■１．安全性について
警告 この記号は、警告内容を怠った場合、人が死亡または重傷を負う可能性が想定されることを示します。
皮膚からの体内侵入注意
● 人や動物に向けてスプレーしたり、チップに指など身体の一部を近づけてスプレーしないでください。
接触禁止
● 塗料漏れが発生した場合、絶対に手などで押さえず、ただちにポンプを停止し、塗料圧力を「０ＭＰａ」にしてください。
高圧の塗料は、目や口、及び皮膚などから直接体内に入り、非常に危険です。
ケガをした場合、ケガの大小にかかわらず、ただちに医師による治療を受けてください。
破裂に注意
●エアレススプレーガンの最高使用圧力（２５ＭＰａ）以下で必ず使用してください。
最高使用圧力以上で使用するとハンドガードやガンが破損し、非常に危険です。
●チップの取付・取外しは、かならずポンプを停止し塗料圧力を「０ＭＰａ」にした後、エアレススプレーガンのセーフ
ティロックを確実に掛けてから行ってください。作業中に塗料や溶剤が噴出した場合、非常に危険です。
この記号は機械の性能や機能を十分に発揮してお使いいただくため、守っていただきたい内容を示しています。
●製品の改造は、絶対にしないでください。
●部品を交換する場合は、当社純正部品を使用してください。十分な性能が発揮できないばかりか、故障の原因となります。
■２．チップ形式．仕様一覧表
チップ形式表示は、ノズルチップ後部側面のチップ形式表示をご覧ください。
※噴出量、パタン幅は塗装条件によって変わるため目安としてください。
（ラッカープライマー 粘度４０秒／ＮＫ－２ 塗料圧力９．８１ＭＰａにて測定）
※パタン形状は汎用チップよりばらつく場合があります。
■３．取付け、使用方法
注意 この記号は注意内容を怠った場合、人が傷害を負う可能性または物理損害の発生する可能性が想定されることを示し
ます。
●チップが詰まりチップハンドルを除去方向に回した時に、チップ内残圧によって塗料が噴出することがあります。
目や口、及び皮膚などから直接体内に塗料や溶剤が入った場合、非常に危険です。
●チップ、ハンドガードは確実に取り付けてください。塗料漏れによるケガなど重大な傷害になる危険性があります。
手順 1 ハンドガード（4）にシール(2)、ガスケット(3)をいれます。
（シール＆ガスケット取付け方法図参照）
手順２ ハンドガード(4)へチップ(1)を差し込みます。
手順３ チップ取付け状態を確認します
チップが１８０°回転 → ＯＫ
手順４ 吹付、詰まり除去方向の確認をします。
手順５ ハンドガードをエアレスガンに取付けます。

■４．パタン調整

パタン形状不良 チップ位置不良 チップをスプレーガンに水平にする。
チップをハンドガードの奥まで差し込む。

・万一、故障の場合は、お買いあげの販売店又は当社支店・営業所・サービス会社にご連絡ください。
保証期間中は、無償修理いたします。
・本製品の故障または不具合に伴う生産補償、営業補償など二次損失に対する補償は致しませんのでご了承願います。
・次の場合は保証期間内でもお客様のご負担（有償）になります。
・取扱説明書の注意事項を守られなかったことによる故障および損傷

Turn Tip Cleaner
TT-3B
・It is Airless tip to use for the building painting.
・The operator shall be fully conversant with the requirements stated in this instruction manual including important warnings, cautions
and operation and correct handling.
・Read and understand the instruction manual, before use and retain for reference.
■
Safety precautions
Indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not avoided, may result in serious injury or loss of life.
Be careful about bodily injury
● Never point gun toward person or animal. Never pull trigger of gun when human body or fingers come near tip of nozzle tip.
Contact is forbidden
● When paint leaks, never try to stop it by hand. In that case, stop pump immediately and reduce paint pressure down to [0 MPa].
High pressure paint emitted through small hole can pierce an iron plate and can cause severe injury since
paint can enter human body directly through eye, mouth or skin. It is very dangerous. If you feel any abnormality
or receive any injury, consult with a medical doctor immediately.
Be careful about explosion
● Be sure to use airless spray gun at less than max. operating pressure. Usage at more than
max. operating pressure, Can cause explosion of gun resulting in great danger.
● Be sure to stop pump, reduce fluid pressure down to [0MPa] and securely apply safety lock of gun
before you fit remove nozzle tip. Emission of paint or solvent during operation can cause great danger.

● Never alter the equipment .
● When you replace parts, be sure to use our genuine parts. If not done, it can cause insufficient performance or failure.

Set up / How to use
Indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not avoided, may result in minor or moderate injury or property
damage.
● When it turned the steering of the tip to the removal direction after the tip was clogged up with clog,
● Paint may spout out by pressure left for the tip.
It is very dangerous, when paint and a solvent are in the direct body from eyes and a mouth and skin.
● Attach the tip and the hand guard surely. There is danger to become the serious injury including the injury by the paint leak.
Job.１ Insert seal(2) and gasket(3) in hand guard（4）.
See the drawing right for inserting sea and gasket.
Job.2 Insert tip (1) in hand guard (4).
Job.3 Confirm a tip installation state.
When tip can be turned 180 degrees. → ＯＫ
Job.4 Confirm a direction of spray and a direction of removing clog.
Job.5 Fix hand guard (4) to airless gun.
