1 Product Introduction
1.1 Overview
The product series of 8 ports full gigabit i dustrious switch have PoE type
(60W HPOE a d 30W POE) a d o PoE type. It provides 8 gigabit PoE++
Ether et ports a d 4 gigabit optical SFP ports. The product series use
Broadcom i dustrious chip, up to 24Gbps excha ge capacity, 4Mbit cache,
support 4K high-defi itio video tra smissio . Besides, the 8 PoE ports
support IEEE802.3af/at sta dard. PoE output power of si gle port is up to
60W a d total output power is up to 150W. It features rapid ri g,
i dustrious class 4 protectio (ESD, CS, RS, EFT), 6KV surge protectio a d
L2 characteristics, such as VLAN, QoS, STP, etc. It fully satisfies the eeds of

2 Installation
Caution
A ti-cou terfeiti g label is attached to switch's cover. Product damage
caused by u authorized disassembly is ot covered u der warra ty.
2.1 Shipping List

2.2 Installation Precautions
To avoid device damage or perso al i jury by improper use, please
observe the followi g precautio s.
2.2.1 Safety Precautions
I structio :
This is a level A product, which may cause radio disturba ce i livi g
e viro me t. Users may eed to take correspo di g a d effective
measures to solve the problem.
•Pull out the power plug before clea i g the switch. Do ot use wet
cloth or liquid to wipe or wash the switch.
•Do ot leave the switch close to water or wet place so as to preve t
water or damp ess from e teri g i to the switch.
•Make sure the switch work i a clea e viro me t. Excessive dust
may cause electrostatic adsorptio , which will affect the equipme t
life a d cause commu icatio failure.
•The switch will work ormally u der the correct voltage. Please
e sure the voltage i dicated o the switch correspo ds to the
power voltage.
•To avoid the da ger of electric shock, please do ot ope the switch
case.

•Do ot ope the switch case eve if the switch is powered off.
•The accessories (i cludi g but ot limited to power cables, etc.),
which ca be used for the switch o ly, is prohibited for other
applicatio s
2.2.2 Installation Requirements
The device should work i i door e viro me t to avoid thu der stroke. It
is importa t to obey the followi g requireme ts o matter you i stall it i
the cabi et or o the workbe ch directly:
•E ough space (larger tha 10cm) for air outlet so as to facilitate the
heati g dissipatio ; Good ve tilatio system for cabi ets a d
workbe ch is preferred.
•E sure the Cabi et a d workbe ch is sturdy e ough to support the
switch a d its accessories weight.
•Cabi et a d workbe ch with good grou di g is preferred.
2.2.3 The Requirements of Electromagnetic Environment
Whe it is worki g, the switch may be affected by exter al i terfere ce
outside the system through the ways of radiatio a d co ductio . Please
pay atte tio to the followi gs:
•AC power supply is TN system, so it is ecessary to use si gle phase
power socket (PE) which ca protect grou d wire so that the filter
circuit ca effectively filter out the power grid disturba ces.
•The switch should work far away from high-power radio
tra smitters, radar tra smitters, high-freque cy devices.
•Use electromag etic shieldi g if ecessary, such as shielded cable.
•I terface cables should be arra ged i door rather tha outdoor to
preve t over-voltage or over-curre t damage to the sig al port.
2.3 Installation Way
There are 3 i stallatio ways: rack, workbe ch a d i stallatio .
Caution
Please pull out the power plug before i stalli g or movi g the switch.
Grou di g a d a ti-lighte i g ca greatly i crease the protectio level of
the switch. Please co ect the grou di g termi al to the earth area by
usi g at least wire 20.

2.3.1 Din rail Installation
I stallatio process:
1. I stall the Di -rail ha ger to the switch.
2. I stall the switch to the Di -rail.
2.3.2 Wall hung Installation
You ca i stall the switch to the clea a d stable wall.

2.4 Cable Connection
2.4.1 Device Connection
Use cross etwork cable or cross-over cable to co ect PC or other device
with switch's Ether et port;
2.4.2 Configuration Cable Connection
Use a etwork cable to co ect Ether et ports except the co sole port,
(Notice: The VLAN ID of this Ether et port must be 1) with ma ageme t
PC, a d use ma ageme t PC to co figure the PoE switch.
2.4.3 Power Cable Connection
1. Co ect the DC red a d black cable separately to the + a d – power
termi al o switch, as followi g figure, usi g screwdriver to
screwi g stably.
2. Tur o the power, check if the power LED of the switch is o , that
mea s power co ected correctly.

3 Function Configuration Guide
3.1 Computer Requirements
•Make sure the ma ageme t PC has already bee i stalled with
Ether et adapter.
•Use etwork cable co ect Ether et ports with etwork card of PC
(except the co sole port).
3.2 Set Up Network Connection
I structio
1. You eed to set the IP of the PC a d the switch i the same etwork
segme t. The default IP address of the switch is 192.168.1.200,
etwork gate is 255.255.255.0.
2. The port to co ect ma ageme t PC for Web setti g must be
ma ageme t VLAN. By default, ma ageme t VLAN is VLAN 1, a d
each port of the switch is VLAN1.
3. If you eed to co ect the remote etwork, please make sure the
ma ageme t PC a d the router ca do the job above.
4. This product ca 't assig the IP address for the ma ageme t PC, you
eed to set the ma ageme t static IP by yourself .
3.2.1 Set Static IP for the Management Computer
Operatio steps (take Wi dows XP as sample):
1. Click <start> to e ter the [start] me u, select “co trol pa el”.
Double click “ etwork co ectio ” ico , double click the “local
co ectio ” ico , pop out “local co ectio status” wi dow.

2. Click <property> butto , e ter "local co ectio property"
wi dow.
3. Select "I ter et protocol (TCP/IP)”, click <property> butto ,
e ter ”I ter et protocol (TCP/IP) property” wi dow. Select “use the
IP address below” butto , i put IP address (use arbitrary value

betwee 192.168.1.1~ 192.168.1.254, besides 192.168.1.200) a d
the sub et mask (255.255.255.0). Click "OK" to fi ish the

3.2.2 Confirm the Network Connection by Ping Command
Operatio Steps below:
1. Click <Start> butto to e ter [Start] me u, select [Ru ], pop out the
dialog a d type “cmd”. Press Ok.
2. I put "pi g 192.168.1.200", click <co firm> butto . If there is
equipme t respo se show i the pop out dialog, that mea s
etwork co ectio succeed, otherwise please check if the etwork

co ectio is correct.
3.2.3 Cancel the Proxy Server
If this ma ageme t PC use proxy server to visit the i ter et, the you must
prohibit the proxy service, followi g is the operatio :
1. I browser, select [tool/I ter et optio ] e ter [I ter et optio ]
wi dow.
2. Select “co ectio ” tabs i [I ter et optio ] wi dow, a d click
[LAN Setti g] butto .

3. Make sure the “Use proxy server for LAN”optio is ot selected. If
selected, please ca cel it a d click <yes> butto .
The me u bar of the switch has the followi g optio s: [System Status],
[Port Co figuratio ], [VLAN Setti gs], [QoS Ma ageme t], [Li k
ma ageme t], [Port Security], [Network Ma ageme t], [Network
Statistics], [System Ma ageme t], [Exit] a d drop-dow me u bar of the
"la guage switchi g fu ctio ". Click a optio to make correspo di g
setti g. The followi g will explai the fu ctio of each Optio .
3.3 Web Page Configuration Guide
The browser versio recomme d: IE7 a d later, Firefox browser, Chrome,
360 browser.
3.3.1 Start and Login
Default parameters:
IP address: 192.168.1.200
Sub et mask: 255.255.255.0
User ame: admi
Password: admi
After i stalli g the equipme t correctly a d setti g up the computer,
ope the browser, i put the switch default address i the browser address

bar a d press the E ter key, the user logi page will show i fro t of you
as follows:
Caution
Please follow the steps to check if the switch is i stalled correctly:
1. Whether the physical co ectio of the equipme t is correct?
-Use etwork cable to co ect the products Ether et port (except
the co sole port) with ma aged computer etwork card LED of the
port is o .
2. Whether the computer TCP/IP agreeme t setti g is correct?
-Your computer's IP address must be 192.168.1.x (x ra ge is 1-254
a d x ca ’t be 200, otherwise it will co flict with the product IP
address 192.168.1.200), sub et mask: 255.255.255.0.
3. Whether the computer's port VLAN ID is 1?
-By default, the ma ageme t VLAN is VLAN 1, same as each port of
the switch.
After i putti g the correct password, click <Logi i >, the browser will
display the product Web ma ageme t page as the picture below:

3.3.2 Change Language
As show below, i the upper right cor er of the Web page, click o the
drop-dow me u bar, select [Chi ese] or [E glish], to complete Web
la guage Switchi g.

3.3.3 Common Buttons Introduction
3.3.4 The Default Configuration
The followi g table lists some importa t default co figuratio of the
switch, all features will be described i details i followi g chapters. The
default co figuratio is for most cases. Please reco figure if the default
co figuratio does ot match the actual requireme ts.

3.3.5 Web User Timeout
Whe you have left the Web setti g page for a while, the system will log
out a d retur to the Web dialog box due to system time-out. Please log
i agai if you wa t to proceed the operatio .
I structio :
Web page logi timeout setti g defaults to 5 mi utes.
3.3.6 Backup System Configuration Information
Click <Backup> butto to select the co figuratio file backup path, click
<OK> butto to save the curre t co figuratio for the computer. The
co figuratio ca be restored through the docume t [*.cfg].
3.3.7 Restoring the Configuration Information
Click <Browse> butto , select previous backup file [*.cfg], click <Recover>
butto . The co figuratio i formatio stored i the backup file will be
restored to the device, the co figuratio takes effect after the device
restarts automatically.
3.3.8 Quit
Click the [Exit] me u item to retur to the system status page,
the logi box will pop out automatically till the ext click o the page.
