Product Description:
BABI Angel Alarm is an accessory device designed to be used with a
BABI Angel Monitor Bracelet. For those who do not want to use a smart
phone App, this product works directly with the Babi Angel Monitor
bracelet as the primary alarm. For those using the BabiCare mobile
phone App, this device can be used as a secondary primary alarm.
Note: One BABI Angel Alarm can will work with up to 4 Babi Angel
monitor bracelets. The Angel Alarm will receive alerts from the angel
monitor bracelet directly when:
1. The infants Body Temperature is out of range;
2. The Blood Oxygen Level is out of range;
3. The Heart Beat Rate is out of range;
4. The connection with the bracelet is lost;
5. The bracelet is removed;
6. The infant awake (continual movement is registered).
The Angel Alarm will sound some audio alert sounds followed by a verbal
message advising the relative problem or notification. A Red LED light
will flash as a visual alert. These alerts will continue until any button is
pressed on top of the alarm device.
Modes of Operation:
1. Stand Alone Mode: The device is used without a mobile phone App
and is the primary alarm source. Note: Up to 2 Babi Angel Alarm
units can be used at the same time per bracelet.
2. Dual Use Mode: The device is used together with a mobile phone
App by which both the device and App will both be primary alarms.

Using the BABI Angel Alarm:
Setting up and using the BABI Angel Alarm is the same for both modes
of operation.
1) First charge the device for a minimum 2 hours. Plug the USB cable
into the back on the device and into the power adapter.
2) While charging, a Green LED light will flash.
3) When the Green LED light stops flashing and is fixed Green, the
device will be fully charged and ready to use.
4) Ensure the device is switched on by pressing the button until
the Green LED light appears and a verbal confirmation is heard.
5) When the device is used for the first time, when disconnected from
the charger, the LED light will flash Blue, this indicates the device
needs to be paired with the Babi Angel Monitor Bracelet so they
communicate together. (Note: 1 Babi Angel Alarm device can be
used with up to 4 Babi Angel Monitor bracelets)

Setup the Babi Angel Alarm:
1. When the device has a flashing Blue LED light, the device
pairing is required, press the Power and Language Buttons at
the same time, the Blue LED light will flash faster until the
devices are paired and are communicating. There will be a
verbal con firmation message given when the de vice is
connected.
2. The LED light will return to a fixed Green to confirm the device
battery is charged and power is on.
3. Se lect the r equi r ed langua g e : Press a n d depress the
Language button until the required language is communicated
verbally.
4. To Enable or Disable the Audio “Listen In” function, press the
Power and +VOL buttons together. Until a verbal confirmation
message is received: Baby Audio Monitor is ON or Baby Audio
Monitor is OFF
5. To Enable or Disable the Movement sensor function, press the
Power and -VOL buttons together. Until a verbal confirmation
message is received: Baby Movement Sensor is ON or Baby
Movement Sensor is OFF.
6. To set the alarm device volume:
a) Press +VOL button to increase volume
b) Press -VOL button to decrease the volume

Using the Babi Angel Alarm:
1. Once the device is paired and setup and ready to use. The alarm
device can be left connected to the power adapter which will
keep the device batteries charged at all times.
2. The Babi Angel Alarm will now connected to the angel monitor
bracelet will communicate with each other. The Angel alarm will
be on standby waiting for instruction from the angel monitor
bracelet which is continously monitoring the infant.
3. When the health parameters monitored are normal, the battery
level is ok and power is on, the bracelet is fitted or no movement
is sensed. The Alarm unit will not sound any audio alerts, not
communicate any notifications verbally or give any visual LED
light flashing alert. Until there is a situation that requires an alarm
or a verbal notification.
4. When the Body Temperature goes out of the prefix safety
ra nge the R e d LED l i g h t at fr o n t of t h e alarm w i l l flash
continuously, three loud sounding alerts are sounded, followed
by a verbal notification: «Temperature out of range» followed by
3 loud alerts. This will repeat until the user presses any one of
the 4 buttons on the device as an acknowledgement that the
alarm has be received and a preventive action will be taken.

5. When the Heart Rate goes out of the prefix safety range the
Red LED light at front of the alarm will flash continuously, three
lou d s ounding a l e r ts are s o u n ded fol l o w e d by a verba l
notification: «Heart Beat Rate Out of Range» followed by 3 loud
alerts. This will repeat until the user presses any one of the 4
buttons on the device as an acknowledgement that the alarm
has be received and a preventive action will be taken.
6. When the Blood Oxygen Level goes out of the prefix safety
ra nge the R e d LED l i g h t at fr o n t of t h e alarm w i l l flash
continuously, three loud sounding alerts are sounded followed
by a verbal notification: «Blood Oxygen Level out of range»
followed by 3 loud alerts. This will repeat until the user presses
any one of the 4 buttons on the device as an acknowledgement
that the alarm has be received and a preventive action will be
taken.
7. When the Movement Sensor is activated indicating Awake
State Activity, the Red LED light at front of the alarm will flash
continuously, three loud sounding alerts are sounded followed
by a verbal notification: «Movement Detected» followed by 3
loud alerts. This will repeat until the user presses any one of the
4 buttons on the device as an acknowledgement that the alarm
has be received and a preventive action will be taken.

8. When the Bracelet is Removed by the infant or by itself, the
Red LED light at front of the alarm will flash continuously, three
lou d s ounding a l e r ts are s o u n ded fol l o w e d by a verba l
notification: «Bracelet Removed» followed by 3 loud alerts. This
will repeat until the user presses any one of the 4 buttons on the
device as an acknowledgement that the alarm has be recieved
and a preventive action will be taken.
9. W h e n t h e b r a c e l e t L o s e s C o n n e c t i o n due to bad
communication or loss of power, the Red LED light at front of the
alarm will flash continuously, three loud sounding alerts are
sounded followed by a verbal notification: «Connection Lost»
followed by 3 loud alerts. This will repeat until the user presses
any one of the 4 buttons on the device as an acknowledgement
that the alarm has be recieved and a preventive action will be
taken.
10. When the bracelet Battery has a Low Level charge a verbal
notification is given the Red LED light will flash, three loud
sounding alerts are sounded followed by a verbal notification:
«Battery Low» the device will then need to be put on charge.
