Dopo aver tolto l’imballaggio assicurarsi dell’integrità dell’apparecchio e
in caso di visibili danneggiamenti non utilizzarlo e rivolgersi a personale
professionalmente qualicato.
Non lasciare parti dell’imballo alla portata dei bambini, né utilizzarlo come
gioco: è un apparecchio elettrico e come tale va considerato.
Prima di collegare l’apparecchio, assicurarsi che la tensione presente
nella presa di corrente, corrisponda a quella indicata nei dati di targa.
Nel caso in cui la spina e la presa non siano compatibili, far sostituire la
presa con un tipo adatto da personale professionalmente qualicato. Non
utilizzare adattatori o prolunghe che non siano rispondenti alle vigenti
normative di sicurezza o che superino i limiti delle portate in valore della
corrente.
Staccare l’apparecchio dalla rete di alimentazione quando non è
utilizzato.
Non tirare il cavo di alimentazione o l’apparecchio stesso per staccare la
spina dalla presa di corrente.
L’uso di un qualsiasi apparecchio elettrico comporta l’osservanza di
alcune regole fondamentali, in particolare:
- Non toccare l’apparecchio con mani bagnate o umide.
- Questo apparecchio non deve essere utilizzato (comprese le operazioni
di pulizia e manutenzione) da bambini o da persone con ridotte capacità
siche, sensoriali o mentali oppure con mancanza di esperienza o di
conoscenza.
I bambini devono essere sorvegliati per assicurarsi che non giochino con
l’apparecchio.
- Non utilizzare l’apparecchio a piedi nudi.
- Non lasciare l’apparecchio esposto ad agenti atmosferici (pioggia, sole).
- Non sottoporlo ad urti.
Nel caso vi sia un guasto o un funzionamento anomalo dell’apparecchio,
staccare immediatamente la spina, non manometterlo e rivolgersi ad un
centro assistenza autorizzato.
Nel qualcaso si decida di non utilizzare più questo tipo di apparecchio,
è opportuno renderlo inoperante, tagliando il cavo di alimentazione,
ovviamente dopo averlo disinserito dalla presa di corrente.
Se il cavo di alimentazione dovesse essere danneggiato, deve essere
sostituito solamente presso i centri di assistenza autorizati dal costrutore.
L’apparecchio è stato costruito e concepito per funzionare in ambienti
domestici; pertanto ogni altro uso è da considerarsi improprio e quindi
pericoloso.
Avvertenze

Non usare l’apparecchio all’aperto.
Per motivi di sicurezza l’apparecchio non può essere aperto.
Non appoggiare l’apparecchio su superci inadatte e non resistenti al
calore.
Tenere l’apparecchio lontano dalla portata dei bambini e dalle persone
inabili perchè la piastra raggiunge temperature elevate.
La temperatura delle superci accessibili può essere elevata quando
l’apparecchio è in funzione.
L’apparecchio non deve essere fatto funzionare per mezzo di un
temporizzatore esterno o con un sistema di comando a distanza separato.
Prima di riporlo nella propria scatola, attendere che il cilindro riscaldante
sia assolutamente freddo.
Il cilindro riscaldante può essere molto caldo e scalda l’acqua del
recipinete in cui è immerso. Utilizzare un sottopentola per proteggere il
vostro piano di lavoro da qualsiasi contenitore utilizzato con l’apparecchio.
Utilizzare pinze per raggiungere qualsiasi cosa all’interno del bagno
d’acqua. Avere estrema cautela quando si spostano i contenitori di acqua
calda.

Istruzioni d’uso
Inserire l’apparecchio nel contenitore che si utilizzerà per cucinare e
ssarlo alla parete con la pinza (5).
Riempire il contenitore con acqua controllando che il livello sia compreso
fra i due riferimenti MIN e MAX (3) indicati sul cilindro riscaldante (4).
Accendere l’apparecchio premendo il tasto di accensione per qualche
secondo. Quando il display (1) si illuminerà apparirano le seguenti
indicazioni :
- la temperatura dell’acqua in alto a destra (SET TEMP) che dovrà essere
impostata per effettuare la cottura.
- la temperatura reale dell’acqua al momento dell’immersione del cilindro
espressa in °C nel centro del display.
- il tempo di cottura che si dovrà impostare (SET TIME) in basso a sinistra.
- il tempo trascorso di cottura che varia man mano che l’apparecchio
funziona (WORK TIME) in basso a destra.
Appena acceso l’apparecchio bisogna impostare la temperatura a cui si
desidera far raggiungere l’acqua no ad un massimo di 95°C. Ruotare
la manopola di regolazione (2) verso il basso o verso l’alto no al
raggiungimento del valore desiderato.
La temperatura può essere variata in qualsiasi momento della cottura.
Premere il tasto SET una volta per impostare le ore del tempo di cottura
e una seconda volta per i minuti ed effettuare la regolazione utilizzando
la stessa manopola con cui è stata regolata la temperatura. È possibile
impostare sia le ore che i minuti da 1 a 59.
Terminate le impostazioni di cottura mettere in funzione l’apparecchio
premendo di nuovo il tasto accensione. L’acqua inizierà a riscaldarsi
e noterete che la temperatura dell’acqua indicata al centro del display
inizierà a salire no a raggiungere quella impostata in alto a dx, dopodiché
l’apparecchio emetterà tre suoni che si ripeteranno ad intervalli regolari
di qualche secondo no a quando non verrà premuto il tasto SET per 2
secondi.
Ora potete immergere il cibo preparato nel sacchetto.
ATTENZIONE:
Se il cibo è confezionato in sacchetti sottovuoto potete immergerlo
completamente nell’acqua, mentre se il sacchetto ha una zona di
apertura/chiusura, questa deve essere collocata fuori dall’acqua
assicurandosi comunque di aver fatto uscire tutta l’aria e di averla
chiusa ermeticamente.
Se dovessse entrare dell’acqua nel sacchetto a contatto con il cibo
si perderà il principio di cottura di questo apparecchio.

Manutenzione
Prima di pulire l’apparecchio disinserire sempre il cavo di alimentazione
dalla presa di corrente e lasciare raffreddare completamente.
Per evitare decalcicazioni sul cilindro riscaldante eseguire le seguenti
operazioni di pulizia almeno una volta la mese:
Inserire l’apparecchio nel contenitore e riempire il contenitore con acqua
no al livello MAX indicato sul cilindro riscaldante.
Impostare la temperatura a 70°C e aggiungere 5g di acido citrico
(commestibile) per litro di acqua.
Far funzionare l’apparecchio per 20 minuti dopo che l’acqua ha raggiunto
il valore impostato di 70°C.
Spegnere, staccare la spina, lascia raffreddare e lavare in acqua fredda
la parte inferiore del cilindro.
Non utilizzare assolutamente prodotti abrasivi o solventi chimici.
NON IMMERGERE MAI LA PARTE DEL DISPLAY
DELL’’APPARECCHIO IN ACQUA.
Asciugare accuratamente l’apparecchio prima di riporlo.
Controllare periodicamente che il cavo non abbia tagli o bruciature. Se il
cavo dovesse essere danneggiato, non utilizzare l’apparecchio, staccare
la spina e rivolgersi ad un centro assistenza autorizzato.
Ora mentre l’apparecchio funziona, sul display in basso a dx inizierà il
conteggio del tempo e quando raggiungerà quello impostato la cottura
sarà ultimata. L’apparecchio emetterà tre suoni che si ripeteranno ad
intervalli regolari.
Il cibo può essere rimosso dalla pentola o dal contenitore.
Se durante la cottura l’acqua dovesse evaporare e scendere al di sotto
del livello minimo indicato, l’apparecchio si spegne automaticamente.
ATTENZIONE : l’acqua potrebbe essere molto calda quindi utilizzare
pinze o strumenti di protezione per evitare di scottarsi durante la
rimozione del cibo.

Warnings GB
After removing the packaging, check the appliance for any signs of
damage. In case of visible damage, do not use it and contact a qualied
technician.
Do not leave parts of the packaging within the reach of children.
This appliance is not a children’s toy: it is an electrical device and must
be treated with the necessary caution.
Before connecting the appliance, make sure that the power supply
voltage matches the indication on the data plate.
If the plug and socket are not compatible, have the socket replaced with a
suitable type by skilled persons. Do not use adapters or extension cables
which do not meet current safety standards or that exceed the current
carrying capacity limits.
Disconnect the appliance from the power supply socket whenever it is
not in use.
Do not tug on the power cable or on the appliance itself to remove the
plug from the socket.
The use of any electrical appliance requires that a number of basic rules
are observed, namely:
- Never touch the appliance with wet or humid hands.
- This appliance must not be used by individuals (including children)
with diminished physical, sensory or mental abilities or who lack the
experience or knowledge on how to operate it unless they are supervised
or have been instructed on the use of the appliance by someone who is
responsible for their safety. Children must be supervised to make sure
that they do not play with the appliance.
- Do not use the appliance when barefoot.
- Do not leave the appliance exposed to weathering (rain, sunlight).
- Do not subject it to rough handling.
In case of failure, disconnect it at once. Do not attempt to repair it, but
take it to a service centre approved by the manufacturer.
If you decide you do not want to use this appliance any longer, disable
it by cutting the power cable - of course, after disconnecting it from the
socket.
If the power cable gets damaged, have it replaced only at a service
centre approved by the manufacturer.
In case of a breakdown or malfunctioning of the appliance, disconnect it
at once. Do not attempt to repair it, but take it to a service centre approved
by the manufacturer.
The appliance has been designed and manufactured to operate in the
home. Any other use is considered inappropriate and dangerous.

Do not use the appliance out of doors.
During use, rest the appliance on a at surface.
The accessible surfaces of the appliance may be hot when it is operating.
For safety reasons, the appliance should never be opened.
Wait until the cylindrical immersion heater has cooled fully before putting
it back into its box.
The cylindrical immersion heater can become very hot and it warms
the water in the container in which it is immersed. Use a pot coaster to
protect your worktop from any container used with the device.
Use clamps to pick any object inside the water bath. Be extremely careful
when moving containers lled with hot water.

Instructions for use
Insert the heater in the cooking container and secure it to the latter’s
walls with the clamp (5).
Fill the container with water to a level that falls between the two MIN and
MAX marks (3) on the cylindrical immersion heater (4).
Switch the heater on by pressing the relevant button for a few seconds.
When the display (1) lights up the following indications will appear:
- the water temperature setting for cooking, on the top right-hand side
(SET TEMP);
- the actual water temperature when the cylindrical immersion heater is
immersed, expressed in °C, in the centre of the display;
- the cooking time to be set (SET TIME), on the bottom left-hand side;
- the elapsed cooking time, which varies gradually as the device operates
(WORK TIME), on the bottom right-hand side.
After switching the device on, set the temperature to be reached by the
water, up to maximum 95°C. Turn the adjustment knob (2) downwards or
upwards until reaching the desired value.
The temperature can be varied at any time during cooking.
Press the SET button once to set the cooking time in hours and a second
time for the minutes; make the adjustments with the same knob used
for adjusting the temperature. Both the hours and minutes can be set to
between 1 and 59.
Once the cooking settings have been dened, start the device by pressing
the switch-on button again. The water will start heating up and you will
notice that the water temperature shown in the centre of the display will
start rising until reaching the temperature set on the top right-hand side.
The heater will then emit three buzzes repeatedly at regular intervals for
a few seconds, until the SET button is pressed for 2 seconds.
At this point, you can immerse the prepared foodstuffs in the bag.
CAUTION:
if the food is vacuum-packed, you can immerse the bags completely into
the water, but if the bag has an opening/closing zone, the latter must
be left out of the water after letting all the air escape from the bag and
hermetically sealing the opening.
Should water penetrate the bag in contact with the food, the cooking
principle of this device will be entirely lost.
While the device heats, the countdown will start on the bottom right-
hand side of the display. Cooking terminates when the set temperature is
reached. The device will emit three buzzes repeatedly at regular intervals.
The food can now be removed from the pot or container.

Maintenance
If the water evaporates during cooking and drops below the minimum
mark, the device will switch off automatically.
CAUTION: the water may be very hot, therefore use clamps or
protective utensils to avoid the risk of burns while removing the
food.
This appliance does not require any special maintenance.
Disconnect the plug from the socket and let the appliance cool down well
before cleaning it.
Before cleaning the device, always disconnect the power cord from the
socket and leave the heater to cool completely.
In order to avoid scale build-up on the cylindrical immersion heater,
perform the following cleaning operations at least once a month:
Insert the device in the container and ll the latter with water up to the
MAX mark on the cylindrical immersion heater.
Set the temperature to 70°C and add 5 g of citric acid (edible) per litre
of water.
Operate the heater for 20 minutes after the water has reached the set
temperature of 70°C.
Switch the device off and pull out the plug, then leave it to cool and wash
the lower part of the heater in cold water.
Strictly avoid using abrasive products or chemical solvents.
NEVER IMMERSE THE HEATER’S DISPLAY IN WATER.
Dry the device fully before storing it away.
Periodically check that there are no cuts or burnt section along the power
cord. Do not use the device if its power cord gets damaged, but pull out
the plug and contact an authorised technical assistance centre.
Dry carefully the appliance before to put it back.
Periodically make sure the power cord is not cut or burnt. If the cable
should have been damaged, do not use the appliance, remove the plug
and contact an authorized after sales service centre.
Fault legend.
Error code: E02.
The digital thermostat is broken. Contact the technical assistance centre.
Error code: E05.
Verify that the water level falls between the MIN and MAX marks. Switch
the device off before raising the water level.

Après le déballage, vériez l’intégrité de l’appareil. En cas de dommage,

règles fondamentales, en particulier:

Dans le cas de défaut ou de mauvais fonctionnement, débranchez

Si vous décidez de ne pas utiliser l’appareil, il est nécessaire de le rendre
inopérant en coupant le câble d’alimentation après l’avoir débranché.

L’appareil a été conçu pour fonctionner dans des milieux domestiques;
toute autre utilisation est pourtant interdite et dangereuse.
N’utilisez pas l’appareil en plein air.
Pour des raisons de sécurité, n’ouvrez pas l’appareil.
Les surfaces accessibles peuvent atteindre une température élevée
durant le fonctionnement de l’appareil.
Avant de le remettre dans sa boîte, attendez que le cylindre chauffant ait
complètement refroidi.
Le cylindre chauffant peut être très chaud et il chauffe l’eau du récipient
dans lequel il est immergé. Utilisez un pose-plat pour protéger le plan
de travail sur lequel vous souhaitez poser tout récipient utilisé avec
l’appareil.
Utilisez des pinces à chaque fois que vous souhaitez ajouter quelque
chose à l’intérieur du bain d’eau chaude. Faites extrêmement attention
lorsque vous déplacez les récipients contenant l’eau chaude.

Mode d’Emploi
Insérez l’appareil dans le récipient que vous utiliserez pour cuisiner et
xez-le au mur à l’aide de la pince (5).
Remplissez le récipient d’eau en contrôlant que le niveau est bien
compris entre les deux repères MIN et MAX (3) présents sur le cylindre
chauffant (4).
Allumez l’appareil en appuyant sur la touche de mise en marche pendant
quelques secondes. Lorsque l’écran (1) s’allumera, les indications
suivantes apparaîtront :
- la température de l’eau en haut à droite (SET TEMP) que vous devrez
paramétrer pour la cuisson.
- la température réelle de l’eau au moment de l’immersion du cylindre
exprimée en °C au centre de l’écran.
- le temps de cuisson que vous devrez paramétrer (SET TIME) en bas
à gauche.
- le temps de cuisson écoulé qui varie au fur et à mesure que l’appareil
fonctionne (WORK TIME) en bas à droite.
Dès que l’appareil est allumé, vous devez paramétrer la température que
vous souhaitez que l’eau atteigne, jusqu’à un maximum de 95 °C. Pour
ce faire, tournez le bouton de réglage (2) vers le bas ou vers le haut
jusqu’à la valeur souhaitée.
La température peut être modiée à n’importe quel moment de la cuisson.
Appuyez une fois sur la touche SET pour paramétrer les heures du
temps de cuisson et une seconde fois pour les minutes et utilisez le
même bouton que celui avec lequel vous avez réglé la température pour
effectuer le réglage. Les heures et les minutes peuvent être réglées de
1 à 59.
Une fois les paramètres de cuisson dénis, allumez l’appareil en appuyant
de nouveau sur la touche de mise en marche. L’eau commencera à
chauffer et vous constaterez que la température de l’eau indiquée
au centre de l’écran commencera à augmenter jusqu’à atteindre la
température paramétrée indiquée en haut à droite, après quoi l’appareil
émettra trois signaux sonores qui se répéteront à intervalles réguliers
de quelques secondes, jusqu’à ce que vous appuyiez sur la touche SET
pendant 2 secondes.
Vous pourrez alors immerger les aliments préparés dans le sachet.
ATTENTION :
si les aliments sont conditionnés en sachet sous vide, vous pouvez
immerger ce dernier complètement dans l’eau. En revanche, si le sachet
présente une zone d’ouverture/fermeture, celle-ci doit être positionnée
en dehors de l’eau, en ayant dans tous les cas fait sortir tout l’air du
sachet et vérié que celui-ci est fermé hermétiquement.

Entretien
Cet appareil ne nécessite pas un entretien particulier.
Débranchez l’appareil et laissez refroidir avant d’effectuer toute opération
de nettoyage.
Avant de nettoyer l’appareil, débranchez toujours le câble d’alimentation
de la prise de courant et laissez-le refroidir complètement.
Pour éviter l’accumulation de calcaire sur le cylindre chauffant, veuillez
effectuer les opérations de nettoyage suivantes au moins une fois par
mois :
Insérez l’appareil dans le récipient et remplissez ce dernier d’eau
jusqu’au niveau MAX indiqué sur le cylindre chauffant.
Réglez la température à 70 °C et ajoutez 5 g d’acide citrique (comestible)
par litre d’eau.
Faites fonctionner l’appareil pendant 20 minutes une fois que l’eau a
atteint la température de 70 °C qui a été paramétrée.
Éteignez l’appareil, débranchez la che, laissez refroidir et lavez la partie
inférieure du cylindre à l’eau froide.
N’utilisez surtout pas de produits abrasifs ou de solvants chimiques.
N’IMMERGEZ JAMAIS DANS L’EAU LA PARTIE DE L’APPAREIL OÙ
SE TROUVE L’ÉCRAN.
Séchez soigneusement l’appareil avant de le ranger.
Vériez régulièrement que le câble ne présente pas de coupures ou de
brûlures. Si jamais le câble est endommagé, n’utilisez plus l’appareil,
débranchez la che et adressez-vous à un centre d’assistance agréé.
Contrôlez périodiquement le câble.

Vériez que le niveau d’eau est compris entre les repères MIN et MAX.
Avant d’augmenter le niveau d’eau, éteignez l’appareil.
Si de l’eau venait à pénétrer à l’intérieur du sachet en contact avec les
aliments, le principe de cuisson de cet appareil serait perdu.
Désormais, pendant le fonctionnement de l’appareil, le décompte du
temps est afché en bas à gauche de l’écran, jusqu’à ce que le temps
de cuisson paramétré soit écoulé. L’appareil émet alors trois signaux
sonores répétés à intervalles réguliers. Les aliments peuvent désormais
être retirés de la casserole ou du récipient.
Si jamais, pendant la cuisson, l’eau s’évapore et descend sous le niveau
minimum indiqué, l’appareil s’éteint automatiquement.
ATTENTION : l’eau peut être très chaude. Veuillez donc utiliser des
pinces ou des instruments de protection pour éviter de vous brûler
lorsque vous retirez les aliments de l’eau.

Nach Entfernen der Verpackung vergewissere man sich der Integrität des Gerätes
und sollte man bei dieser Überprüfung sichtbare Beschädigungen festestellen, das
Gerät nicht benutzen und sich direkt an qualiziertes Fachpersonal wenden.
Keinerlei Verpackungsteile für Kinder zugänglich zurücklassen, das Gerät auch nicht
als ein Spielzeug verwenden: es ist ein Elektrogerät und als solches zu behandeln.
Bevor man das Gerät an die Netzspannung anschließt, stelle man sicher daß die an
der Steckdose liegende Spannung auch derjenigen des Typenschildes des Gerätes
entspricht.
Sollten Stecker und Steckdose nicht kompatibel sein, so lasse man die Steckdose
durch eine passende Steckdose ersetzen. Diese Arbeit ist von einem qualizierten
Fachmann durchzuführen. Keine Adapter oder Verlängerungsschnuren verwenden
die nicht den Forderungen der gegenwärtig geltenden Sicherheitsnormen genügen
oder die die Stromgrenzwerte überschreiten.
Gerät vom Stromversorgungsnetz trennen wenn es nicht in Betrieb ist.
Am Netzkabel oder am Gerät selbst nicht ziehen um Stecker aus der Steckdose
herauszuziehen.
Der Gebrauch irgendeines Elektrogerätes erfordert immer die Beachtung einiger
grundlegenden Regeln und zwar insbesondere:
- Man darf niemals das Gerät mit nassen oder feuchten Händen berühren.
- Dieses Gerät darf nicht durch Personen (einschließlich Kinder) mit geminderten
körperlichen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten bzw. ohne Erfahrung oder Bewusstsein
benutzt werden, sondern nur, wenn diese beaufsichtigt werden oder in den Gebrauch
des Gerätes durch eine für ihre Sicherheit verantwortliche Person eingewiesen
werden. Kinder sind zu beaufsichtigen, um zu gewährleisten, dass sie nicht mit dem
Gerät spielen.
- Das Gerät niemals barfuß benutzen.
- Das Gerät nicht den Witterungseinüssen ausgesetzt lassen (Regen,
Sonnenstrahlung).
- Gerät nicht Schlag-oder Stoßbeanspruchungen aussetzen.
Es ist zu empfehlen, das Netzkabel für seine ganze Länge abzuwickeln um somit
eventuelle Überhitzungen zu vermeiden.

Sollte man sich dafür entscheiden diesen Gerätetyp nicht mehr zu benutzen, so ist es
angebracht das Gerät unbenutzbar zu machen durch Abschneiden des Netzkabels,
natürlich nach dessen Abtrennung von der Steckdose.
Sollte das Netzkabel beschädigt sein, so darf es nur in vom Hersteller dazu
ermächtigten Service-Centern bzw. Service-Werkstätten ausgetauscht werden.
Bei Erscheinen einer Störung bzw. einem nicht einwandfreien Betrieb des Gerätes hat
man sofort den Stecker zu ziehen, keinerlei Eingriff am Gerät vorzunehmen und sich
an eine zugelassene Service-Werkstatt zu wenden.
Das Gerät ist entwickelt und gebaut worden um im Haushalt betrieben zu werden:
jeder anders lautende Gebrauch ist als unpassend und daher als gefährlich zu
betrachten.
Gerät nicht im Freien lassen.
Aus Sicherheitsgründen darf das Gerät nicht geöffnet werden.
Während des Gebrauches ist das Gerät auf einer ebenen Fläche zu halten.
Das Gerät fern vom Zugang durch Kinder oder unfähige Personen halten denn die
Kochplatte erreicht hohe Temperaturen.
Die Temperatur der zugängigen Oberächen kann während des Gerätesbetriebs hoch
sein.
Vor dem Zurückstellen des Heizzylinders in das Gehäuse abwarten, bis er vollkommen
ausgekühlt ist.
Der Heizzylinder kann sehr heiß sein, da er das Wasser des Behälters, in dem er sich
bendet, erhitzt. Verwenden Sie einen Untersetzer, um ihre Arbeitsäche vor den mit
dem Gerät verwendeten Behältern zu schützen.
Zum Ergreifen der im Inneren des Wasserbad bendlichen Gegenstände sind Zangen
zu verwenden. Die mit heißem Wasser gefüllten Behälter müssen mit größter Vorsicht
gehandhabt werden.

Das Gerät entspricht den Anforderungen der Richtlinien 2014/35/EU und
2014/30/EU. Technischen Daten auf dem Gerät geleigt.
Gebrauchsanweisung
Gerät in den zum Garen verwendeten Behälter stellen und mittels Zange (5) an der
Wand befestigen.
Behälter mit Wasser füllen; der Wasserstand muss sich zwischen den auf dem
Heizzylinder (4) angebrachten Markierungen MIN und MAX (3) benden.
Gerät einschalten. Hierzu ist die Einschalttaste einige Sekunden gedrückt zu halten.
Sobald das Display (1) sich einschaltet, erscheinen folgende Anzeigen:
- Die Wassertemperatur rechts oben (SET TEMP): sie muss eingestellt werden, um
den Garvorgang auszuführen;
- Die tatsächliche Wassertemperatur (° C) in der Mitte des Displays zum Zeitpunkt des
Eintauchens des Zylinders;
- Die einzustellende Garzeit (SET TIME) links unten;
- Die abgelaufene Garzeit, die sich während des Betriebs des Geräts (WORK TIME)
verändert, rechts unten.
Sobald das Gerät eingeschaltet ist, muss die Temperatur eingestellt werden, auf die
das Wasser erhitzt werden soll; der Höchstwert beträgt 95 °C. Hierzu den Drehschalter
(2) nach unten oder nach oben stellen, bis die gewünschte Temperatur erreicht ist.
Die Temperatur kann während des Garvorgangs jederzeit geändert werden.
Die Taste SET zur Einstellung der Garzeit drücken: Einmaliges Drücken wirkt auf die
Stunden, zweimaliges Drücken auf die Minuten. Die Einstellung erfolgt mit demselben
Drehknopf, der zur Temperatureinstellung dient. Sowohl die Stunden, als auch die
Minuten können von 1 bis 59 eingestellt werden.
Nach Einstellen der Garzeit kann das Gerät durch erneutes Drücken der Einschalttaste
in Betrieb genommen werden. Das Wasser erwärmt sich, wie in der Mitte des Display
zu erkennen ist. Die Wassertemperatur steigt bis auf den rechts oben eingestellten
Wert. Das Erreichen der gewünschten Temperatur wird vom Gerät durch drei
akustische Signale angezeigt, die in regelmäßigen Zeitintervallen von einigen
Sekunden wiederholt werden, bis die Taste SET 2 Sekunden lang gedrückt wird.
Nun können die im Beutel vorbereiteten Speisen eingelegt werden.
ACHTUNG:
Speisen in Vakuumbeuteln können vollständig ins Wasser getaucht werden, während
Beutel mit einem Öffnungs-/Verschlussbereich so eingelegt werden müssen, dass sich
dieser außerhalb des Wassers bendet. In jedem Fall muss darauf geachtet werden,
dass sich keine Luft mehr im Beutel bendet und dieser hermetisch verschlossen ist.
Wenn Wasser in den Beutel einläuft und mit den Speisen in Kontakt kommt, gehen die
Vorzüge der Garungsmethode dieses Geräts verloren.
Während des Betriebs läuft auf dem Display rechts unten die Zeit, die noch bis
zum Erreichen der eingestellten Garzeit verbleibt. Dies wird vom Gerät durch drei
akustische Signale angezeigt, die in regelmäßigen Abständen wiederholt werden.
