Do not use unless all screws are tight. At least every six months, check all screws to be sure
they are tight. If parts are missing, broken, damaged, or worn, stop use of the product
until repairs are made by your dealer using factory authorized parts.

Attach Front Brace (P5) to Left Leg (P2) using two Screws (A). Attach the other end of Front Brace (P5)
to Right Leg (P3) using two Screws (A). Attach Rear Brace (P4) to Left Leg (P2) using four Screws (A).
Attach the other end of Rear Brace (P4) to the Right Leg (P3) using four Screws (A) as shown in .

Attach the leg frame assembly from Step 2 to the bottom side ofTable Top (P1) using four Screws (B) as
shown in Illustration #2. Make sure the Connecting Bracket holes are to the rear.

Screw in two Casters (C) into the threaded holes in the bottom of the rear legs. Place a Lock Washer (H)
on threaded stem of each Glide (D) before you screw in the Glides (D) into the threaded holes in the bottom
of the two front legs as shown in Illustration #1. Tighten Casters with Caster Wrench (F).
