3. User instructions
1. Connect the included power cable to the Avanca Charging Hub.
2. Connect the power cable to the mains supply.
3. Connect the device/devices you want to charge to a USB cable
(e.g. the original cable included with your device).
4. Connect the USB cable to one of the USB charging ports.
Note: You can use any of the five ports to charge your devices. The ports
marked by the lightning icons are smart IC ports and charge devices
such as iPhone 6/6 Plus even faster.

› Always use appropriate cables (e.g. the original cable of your

device) when connecting your device to the Avanca Charging Hub.
› Keep the product away from sharp objects.
› Do not place heavy objects on top of the product.
› Do not use any (chemical or organic) liquids with the product.
› Keep the product away from heat sources.
5. Cleaning
Disconnect the Avanca Charging Hub from the mains supply before
cleaning. Clean the product with a moist cloth. Do not use any
chemical liquids or oil!
6. FAQ’s & Troubleshooting
1. Which charging port should I use to charge my device?
Thanks to the auto-detect function, each charging port can
charge any device. Note that the smart IC ports labeled with the
lightning icons will charge devices such as iPhone 6/6Plus faster.

2. The Avanca Charging Hub is not charging my device(s)
1. Check to ensure that your device is USB-powered with an
input current of 2.4A maximum and a voltage input of 5V.
2. Check to ensure that your device is correctly connected with
a USB cable to one of the charging ports. Try a different USB
cable to check if the USB cable you are using is not
defective.
3. Check to ensure that the power cable is not defective, is
connected to an active wall outlet and also firmly connected
to the Avanca Charging Hub.
3. How fast will my device charge?
First of all, this depends on how many devices are connected to
the USB Hub. The maximum total output of the USB Hub is 5.5A.
To calculate the sum of the total current required by all
connected devices keep in mind that most smartphones require a
current of 1A and tablets 2.1A.
If your device has the ability to quick charge, you can use the

smart IC USB ports on the USB.
The auto-detect function of the Avanca Charging Hub will always
provide the most optimal charging speed for your device. This
means that your device will charge at least as quickly as when
you would use a normal power supply.
4. How do I check my device’s input current and voltage?
Please refer to your device’s user manual, original OEM charging
adapter, or contact the manufacturer to determine this information.
5. My device charges at 1A, will the 5.5A output of the Avanca
Charging Hub harm it?
No, the charger will only supply the maximum charge current
allowed by your device up to 2.4A.
6. Do I have to disconnect the Avanca Charging Hub when I am not
charging devices?
It is not necessary to disconnect the Avanca Charging Hub, power

consumption in standby mode is less than 0.5W.
7. The Avanca Charging Hub is charging my devices at a very slow
speed.
1. Check to ensure that you are using the correct cable to connect
and charge your device (e.g. the original cable that was included
in your initial purchase of your smartphone/tablet/other device).
2. Check to ensure that the total input current required by the con
nected devices is not higher than 5.5A.
8. Can I use the Avanca Charging Hub in other countries?
Yes, the Avanca Charging Hub is compatible with a power current
of 100-240V. The power cable however is designed for the country
it was originally shipped to. Check the outlets used in the country
you want to use the hub in to know if you need a power
adapter.

3. Instructies voor de gebruiker
› Koppel de bijgeleverde stroomkabel aan de Avanca Charging Hub
› Koppel de stroomkabel aan het stroomnet
› Koppel de toestel(len) die u wilt opladen aan een USB-kabel (bv
de oorspronkelijke kabel die bij uw toestel geleverd was)
› Koppel de USB-kabel aan een van de poorten
Noot: U kunt elke poort gebruiken om uw toestellen op te laden. De

4. Veiligheidsinstructies
Gebruik altijd de correcte kabel (de oorspronkelijke kabel van uw
toestel) wanneer u die aan de Avanca Charging Hub aansluit.
Houd het product uit de buurt van scherpe voorwerpen.
Plaats geen zware objecten bovenop de Avanca Charging Hub.
Gebruik geen chemische of organische vloeistoffen met het product.
Houd het product uit de buurt van warmtebronnen.
5. Reiniging
Ontkoppel de Avanca Charging Hub van het net alvorens u deze
schoonmaakt. Maak het product schoon met een vochtig doekje. Geb-
ruik geen chemische vloeistoffen of olie!
6. FAQ en probleemoplossing
1. Welke oplaadpoort moet ik gebruiken voor mijn toestel?
Dankzij de auto-detect-functie, kan elke poort elk toestel

opladen. De smart IC ports, te herkennen aan het
bliksemsymbool, zullen uw toestellen zoals de iPhone 6/6 plus
sneller opladen.
2. De Avanca Charging Hub laadt mijn toestel niet op
1. Ga na of uw toestel via de USB-poort een input krijgt van
maximaal 2.4A en een maximaal voltage van 5V.
2. Ga na of uw toestel correct verbonden is met een USB-kabel aan
een van de poorten. Probeer een andere USB-kabel om te zien of
uw kabel niet defect is.
3. Ga na of de stroomkabel niet defect is en of die in een actieve
stekker steekt. Ga na of ze stevig in de Avanca Charging Hub zit.
3. Hoe snel zal mijn toestel opladen?
Ten eerste is dit afhankelijk van het aantal toestellen dat aan de
USB Hub verbonden is. De maximale, totale output is 5.5A. Om
de totale stroom te berekenen die benodigd is door de toestellen:
weet dat een smartphone ongeveer 1A vereist en een tablet 2.1A.

Indien uw toestel de mogelijkheid heeft snel op te laden, gebruik
de smart IC USB port.
De auto-detect-functie van de Avanca Charging Hub zal altijd de
beste snelheid gebruiken voor het opladen van uw toestel. Dit
betekent dat uw toestel altijd minstens even snel zal opladen als
wanneer men het via een normale stroomtoevoer zou doen.
4. Hoe check ik de stroom- en voltage-input van mijn toestel?
Gelieve de gebruikshandleiding van uw toestel te raadplegen, de
originele OEM opladingsadapter, of de fabrikant te contacteren
om deze informatie te bepalen.
5. Mijn toestel laadt op aan 1A, zal de 5.5A output mijn toestel
beschadigen?
Neen, de oplader zal enkel de maximale stroom voorzien die uw
toestel toelaat, gaande tot 2.4A.

6. Moet ik de Avanca Charging Hub ontkoppelen indien er geen
toestellen opladen?
Het is niet nodig de Avanca Charging Hub te ontkoppelen; het
stroomverbruik in stand-by is immers minder dan 0.5W.
7. De Avanca Charging Hub laadt mijn toestel heel traag op.
1. Ga na of u de juiste kabel gebruikt om uw toestel mee op te
laden. (De oorspronkelijke kabel die bij de aankoop van uw
smartphone, tablet of ander toestel geleverd was)
2. Ga na of de totale input die de aangesloten toestellen vragen, niet
hoger is dan 5.5A.
8. Kan ik de Avanca Charging Hub gebruiken in andere landen?
Ja, de Avanca Charging Hub is compatibel met een netstroom
van 100-240V. De stroomkabel is echter ontworpen voor het land
waarnaar het oorspronkelijk geleverd werd. Controleer de stop
contacten in het land waar u de Hub wil gebruiken om te weten
of u een adapter nodig hebt.

3. Mode d’emploi (Instructions à l’utilisateur)
1. Branchez le câble d’alimentation fourni avec la base de
chargement Avanca.
2. Branchez le câble d’alimentation à l’alimentation secteur.
3. Branchez l’appareil/les appareils que vous souhaitez mettre en
charge à un câble USB (par exemple le câble d’origine fourni
avec votre appareil).

4. Branchez le câble USB à l’un des ports de
chargement USB.
Remarque: Vous pouvez utiliser n’importe lequel des cinq ports pour
recharger vos appareils. Les ports marqués par des icônes représentant
la foudre sont des ports IC intelligents et la charge d’appareils tels que
l’iPhone 6/6 plus est encore plus rapide.
4. Consignes de sécurité
› Utilisez toujours des câbles appropriés (par exemple le câble
d’origine de votre appareil) lorsque vous connectez votre appareil
à la base de chargement Avanca.
› Maintenez le produit loin de tout objet pointu.
› Ne placez pas d’objets lourds au-dessus du produit.
› Ne pas utiliser de liquides (chimiques ou organiques) avec le
produit.

5. Nettoyage
Débranchez la base de chargement Avanca du réseau électrique
avant de le nettoyer. Nettoyez le produit avec un chiffon humide. Ne
pas utiliser de liquides chimiques ou de l’huile!
6. FAQ et dépannage
1. Quel port de chargement dois-je utiliser pour charger mon
appareil?
Grâce à la fonction de détection automatique, chaque port de
chargement peut charger n’importe quel appareil. Notez que les
ports IC intelligents marqués avec les icônes de la foudre
chargeront les appareils tels que l’iPhone 6/6Plus plus
rapidement.

2. La base de chargement Avanca ne charge pas mon/mes
appareil(s)
1. Effectuez une vérification pour vous assurer que votre appa
reil est alimenté par USB avec un courant d’entrée
maximum de 2,4 A et une tension d’entrée de 5 V.
2. Contrôlez que votre appareil est correctement connecté avec
un câble USB à l’un des ports de chargement. Essayez un autre
câble USB pour vérifier si le câble USB que vous utilisez n’est
pas défectueux.
3. Contrôlez que le câble d’alimentation n’est pas défectueux,
qu’il est bien relié à une prise murale active et aussi qu’il est
fermement relié à la base de chargement Avanca.
3. Combien de temps mon appareil va-t-il rester en charge?
Tout d’abord, cela dépend du nombre d’appareils qui sont
connectés au concentrateur USB. L’intensité de sortie totale
maximale de la base USB est de 5,5A. Pour calculer la somme
du courant total requis par tous les appareils connectés, gardez
