La predisposizione dei collegamenti elettrici di tutti i dispositivi del proprio sistema
deve essere effettuata prima di iniziare l’installazione dei componenti, attenendosi
allo schema di “Predisposizione dell'impianto elettrico" fornito nel manuale
istruzioni dell'attuatore, alle avvertenze fornite in questo manuale e alle istruzioni
allegate ai componenti installati.
Nel corso delle operazioni di assemblaggio e montaggio e collaudo
dell’automatismo si possono verificare situazioni di pericolo se non si osservano le
avvertenze di sicurezza contenute nelle istruzioni. Prima di procedere leggere
attentamente il presente manuale istruzioni. Rendere disponibili le istruzioni presso
l’impianto per ogni necessità di utilizzo e manutenzione.

L’apparecchiatura ROLL500S è stata progettata per
controllare il funzionamento di Motori per serrande a 230V.
È vietato utilizzare il prodotto per scopi diversi da quelli previsti o impropri.
Si raccomanda di attenersi altresì ai limiti di impiego indicati nel manuale di
installazione dell'attuatore. È vietato manomettere o modificare il prodotto. Il
prodotto deve essere istallato solo con materiale APRIMATIC.

L’apparecchio può essere utilizzato da bambini di età non inferiore a 8 anni e da
persone con ridotte capacità fisiche, sensoriali o mentali, o prive di esperienza o

abbiano ricevuto istruzioni relative all’uso sicuro dell’apparecchio e alla
comprensione dei pericoli ad esso inerenti. I bambini devono essere
sorvegliati affinchè non giochino con l’apparecchio, incluso il telecomando.
La pulizia e la manutenzione destinata ad essere effettuata dall’utilizzatore non
deve essere effettuata da bambini senza sorveglianza.

Prima di procedere all’installazione del prodotto, assicurarsi di scollegare
l’alimentazione.

FUNZIONAMENTO
Le operazioni dell’automatismo sono effettuate mediante il pulsante esterno
collegato tra morsetto 9 e 10 oppure con un radio comando HCS. L’operazione
termina in una di queste condizioni: per l’attivazione del fine corsa corrispondente o
per la conclusione del tempo di funzionamento. La centrale non è munita
dell’opzione di collegamento dei fine corsa. Il tempo di funzionamento è
programmabile fino ad un massimo di 2 minuti e 30 secondi (di default 20sec.)
essendo questo un tempo di sicurezza.
Anche il tempo di chiusura automatica è programmabile fino ad un massimo di 3
minuti e regola il tempo di attesa prima di eseguire automaticamente l’operazione di
chiusura. Un trasmettitore HCS e il pulsante esterno realizzano la stessa funzione.
Se la porta si sta aprendo, quando premiamo il trasmettitore (J2=aperto) o il
pulsante esterno, si ferma; se premiamo ancora si chiude, se premiamo un’altra
volta si ferma ed infine se premiamo ancora si chiude e cosi via.
Con J2 = CHUSO il trasmettitore funziona con 3 tasti UP-STOP-DOWN.

MEMORIZZAZIONE CODICI TRASMETTITORE
Per memorizzare i codici dei trasmettitori, il quadro di controllo deve essere in
condizioni stabili e la porta ferma.
MEMORIZZAZIONE MANUALE
a)Per memorizzare il codice premere il pulsante di programmazione
PROG/RES sino a che si attivi l’indicatore acustico (1bip). Il Led rosso si
accende e quando il pulsante viene rilasciato il Led rimane acceso indicando
che l’apparecchio è pronto per memorizzare il codice del trasmettitore. A partire
da questo momento qualsiasi codice ricevuto sarà memorizzato (se il primo

codice è un codice Rolling-Aprimatic accetterà solo trasmettitori con chiave
APRIMATIC, se il codice è un HCS accetterà trasmettitori sia con codice HCS
che APRIMATIC).
Quindi premeremo sul trasmettitore la funzione con la quale vogliamo attivare
l’automatismo. Il Led rosso, accompagnato dall’indicatore acustico (3bip),
comincerà a lampeggiare confermandoci l’esecuzione della memorizzazione (se
alla premuta fa 2 bip vuol dire che il TX non è compatibile con la centrale e il
sistema esce dall’apprendimento). Una volta trascorsi 4 secondi dall’ultima
ricezione di un codice l’apparecchio esce automaticamente dal modo
memorizzazione spegnendo il Led rosso e emettendo due brevi segnali acustici.
Per la versione con 3 tasti, per apprenderlo in centrale, bisogna premere STOP
(tasto B del telecomando).
MEMORIZZAZIONE VIA RADIO CON
TRASMETTITORE (DIP 3= ON)
Per utilizzare questo sistema è necessario
aver memorizzato precedentemente come
minimo un trasmettitore attraverso il
sistema a). Mettere DIP3 in ON.
Premere assieme i tasti A-B-C di uno dei
trasmettitore memorizzati in precedenza
perchè l’apparecchio entri in ricezione nuovi
telecomandi, si accende il Led rosso e si attiva il segnale acustico (2 bip). Da
questo momento qualsiasi codice ricevuto con la stessa funzione con la quale si
è memorizzato il trasmettitore utilizzato con la funzione speciale, sarà
memorizzato.
Otterremo conferma della memorizzazione per mezzo della luce lampeggiante
del Led rosso e di un breve segnale acustico e il quadro esce automaticamente
dal modo memorizzazione, spegnendo il Led rosso ed emettendo due brevi
segnali acustici.
CANCELLAZIONE DI TUTTI I CODICI
La cancellazione di tutti i codici si ottiene mediante il “reset” della memoria. Premere
il tasto PROG/RES per 4 secondi. Si produrrà una raffica di luci intermittenti rosse
ed un breve segnale acustico che indica la cancellazione di tutti i codici
precedentemente memorizzati.
INDICAZIONE MEMORIA ESAURITA
Nel caso di aver esaurito la memoria e dopo aver memorizzato 27 codici diversi, se
si tenta di memorizzare nuovi codici il Led rosso comincerà a lampeggiare e si potrà
udire una serie di segnali acustici per 5 secondi.

PROGRAMMAZIONE TEMPO CHIUSURA AUTOMATICA
Può avvenire solo se la porta è a riposo (far muovere la serranda e riportarla a
finecorsa chiuso).
Dopo aver abilitato la programmazione con il microinterruttore DIP1 e DIP2 su ON,
si inizia con una pressione del pulsante di avvio o di un trasmettitore
precedentemente inserito e si conclude con un’ulteriore pressione del pulsante
esterno o di un trasmettitore.
Il tempo tra i due impulsi rimarrà impostato (di default è 60 sec.)
Un avviso sonoro e luminoso indicherà l’inizio e la fine della programmazione.
PROGRAMMAZIONE TEMPO DI FUNZIONAMENTO
Può avvenire solo se la porta è a riposo (far muovere la serranda e riportarla a
finecorsa chiuso).
Una volta attivata la programmazione con il microinterruttore DIP2 su ON e DIP1
su OFF, la programmazione inizia: premendo il pulsante esterno o un trasmettitore
previamente inserito. Un segnale sonoro e luminoso indicherà l’inizio della
programmazione e la porta si aprirà fino a raggiungere il corrispondente fine corsa.
Una volta aperta, si dà il comando di chiusura premendo il pulsante esterno o un
trasmettitore fino a che la porta raggiunga il fine corsa di porta chiusa, momento in
cui un segnale sonoro e luminoso indicherà la fine della programmazione. Al tempo
di funzionamento reale si aggiunge un margine di 3 secondi prima dell’arresto al
fine di assicurare la completa manovra della porta. (di default 25 secondi sia in apre
che chiude)
LAMPEGGIANTE
Si può collegare un lampeggiante 230V in parallelo al motore apre o chiude, il tempo
del lampeggio è uguale al tempo lavoro, in pausa è spento.
RESET
Se per qualsiasi motivo é necessario recuperare i tempi di manovra e di chiusura
automatica programmati in fabbrica, bisogna seguire il processo qui sotto indicato:
1 - Togliere l’alimentazione 230V
2 - Impostare i DIP nella seguente posizione:
DIP1 = OFF
DIP2 = ON
DIP3 = OFF
DIP4 = ON
DIP5-6 ININFLUENTI
3 - Rimuovere qualsiasi cavo collegato al morsetto 8-9-10-11.
4 - Alimentare il quadro a 230V. Un segnale acustico avverte che il processo è
completo.
5 - Ripristinare i cavi collegati al morsetto 8-9-10-11.
6 - Ricollocare i DIP nella stessa posizione in cui si trovavano prima di iniziare il
processo.

che la macchina alla quale essi saranno incorporati o di cui faranno parte, non sia
identificata e che non sia dichiarata conforme alle condizioni richieste dalla direttiva
89/392 CEE e alla legislazione nazionale d’applicazione, cioè finchè il materiale in
oggetto della presente dichiarazione non formi un tuttuno con la macchina finale.
Questo prodotto rientra nel campo di applicazione della Direttiva 2012/19/UE riguardante la
gestione dei rifiuti di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche (RAEE). L’apparecchio non
deve essere eliminato con gli scarti domestici in quanto composto da diversi materiali che

OPERATION
Automatism operations are performed by means of the external button connected
between terminal 9 and 10 or with an HCS radio control device. The operation ends
in case of one of the following conditions: at the activation of the corresponding limit
switch or at the end of the operating time. The control unit does not feature the
connection option for limit switches. The operating time can be set up to a maximum
of 2 minutes and 30 seconds (20 seconds by default), which is a safety time.
Also the automatic closing time, which controls the waiting time before the closing
operation is automatically performed, can be set up to a maximum of 3 minutes. The
same function is performed by an HCS transmitter and by the external button.
Pressing the transmitter (J2=open) or the external button will stop the door when it is
opening; pressing them twice will close it; pressing them one more time will stop it,
while a further pressure will close it and so on.
With J2 = CLOSED the transmitter works with 3 UP-STOP-DOWN buttons.
(Recommended for DEAD-MAN version)

STORING TRANSMITTER CODE
To store the codes of the transmitters, the control unit must be in a stable condition
and the door closed.

MANUAL STORING
a)To store the code, press the programming button PROG/RES until the buzzer
is activated (1beep). The red LED turns on and when the button is released the
LED remains on indicating that the device is ready to save the transmitter code
From this moment on, any code that will be received will be stored (if the code
is a Rolling-Aprimatic code, only transmitters with APRIMATIC code will be
accepted; in case of HCS code, both transmitters with HCS and APRIMATIC
code will be accepted).
Then press the transmitter function to be used to activate the automatism. The red
LED, accompanied by the buzzer (3beeps), will start flashing to confirm that the
storing has been performed (if 2 beeps are emitted when pressing, it means that the
TX is not compatible with the control unit and the system exits the learning mode).
After 4 seconds from the last time a code was received, the device automatically
exits the storing mode, turning the red LED off and emitting two short beeps.
For control unit learning in the version with 3 buttons, press STOP (button B of the
remote control).
STORING VIA RADIO TRANSMITTER
In order to use this system, at least one
transmitter must previously have been
stored through the system a). Set DIP3 to
ON.
Press together the buttons A-B-C of one of
the transmitters previously stored in order
for the device to receive new remote
controls; the red LED turns on and the
buzzer is enabled (2 beeps). From this moment on, any code received with the
same function used to save the transmitter used with the special function will be
stored.
The storing will be confirmed by the red LED flashing and by a short beep; the
panel will automatically exit the storing mode, turning the red LED off and emitting
two short beeps.
CANCELLATION OF ALL CODES
All codes can be cancelled by resetting the memory. Press the PROG/RES button
for 4 seconds. A rapid sequence of red flashing lights and a short beep will be
emitted, indicating that all the codes previously stored have been cancelled.
FULL MEMORY INDICATION
When attempting to save new codes when the memory is full and after 27 different
codes have been stored, the red LED starts to flash and a sequence of beeps is
emitted for 5 seconds.

PROGRAMMING AUTOMATIC CLOSING TIME
This operation can be performed only if the door is in rest position (move the
shutter until bringing it back to the closed limit switch position).
After enabling the programming by setting the microswitches DIP1 and DIP2 to ON,
the operation starts by pressing the start button or the button of a previously
activated transmitter and ends by pressing again the external button or the button of
a transmitter.
The time between the two pulses will remain set (60 seconds by default)
A beep and a warning light will indicate when the programming starts and
ends.
PROGRAMMING OPERATING TIME
This operation can be performed only if the door is in rest position (move the
shutter until bringing it back to the closed limit switch position). Once the
programming has been enabled by setting the microswitch DIP2 to ON and DIP1 to
OFF, the programming will start by pressing the external button or a previously
activated transmitter. A beep and a warning light will indicate when the programming
starts and the door will open until reaching the corresponding limit switch. Once
opened, the closing command is given by pressing the external button or a
transmitter until the door reaches the closed door limit switch, when a beep and a
warning light will indicate the end of the programming. A margin of 3 seconds is
added to the actual operating time before the stop is performed in order to ensure
that the door operation is complete. (25 seconds by default both for opening and
closing)
BEACON
A 230V beacon can be connected in parallel with the opening or closing motor; the
flashing time corresponds to the working time and it is off in stand-by mode.
RESET
If, for any reason, it is necessary to retrieve the operating time and the automatic
closing factory-programmed, you must follow the process indicated below:
1 - Disconnect the power supply 230V
2 - Set the selector switchesn the following location:
DIP1 = OFF
DIP2 = ON
DIP3 = OFF
DIP4 = ON
3 - Remove any cable connected to terminal 8-9-10-11.
4 - Power the panel with 230V. A beep signals that the process is complete.
5 - Restore any cable connected to terminal 8-9-10-11.
6 - Place the DIPs in the same position in which they were before starting the
process.

FONCTIONNEMENT
Le contrôle de l'automatisme s’effectue à l'aide d’un bouton-poussoir externe
connecté entre les bornes 9 et 10 ou bien à l'aide d’une radiocommande HCS.
L’opération se termine par l'activation de la fin de course correspondante ou par la
fin du temps de fonctionnement. La centrale n’est pas dotée de l’option de
connexion des fins de course. Le temps de fonctionnement est programmable
jusqu’à un maximum de 2 minutes et 30 secondes (20 secondes par défaut)
correspondant à un temps de sécurité.
Le temps de fermeture automatique est également programmable jusqu'à un
maximum de 3 minutes et correspond au temps d'attente avant d'effectuer
automatiquement l’opération de fermeture. Un émetteur HCS et le bouton-poussoir
externe remplissent cette fonction. Si la porte s’ouvre et qu’on appuie sur l’émetteur
(J2 = OUVERT) ou sur le bouton-poussoir externe, elle s'arrête ; si on appuie
encore, elle se ferme ; si on appuie de nouveau, elle s'arrête et si on appuie encore
elle se ferme et ainsi de suite.
Si J2 = FERMÉ l’émetteur fonctionne avec 3 touches UP-STOP-DOWN.

MEMORISATION CODES EMETTEURS
Pour mémoriser les codes des émetteurs, la centrale de commande doit être
dans un état stable, la position de la porte arrêtée.

MEMORISATION MANUEL
a)Pour mémoriser le code, appuyer sur le bouton-poussoir de programmation
PROG/RES jusqu’à ce qu’un signal sonore soit émis (1 bip). La DEL rouge
s'allume et lorsque le bouton-poussoir est relâché, la DEL reste allumée
indiquant que l'appareil est prêt à mémoriser le code de l’émetteur. À partir de
ce moment, tout code reçu sera mémorisé (si le premier code est un code
Rolling-Aprimatic, seuls les émetteurs avec code APRIMATIC seront
acceptés, si le code est un HCS, les émetteurs à code HCS et ceux à code
APRIMATIC seront acceptés).
On sélectionnera ensuite sur l'émetteur la fonction avec laquelle on souhaite
activer l’automatisme. La DEL rouge commencera à clignoter, accompagnée de 3
bips, confirmant l’exécution de la mémorisation (si 2 bips sont émis quand on
appuie, cela veut dire que l’émetteur n’est pas compatible avec la centrale et le
système quitte le mode apprentissage). 4 secondes après la réception du dernier
code, l'appareil quitte automatiquement le mode mémorisation, la DEL rouge
s’éteint et deux bips brefs sont émis.
Sur la version à 3 touches, pour la mémorisation dans la centrale, il faut appuyer
sur STOP (touche B de la télécommande).
MÉMORISATION RADIO PAR UN AUTRE
ÉMETTEUR
Pour utiliser ce système, il est nécessaire
d’avoir mémorisé au préalable au moins un
émetteur à travers le système a). Mettre le
DIP3 sur ON.
Appuyer simultanément sur les touches A-B-
C d’un des émetteurs mémorisés
précédemment pour que l'appareil passe en
mode réception des nouvelles télécommandes, la DEL rouge s’allume et 2 bips
sont émis. À partir de ce moment, tout code reçu avec la même fonction utilisée
pour la mémorisation de l’émetteur en fonction spéciale, sera mémorisé.
On obtiendra confirmation de la mémorisation par le biais de la DEL rouge
clignotante et du bref bip et le tableau quittera automatiquement le mode
mémorisation, la DEL rouge s’éteindra et deux bips brefs sont émis.
ANNULATION DE TOUS LES CODES
L’annulation de tous les codes s’obtient par un « reset » de la mémoire. Appuyer
sur la touche PROG/RES pendant 4 secondes. Une rafale de lumières rouges
clignotantes et un bref bip indiqueront l'annulation de tous les codes
précédemment mémorisés.
