videotheratemustbeatleast16imageframespersecond.Fullmotionvideoisperceivedat30(NSC)or25(PAL)framespersecond.
heMotionJPEGstreamusesconsiderableamountsofbandwidth,butprovidesexcellentimagequalityandaccesstoeveryimage
containedinthestream.
