It is the responsibility of the Qualified Personnel to:
• Carefully read, understand, and follow the information in the XS/SC26-2 instruction manual
• Perform a risk assessment of the specific machine guarding application
• Determine what risk reduction measures are appropriate per the results of the risk assessment
• Properly install, configure, and then verify that the risk reduction measures are working as intended
• Periodically re-verify, as needed, that the risk reduction measures are working as intended
Failure to follow any of these responsibilities may potentially create a dangerous condition that could lead to serious injury or
death.

Banner Engineering Corp. warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year following the date of shipment. Banner Engineering Corp. will repair or replace, free of charge,
any product of its manufacture which, at the time it is returned to the factory, is found to have been defective during the warranty period. This warranty does not cover damage or liability for misuse, abuse, or the
improper application or installation of the Banner product.
