PRINT MATERIALS
Printerscan usetwodifferenttypesofprintmaterials: PLAandABS. Each material
has uniquebenefitsandyou can guide your selection based on the properties your
part requires.
PLA
This is ahardplastic thathas alow environmental impact.Itis derivedfrom
renewable,starch-basedresources.
Werecommend using PLA when printingextra-largepartsonprinter as itis a
more stable printmaterial.
PLA is the optimal supportmaterial forindustrial ABS parts. PLAhas the abilityto
dissolve away in caustic soda solutions supported by an ultra-sonic tank.
ABS
This is awell-known plastic knownfor its strengthandindustrial properties.
As a buildmaterial, ABS is good forbothsmall and large parts.
ABS works as an excellentsupportmaterial for extra-large PLAparts.
3. UNPACKING & INSTALLING
3.1 Unpacking
A. Unpacking theitem, andput the printerona leveltable. 4bottomknobs will help
to fine-adjust.
B. Connect the FilamentBracket, andputthe PLA on it.
C. Put one printplateonthe bed. Connect the power cable andpress theswitch to
start.
D. Cutfilamentatan oblique angle.Press andholding downthe clip. Plug inthe
filamentthrough tubetothe nozzle.

3.2 Level andFilament
A. Choose TOOL”---- Manual”,PressHome and waituntil printerfinishauto-tuning
with buzzing. AdjustZ- axis distancebetweenthenozzleandplate to 10-15mm.

B. Choose Filament”,Press temperature inthe middleofthe firstlinetopreheatthe
nozzle. Red means heating; Black meansnormal.

C. Aftertemperature isgetting to 220/220,press E1↓” andStop until PLA is
extruded. Cleantheplantandnozzle,thenyoucan enjoy your printing.
3.3 Printing from SDCard
Insertthe SD card(there should be some .gcodefiles in SD card).
Back to StartScreen, press PRINT”PRINT”, choose .gcode files thatyou wanttoprint.
Press Yes”to confirm. You can Pause”or Stop”printing. Moreparameter can be
adjustedin MoreFunction”,suchasprintingspeed,extrudeetc. Ifyou stopprinting,
you can choosetosave the breakpoint,andprintfrom the breakpoint tocontinue.
Notice: Please make sure the distance betweenthe nozzle andplateis suitable(as
thethickness of2A4 paper). Otherwise, thefilament cannotstick or stick too tightly
totake off.

4. Menu Instructions
4.1 System
Info: Display theparameters ofeach shaftand the temperature ofthenozzle.
About: motherboardinformation, system ID,version number, andsound on/off.
/EN:language switching betweenChinese and English.
Default: Restorefactory settings.
TP Adjust:to adjusttouch point,thecalibrationcan be carriedout when touch
failure.
WIFI:supportWIFI online printing, butnot included in thedefaultconfiguration.
Back: Returnto startscreen.
4.2 TOOL
Manual: manually adjust the position anddistance. Manual cannotbe selected
during printing.
Preheat: topreheatthe nozzle, which canbeused to manually extrudedownward or
upward.
Filament:to Loador unload Filament,nozzleshould be preheatedbefore.
Level: to adjust the distance betweenthe printing plate and the nozzle. Press NEXT”
to adjust4levelpoints,Screw theadjusting nut according tothedistance until the
fourpointsleveling.
Fan: to adjust the fanspeed of thenozzle andmotherboard cooling.
Stop: press ifwrong operation,the machine will stop moving.
More: spare port,usedfor the development ofnew function, now defined as laser
engravingportwhichis currently in development
Back: returnto startscreen.
4.3 Print
Press and choose .gcode”file to start printing.
