TheBMG500seriescanbeplacedonadesktop,mountedonthewallormountedonaDIN‐rail.The
DIN‐railbracketisnotscrewedontheproductwhenoutoffactory.PleasescrewtheDIN‐railbracketon
theproductfirstifnecessary.

1.6.2InserttheSIMCard
WARNING:BEFOREINSERTINGORCHANGINGTHESIMCARD,PLEASEMAKE
SURETHATPOWEROFTHEDEVICEISSWITCHEDOFF.
TheSIMcardslotsarelocatedattherightsideofIDG500 serieshousinginordertoprotecttheSIMcard.
YouneedtounscrewandremovetheouterSIMcardcoverbeforeinstallingorremovingtheSIMcard.
PleasefollowtheinstructionstoinsertorejectaSIMcard.AfterSIMcardiswellplaced,screwbackthe
outerSIMcardcover.








TheBMG500seriesprovidesoneRJ45porttoconnect10/100MbpsEthernet.Itcanautodetectthe
transmissionspeedonthenetworkandconfigureitselfautomatically.ConnectoneEthernetcableto
theRJ45port(LAN)ofthedeviceandpluganotherendoftheEthernetcableintoyourcomputer’s
networkport.Inthisway,youcanusetheRJ45EthernetcabletoconnectthedevicetothehostPC’s
Ethernetportforconfiguringthedevice.

