çevre gb etkenler bu süreler
değştrr. Daha ağır hzmet koşulları çn daha sık bakım
yapılacaktır. Gres yağı enjekte edlmeden önce meme uçları,

- Yıpranmış veya zarar görmüş parçaları kontrol ednz gerekl
se yenleynz.
- Tüm cıvata ve vdaları sıkınız.
- Tüm boyanmamış parçaları yağlayınız. Ekpmanı naylon vb.
le koruyunuz.
- Kuru br yerde muhafaza ednz, yetkl olmayan kşlern
ulaşmasını engelleyn.
- Yukarıdak şlemler dkkatlce yapıldığında kullanıcı br
sonrak dönem y şartlarda muhafaza edlmş br makne
bulacaktır.
- Son olarak malâtçı firmaya her zaman gerekl yardım ve
yedek parça çn ulaşableceğnz hatırlatırız.
Cıvata ve Somunların Sızdırmazlık Kontrolü:
Lütfen makne çalıştıktan lk 3 saat sonra cıvata ve somunları
kontrol ednz. Lütfen her 50 saatte br peryodk olarak cıvata
ve somunları kontrol ednz. Eğer gevşeklk varsa, bütün somun
ve cıvataları sıkınız.

9. MAINTENANCE
Here follows a list of various maintenance operations to be
carrying out periodically. Lowered operating costs and a
longer lasting machine depend, among others, on the
methodical constant observation of these rules.
The maintenance periods listed in this booklet are only
indicative and are for on normal conditions on use therefore be
varied depending the kind of service, the more or less dusty
surroundings, seasonal factors, etc.
For more serious conditions of service, maintenance will
logically be done more often.
Before injecting grease, the nipples must be cleaned to avoid
mud, dust and foreign bodies from mixing with the grease;
otherwise they will reduce or even annul the effect of the
lubrication.
- After use wash the equipment thoroughly
- After the every eight hours of work check that all the bolts
are still tight.
- For all greasing points use the suggested grease and if your
machine has gearbox, use the gearbox oil. After 400 working
hours replace the gearbox oil new one completely (2 L).
At the end of the season or if a long period of rest is for seen it
is advisable:
- Empty the seed hoppers and seed distributors.
- Carefully check worn or damaged parts and replace if
necessary.
- Tighten all screws and bolts.
- Grease the all unpainted parts. Protect the equipment with
a cover (such as nylon and etc.).
- Gease the all chains.
- Keep your machine in a dry place. Don't move it and keep
away form unauthorized people.
- If these operations are done carefully, it will be total
advantage for you because next season your machine will be
perfectly ready to work.
- Finally, we remind you that the manufacturer is always
available for any and all necessary assistance and spares.
Tightness controlling of Bolt and Nuts:
Please check the bolts and nuts after 3 hours rst operating
of machine. Please check the bolts and nuts periodically once
every 50 hours. Tighten all nuts and bolts If they loose.
