2.2.2 Installation Requirements
The device should work i i door e viro me t to avoid thu der stroke. It
is importa t to obey the followi g requireme ts o matter you i stall it i
the cabi et or o the workbe ch directly:
•E ough space (larger tha 10cm) for air outlet so as to facilitate the
heati g dissipatio ; Good ve tilatio system for cabi ets a d
workbe ch is preferred.
•E sure the Cabi et a d workbe ch is sturdy e ough to support the
switch a d its accessories weight.
•Cabi et a d workbe ch with good grou di g is preferred.
2.2.3 The Requirements of Electromagnetic Environment
Whe it is worki g, the switch may be affected by exter al i terfere ce
outside the system through the ways of radiatio a d co ductio . Please
pay atte tio to the followi gs:
•AC power supply is TN system, so it is ecessary to use si gle phase
power socket (PE) which ca protect grou d wire so that the filter
circuit ca effectively filter out the power grid disturba ces.
•The switch should work far away from high-power radio
tra smitters, radar tra smitters, high-freque cy devices.
•Use electromag etic shieldi g if ecessary, such as shielded cable.
•I terface cables should be arra ged i door rather tha outdoor to
preve t over-voltage or over-curre t damage to the sig al port.
2.3 Installation Way
There are 3 i stallatio ways: rack, workbe ch a d i stallatio .
Caution
Please pull out the power plug before i stalli g or movi g the switch.
Grou di g a d a ti-lighte i g ca greatly i crease the protectio level of
the switch. Please co ect the grou di g termi al to the earth area by
usi g at least wire 20.
