1. Overview
The AirLive INJ-1G-30W-1248 Industrial PoE+ injector supports one RJ45 Gigabit port for
data in and one RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet PoE port for transmitting data and power over one
Cat.5e or above cable up to 100meter. To reliably work in critical industrial environment, it is
equipped with industrial grade components, compliant with 802.3at PoE+ for supporting
PoE power up to 30W, providing a wide range voltage of 12~48Vdc power input, supporting
wide operation temperature range -40C°~ 80C°, and protected by a rugged strong
aluminum housing. Thanks to all the high standard requirements, it can operate reliably and
efficiently in the most availability applications.
1.1 Connecting the Switch
Setup the INJ-1G-30W-1248 PoE Injector, Connect the Ethernet port of the injector to a
LAN switch with a network cable. Connect the PoE Out port to the PoE device
After the device is powered on, the PWR indicator will all be on. If the indicators are not on,
check the power supply connection.
Indicator Color Status Description
PWR Green ON Powered on
ON PoE is activated.
PoE Green Blinking A Power Device (PD) is being detected.
OFF No device is connected or the connected device is not a PD.

1. Tighten the screws to fix
the DIN Rail plate.
2. Lock the upper part of the DIN
Rail clip on the upper side of the
track. Gently press it until the clip
is securely locked on the track.

the Wall Mount plate.
2. Mount the Switch on the wall or
on a flat surface with 2 screws
piercing through the mounting
holes to secure it in position.
