POSITIONING TO THE POOL
The positioning of the cover begins at stocking side of the pool.
The stocking side is the side where the cover is totally rolled, or the opposite
side at the stair, if stair is.
For a good positioning of the cover, two persons are recommended.
The first person stays in position at the stocking side, and keeps at the back’s cover.
(See bellows the picture)
The second person will unroll the cover totally over the pool, with an unrolling strap,
for a better adjustment over the pool.

CENTER THE COVER BAR TO THE POOL
The cover must be centred over the pool in relation to the width and the length.
The tight fit X on the bellows diagram must be equal from part and the others of the
pool, also for the tight fit β.

LOCATING AND DRILLING FOR IMPLEMENTATION FOR
PITONS
One time the cover centred, spread all straps, and localized the good position of
pitons and drilling with a concrete drill Ø 12mm about 50 cm the interior wall of the
pool.
To drive pitons with a hammer and to couple the strap’s ring.

One time the cover entire fixing in the stocking side spread all the strap in an unrolling
side and drilling with a concrete drill about 50 cm of the cover.

IMPLEMENTATION FOR STRAPS
To position tension’s pawls on the piton take on before.
This tension’s pawls will be used only, if the stocking side of the cover is fixed
on his piton.
For a good tightening, and a good manipulation of the tension’s strap, make like this.
Take the strap in the tension’s pawls.
And you must pass the strap in the passing return strap.
Tighten the strap at the maximum, and to clink to a good tighten.

UTILISATION
ROLLING UP:
Release all the strap with the trigger of tension’s pawls and we open it in totally.
The unrolling strap must be in the axel of the cover, it was unrolling totally without
knot, nor rolling in ball.
Take on the handle in the end tube unrolling side and rolling up the cover.

UNROLLING :
Before the unrolling, you must control if the stocking side of the cover is spread at the
pitons.
You must be positioned at the end of the pool, and pull on the unrolling’s strap to
covering totally on the pool.
One time the pool is totally covering, take on all the strap in the tension’s pawls, and
to clink like at the beginning at the installation.
IMPERATIVE RECOMMANDATION

OPTIONS: ASSEMBLY OF THE WHEELS SYSTEM
The wheels will be used for rolling up the cover with even less effort.
For assembly of the wheel’s system, you put the end of the tube in the shaft of the
wheel’s system.

And to turn the handle for rolling up the cover.

GUARANTEES
The cover guarantees is to 3 years.
Tears, digs, colour or marks aren’t kept in guarantees.
Are excluded hail storm damages, or a storm damages, and a no confirmed
utilisation’s cover
In case of fall of snow, the cover must be clear of snow. The water’s draining must be
clean. The damage caused by this excess load can’t keep in guarantees.
The guarantees don’t include the installation cost, reinstallation, labour cost, and
movement.
The wheel’s system is guarantees 3 years.
Are excluded of this guarantee: corrosion and damages for a no conformed utilisation
SECURITY
This cover is made in according to NF P 90-308 standard.
The ECA Company gets free of any responsibility if the cover not respects not the
following conditions:
Have an overflow superior at 30 cm in all the pool periphery.
The cover will have to undergo no modification not validated by ECA, whether
it is at the level of the dimensions or the fixations.
The replacement of mounting accessories must be made only with
accessories normalized by ECA.
Swimming pools with beaches at several levels cannot receive a cover of
safety.
Swimming pools with an overflowing on a part or totality of the pool, cannot
receive a cover of safety.
Swimming pools overtaking of the ground of less than 50 cm can’t receive a
cover of safety.
The cover will have to have necessarily holes of evacuation of rainwater.
Pitons must be fixed to a support resistant, are excluded beaches in lawn,
earth, gravel.

SECURITY COUNCILS
WARNING :
The swimming pool can constitute a big danger for your children.
