Tools Required
Modellers Knife (with a fresh blade)
Cutting Mat
Modelling Glue (we recommend Deluxe Materials Roket Card Glue)

Tips
Prior to starting your build, we recommend reading through the instructions to familiarise
yourself with the build style of the kit.
We recommend painting any white edges as you remove the components from the sheet to
improve the nished look. We advise watercolour paints for the best nish.
Each component is held in the sheet using score lines, indicated by a scissor symbol. To remove
the component from the sheet, carefully run the tip of your modelling knife through the score line.
Remove each component as it is required to prevent losing or mixing it up with another component.
Ensure that glue is distributed evenly and not too close to the edge as it may ooze out when
pressure is applied.
Use low-tac masking tape, clamps and weights to aid the assembly process.

1a. Detach Wall A place it face down on your
work surface. Then fold the tabs along the
crease lines (x2) over on themselves and
glue.
Apply rm pressure until the glue is semi
cured to stop the tabs from lifting.
1b. Detach Wall B place it face down on your
work surface. Then fold the tabs along the
crease lines (x2) over on themselves and
glue.
Apply rm pressure until the glue is semi
cured to stop the tabs from lifting.
2a. Detach Wall I and glue to Wall A, taking care
to align the windows.
2b. Detach Wall J and glue to Wall B, taking care
to align the windows.
3a. Detach Wall C and place it face down on your
work surface. Then detach Wall G and glue to
Wall C.
The window openings on Wall C will be
slightly bigger than the window openings on
Wall G.
Ensure there is an even gap between the
edges of Wall G and the crease lines on Wall
C.
Wall G has been designed to be shorter than
Wall C.
3b. Detach Wall D and place it face down on your
work surface. Then detach Wall H and glue to
Wall D.
The window openings on Wall D will be
slightly bigger than the window openings on
Wall H.
Ensure there is an even gap between the
edges of Wall H and the crease lines on Wall
D.
Wall H has been designed to be shorter than
Wall D

4. Detach the Roof and place it face up on your
work surface. Then Detach both types of
Roof Packers. Begin to glue the packers into
position on the roof as per the illustration
to the right, ensuring that you stagger the
joints on each layer. This will add strength to
the build.
Roof Packer A is designed to be glued on the
longer side and Packer B is designed to be
glued along the shorter side.
5a. Fold the tabs on Wall C inwards by 90
degrees.
5b. Fold the tabs on Wall D inwards by 90
degrees.
6a. Glue the tab on Wall C to Wall A, as per the
illustration below.
6b. Glue the tab on Wall D to Wall A, as per the
illustration below.
6c. Glue Wall B to the tabs on Wall C and D, as
per the illustration below.
7. Detach Wall E and Glue to Wall I inside the
building. Then detach Wall F and glue to the
inside of Wall J.
The window openings on Wall E and Wall F
will be slightly smaller than the window
openings on Wall I and Wall J.

8. Cut out the Ground Floor Glazing (x14), the
1st Floor Glazing (x20), the Toilet Glazing (x2)
and glue them in position.
Ensure that you cut out the glazing along
the outer black lines. This will allow an
overhang on each piece of glazing making
them easier to glue into position.
9. Cut out the Sky Lights (x6) and glue them in
position.
We recommend a very small amount of glue
that dries clear for this step.
10. Detach the Front and Side Door and
place them bothface down on your work
surface (we have supplied two colour
options). Then, cut out the Door Glazing (x2)
and glue to the rear of each door.
11. Glue the Front Door to the inside of Wall I
and the Side Door to the inside of Wall G,
taking care to align the bottom of the door
to the bottom of the wall.
12. Glue the Roof inside the top of the building,
taking care to align the top of the roof with
the top of the walls.
This should be a tight t, ensuring the
building is kept square.

13a.Now turn the build upside down. Detach the
First Floor and glue it face down to the
building.
You will notice that there are several notches
cut out half way up the wall that will align with
the tabs on the oor like a jigsaw.
You may nd it easier to apply glue inside
the notches before positioning the tabs.
13b. Detach the Ground Floor and glue it face down
inside the building.
Similarly to the rst oor, there are notches cut
out in the walls that will align with the tabs on the
oor.
You may nd it easier to apply glue inside the
notches before positioning the tabs.
14. Glue the roof cap to the roof as per the
illustration below.
15. Glue the cladding to the walls as per the
below illustration.
